J'entreprend, dans le cadre de mes études, un "voyage" en Afghanistan cet été, dans le but d'y réaliser un reportage sur les ONG à Kaboul. J'aurai aimé que vous m'apportiez quelques précisions, car lorsqu'il s'agit d'Afghanistan, on est jamais trop prudent si j'ose dire..
Ce n'est pas le premier pays à risque ou je me rends. Aussi peu que cela puisse paraître, je suis parti l'été dernier 3 mois au Moyen Orient dont 2 mois en Irak pour un reportage photographique sur la féminité dans les pays Arabes. Cela fait plusieurs années que je m'intéresse a la médiatisation des conflits de notre monde, et j'ai été touché par le conflit Afghan, de par les reportages de Christophe de Ponfilly, ou les images qu'on pu rapporter de nombreux photographe de guerre, ces vingt dernières années...
Cela fait plusieurs mois que je me renseigne sur la géopolitique Afghane , et il semble que ces derniers mois ne soit pas vraiment propice à l'arrivée d'un petit frenchie à Kaboul (compte tenus de la situation actuelle, aussi bien au niveau diplomatique qu'au niveau militaire). Mais c'est un projet qui me tient vraiment à coeur, et j'espère pouvoir le réaliser.
J'aurai besoin d'avoir des informations concernant le coût de la vie à Kaboul? J'envisage de rester la plupart de mon temps à Kaboul et de passer quelques temps dans le Nord, notamment Mazaz-é-Charif, et Kondoz.
Je compte rejoindre l'Afghanistan par le Pakistan en passant par la route reliant Peshawar à Djalalabad , route qui d'après les écrits que j'ai pu lire..n'est pas sans risque. Quelqu'un a t-il des informations plus récentes concernant ce passage ?
J'ai un peu le même projet que toi (mais plus court). J'ai l'impression que l'on ne se presse pas à répondre... Je pense qu'il n'y a pas des quantités de travelers qui tentent ce genre d'aventures...

Je suis passioné par cette région depuis longtemps et je vais régulierement en afghanistan avec mon visa de tourisme et mes lancers dans l'InduKouch pour m'adonner aux plaisirs de la pêche avec mes amis modjahidins(truites;grillades;randos, fiestas;rencontres, etc...dans des paysages à te couper le souffle).

ps:N'écoute pas la propagande de l'OTAN et des fonctionnaires français surpayés délivreur de paix( autour de la piscine de l'ambassade)qui se déplacent avec des gorilles armés .

C'est un projet complexe mais passionnant que tu te proposes.
Concernant la route Peshawar -Jalalabad, que j'ai souvent prise, j'avais entendue qu'elle était actuellement fermée aux étrangers, mais il faudrait le vérifier.
Si elle est ouverte, et si les procédures n'ont pas changé, il te faut demander une autorisation aux autorités locales à Peshawar. Cela peut s'obtenir en quelques heures mais il suffit qu'un ou plusieurs fonctionnaires impliqués dans le processus soit absent pour que cela se transforme en quelques jours.
Normalement tu dois avoir une lettre de demande, un ordre de mission et des copies de ton passeport et visas.
Une fois l'autorisation délivrée, tu prends la route et au premier check point un garde tribal monte dans ton véhicule et ne te quitteras pas jusqu'à la frontière (environ 1h30).
Si tu ne prenais pas d'autorisation, tu réussirais peut-être à passer les check-point sans garde, mais une fois au poste frontière les agents de l'immigration pakistanaise pourrait ne pas être contents du tout.
La question de la sécurité est non négligeable mais quand tu décides de partir en Afgha c'est que tu as déjà réfléchi à tout ça. Cette route n'est pas plus (ni moins) dangereuse que Kaboul. A tout moment un attentat ou un enlèvement peut arriver.
donc c'est plutôt pour éviter ces problèmes administratifs que je te déconseille l'arrivée par Peshawar. Tu peux prendre un vol pour Kaboul. Après si tu veux absolument passer par la Khyber pass, le voyage dans l'autre sens est plus facile car tu n'as pas d'autorisation à demander à l'avance. c'est à la frontière que les officiers pakistanais t'attribuent un garde.

Si t'as de bonnes adresses et de bons conseils a me donner je suis preneur volontier parce que c'est pas facile de trouver des infos fiables sur ce pays...
J'ai finalement passé 3 semaines dans le nord de l'afghanistan (Mazar-e-cherif et Baghlan), mes papiers ne me permettant pas de séjourner plus longtemps. Je me suis ensuite replié sur le pakistan, pays dans lequel je suis resté 2 mois (la plupart du temps à Peshawar et dans le district de Chitral).
Pour ceux qui souhaitent des informations récentes sur ces régions, n'hésitez pas à me contacter. Après, je pense que guillaume, en tant qu'expatrié humanitaire est plus apte à vous renseigner sur l'Afghanistan.

Je voyage avec mon vehicule 4X4 iveco actuellement dans le sikkim indien et je compte rejoindre le nord pakistan en tutoyant au plus pres les himalayas et de là rejoindre s'il y a une possibilité le tajikistan en traversant l'afganistan depuis chitral, toutes infos sur cette région seraient les bienvenues, en te remerciant.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
