J'ai eu une proposition d'emploi dans une école qui va ouvrir pour la rentrée prochaine en tant qu'enseignante de Français.
On me propose les conditions suivantes:
6000 dhm de salaire
prise en charge du loyer a hauteur de 2000 dhm
contrat en cdi (mais tout est relatif apparemment !!)
prise en charge de l assurance maladie pour ma fille
et moi payement de l'hotel de ma visite en avril pour les portes ouverte
Je voulais savoir ce que vous en pensiez ?

Les démarches
Pour que vous puissiez travailler au Maroc, il faut :
-que votre employeur ait l'autorisation de vous embaucher (minimum 3 semaine de démarches à faire par l'employeur, s'il ne traîne pas et s'il n'a pas autre chose à faire) ; pour avoir cette autorisation, il doit prouver aux services de l'emploi (ANAPEC) qu'il n'a trouvé aucun employé Marocain pour le poste ;
-que vous ayez ensuite l'autorisation du ministère du travail pour avoir un visa de travail (démarche, par vos soins de préférence, à Rabat ; environ 3 semaines si tout va bien inch'allah) ;
Ensuite vous pouvez commencer à travailler.
Mais vous pourrez continuer à travailler, si et seulement si vous avez une carte de résidente. Pour cela, il faut établir une demande auprès du service des étrangers de votre lieu de résidence, avec entre autres, les documents suivants :
-votre visa de travail
-votre bail de location (donc pas de location 'non déclarée, ce qui est pourtant la location classique au Maroc)
-attestation de non-contagion
extrait de casier judiciaire
-photos, documents d'identités, etc.
La liste varie en fonction de chaque service d'immigration (pas la même liste d'une ville à l'autre).
Vous recevez votre carte de résidente (éventuellement un récépissé en attente de la carte) sous 21 jours après dépôt de la demande.
Il faut impérativement être sur place pour faire ces démarches.
Toutes ces démarches durent donc minimum 2 mois. Mon expérience me fait dire que la vraie durée, c'est inch'allah...
Perso, je n'ai jamais eu l'emploi pour lequel je devais être recrutée (dans une asso) : au bout de 3 mois, la 1e étape (ANAPEC) n'était toujours pas terminée. Il vaut mieux avoir des réserves financières devant soi....
A noter que les lois changent très vite. Les infos que je vous donne ici datent de juin 2013 et concernaient Agadir.
La sécu : si vous êtes déclarée, vous bénéficiez de la CNSS (la sécu marocaine), pour vous et vos ayants-droits. Donc pour votre fille. Mais j'espère que votre situation rentre dans leurs cases ; pour le cas où il n'y ait pas de père, ça pourrait être compliqué...
Les remboursements CNSS sont à peu près équivalents aux remboursements sécu française. C'est-à-dire pas terribles. Je ne saurais pas vous dire ce qu'il en est des complémentaires au Maroc.
Les embauches dans les écoles privées..très aléatoires !!! (j'ai testé une fois aussi)
on voit de tout : de belles promesses jamais tenues, de l'embauche au black en attendant que les démarches soient faites mais qui s'avèrent jamais entamées, des salaires pas versés, etc...
Pour une école qui ouvre ses portes, je serais doublement vigilante : à part l'appât du gain (ça rapporte, une école privée, au Maroc !), quelles sont les motivations et les atouts de réussite de l'équipe de direction ?
Un grand classique : l'embauche d'un enseignant français dans un établissement est considérée comme une garantie d'un enseignement de qualité. Et les parents payent pour ça. Votre présence dans l'école le jour des portes ouvertes est loin d'être anodine. ça fait rentrer des inscriptions. Donc de l'argent. Les parents compteront sur vous ensuite. Les employeurs aussi, bien sûr.
Pour ma part, j'ai fait acte de présence à l'occasion de la fête de fin d'année, juste avant les inscriptions. J'ai été présentée personnellement à un nombre impressionnant de parents. Comme un faire-valoir, en fait.
Puis les belles promesses ont commencé à s'effilocher durant l'été, c'est-à-dire juste avant la rentrée, quand j'avais personnellement engagé beaucoup de choses pour ce boulot (tout quitter en France !) : les papiers n'étaient pas prêts, le logement n'était pas encore disponible, le nombre d'élèves dans la classe était passé de 27 à 42...
(j'ai laissé tomber !).
J'ai bien conscience que mon message n'est pas très réjouissant !
Mais vous avez une fille, et ce genre de mésaventure serait plus compliquée à gérer que pour moi (sans enfant à charge). Soyez très vigilante.
Maintenant, il y a aussi des aventures plus heureuses. J'espère que certains internautes pourront en faire part.
Autre point : 6000 dh + 2000 dh pour le logement, c'est bien.
Renseignez-vous sur les écoles pour votre fille, et sur leur coût. Préférez très clairement une école française (relevant de l'AEFE) ; toute autre scolarité n'est pas reconnue ensuite par l'éducation française. Bon...il y a des subtilités dans ce domaine que vous (en tant qu'enseignante) connaissez mieux que moi !
En tant cas, je vous souhaite vivement de réussir dans votre démarche. Pour cela, restez très vigilante.
