car même pour une société de droit thaï.. il y a une close de blocage qui ne peut être transgressé
mails il y a des investisseurs serieux.. français.. très riches qui investirent dans pas mal de très tres grosse entreprises..depuis 30 ans,
j'en connais, dont les investissement en Thaïlande depassent les 10 millions d'euros, pas des petit s connards qui cherche a faire du petit business..et qui monte des chaines de restaurants ou chaines de boulangeries.. pâtisseries.. mais bien sur ils cherchent des bons... qui ne viennent pas en Thaïlande pour prendre du bon temps en travaillant un peu...comme 90 % des jeunes qui arrivent ICI.. ici il faut être pro et bosseur.. y a pas de filet..et beaucoup reparte en ayant perdu leurs maigres économies...alors sur il vaut mieux être employé, mais il faut être plus un gestionnaire et manager que de savoir faire...pour les hôtels.. mais vous pouvez toujours trouver un petit poste dans un resto..
