Ma question est la suivante : ou la faire faire (consulat d'algérie en france ou en algérie auprès de quelle organisme ?), quels documents faut il présenter.... Quel est le délai ?

Où te trouves tu en ce moment ? Renseignes toi déjà auprès du consulat si tu es en France. En Algérie, l'ambassade de France doit aussi avoir un service de renseignement minimum, pour pouvoir t'aiguiller. Et sinon, je suis sûre qu'en Algérie le commissariat de police de ton quartier peut te renseigner...
J'ai une amie, dans ton cas, mariée à un Algérien. Elle est partie vivre là-bas fin 2003 avant d'être mariée et elle avait un visa de 3 mois, qu'elle a renouvelé une fois avant de se marier religieusement, en juin 2004.
Il semble qu'après avoir résidé, au moins 6 mois on puisse demander une carte de résident et çà se fait la-bas.
Elle vit en Algérie depuis bientôt 3 ans et elle n'a rencontré aucun problème la concernant. En ce qui concerne son véhicule personnel, par contre çà n'a pas été le même problème (à cause de son âge).

Juste une question pourquoi pas être marié civilement depuis ce temps ? Il serait temps pour valider votre mariage officiellement !
La carte de résidence par mariage ne posera aucun problème... Un mariage religieux n'a aucune valeur administrative

merci pour le message en réponse... j'ai appelé le consulat d'algérie à Nantes et ils m'ont confirmé que mon visa pourrait etre prolongé sur place auprès de la Daira d'Oran, et que la demande de carte de résident de fait auprès de cette meme administration. Par contre, concernant le véhicule je te remercie de me mettre en contact avec ton amie pour savoir comment faire, sachant que ma voiture est agée (+ de 10 ans) et ça m'inquiète...

Non je ne pense pas qu'on se connaisse mais çà ne change rien !!!!!
En ce qui concerne la voiture, je te déconseille de l 'emmener, car il est interdit d'importer des véhicules de + de 3 ans. Que ce soit, d'ailleurs, des Algériens ou des étrangers.
Par contre, ce que je peux te dire c'est que là-bas, toues les marques de voitures sont représentées, et il y en a même une que tu ne connaîtra pas et qui est une toute petite voiture type 4/5 CV dont je ne me rappelle plus la marque, qui est semble t'il montée en Algérie (fabriquée, je ne sais pas) et qui n'est pas chère du tout environ 5 500 € neuve.
Mais crois-moi ne t'embarque pas avec ta voiture. En ce qui concerne tes affaires perso, tant que tu ne sera pas mariée et tant que tu n'auras pas un statut en règle, c'est pareil, je te déconseille d'emmener autre chose que des vêtements dans des valises.
Moi, lorsque je suis partie en Tunisie, j'ai galéré pour détaxer tout ce que j'avais emporté.

Le petite voiture dont on parle plus haut c'est la "Maruti", c'est indien. C'est vrai qu'elle ne rempli pas les normes CE. Mais elle change la vie des algériens. A ce prix là! Au Maroc je ne l'ai jamais vu.
Concernant ton véhicule, tu peux l'importer temporairement mais ça coute de l'argent et puis faut le ramener en France après. Il y a un moyen, c'est de descendre à Tamanghasset si tu as du temps et de la vendre à un nigérien qui te fera les papiers à la frontière de In Guezzam. Mais après c'est pareil faut remonter bref, c'est plutôt à éviter. Tu verras y a que l'embarras du choix en Algérie coté voiture.
Pour le mariage je comprends pas bien! Vous êtes marié?? civil? religieux? fatiha? Car seul le civil est reconnu en droit. Et puis si le mariage à lieu en France, pense qu'il faut le faire transcrire en droit algérien... compte des mois si ce n'est pas des années. Je me suis marié en 2006 et en 2009 toujours rien!!! Étant un homme j'ai du prouver par un écrit (mosquée de Paris) que je me suis converti à l'islam. Bref, beaucoup de paperasse...
Dans le sens inverse avec la France c'est pire, un mariage fait en Algérie avec un ou une française quel enfer. Les nouvelles dispositions de 2009 !!! Entretiens, papiers, obtention du ccam... Bref! Administration kafkaïenne quand tu nous tiens.
Mais que tout ça ne nous fasse pas oublier que l'Algérie est superbe pays. Inoubliable, inattendu, surprenant, accueillant, ... etc...
