Oui, c'est possible, mais ça dépend souvent beaucoup de la région et de la période de l'année. Je connais des gens qui ont payé 350CUC pour le mois, mais c'était en basse saison dans un coin moins touristique...

si tu veux negocier les prix d'ici et lorsque tu arriverais a cuba tout serait regle.. alors.. tu as juste a me contacter en message privé et on pourra s'en jaser!
Salut, Si tu veux louer chez un particulier il faudra faire très attention n, oublie pas en tant que touriste et blanc en plus tu te feras remarquer par les policier et le proprietaire peut avoir bcp de problème même si tu aurais un chauffeur ce sera difficile car un touriste doit être dans une voiture pour touriste. Les plaques d'immatriculation sont différentes pour les cubains et les étrangers. Alors OJOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Je pars également pour perfectionner mon espagnol et connaître le pays pendant 2 mois. J'ai trouvé une casa en face de l'université à la Havane qui est 'spécialisé' pour des longs séjours. Je m'en sors pour 450 CUC par mois mais en basse saison elle fait la chambre a 400. Le contact par mail est super bien passé avec la propriétaire. Si jamais ça t'intéresse je te donne son contact.

Cartes de credit: Es que les Visa et les Master marchent? je pose la question, car en Asie je n'ai jamais eu de problème, avec mon ami, nous avons chacun une carte, pour être complementaire.... En turquie nous avons ete drolement surpris car aucune operation avec la Master était possible, nous avons essayer de payer avec ou encore retirer dans un distributeur, les deux impossible!!!!

Non je ne suis pas encore partie, et le départ me parait encore tellement loin (c'est pour le 31 janvier)!
Je ne peux donc pas te dire si la casa est bien mais j'ai échangé quelques mails avec la proprio et elle correspond au mieux à ce que je cherchais en termes de prix, geographie, indépendance (je veux absolument pouvoir cuisiner par exemple sinon ça va me coûter un oeil..). Elle se trouve juste devant l'Université et l'adresse mail de la propriétaire (Concha) est : freudmdj@yahoo.es.
Même si j'ai du lire les archives sur 10 ans de nombreux forums je pense que d'autre seront plus à même de te répondre sur la plupart de tes questions.
Je peux simplement te dire que pour le visa, de ce que j'ai pu voir au consulat à Paris, ils demandent juste 'casa particular?' sans plus d'info comme par exemple l'adresse mais rien n'a l'air d'être vraiment fixé niveau manière de faire, donc peut être que d'avoir avec toi une adresse, n'importe laquelle, serait plus sur.
Si tu vas à l'université par contre il te faut un visa étudiant, que tu obtiens là bas en partant avec un visa touristique que tu changes sur place ou que tu prends tout de suite ici (il faut faire la demande à l'université qui t'envoie un numero et qui transfert la demande au consulat. Une fois qu'elle t'envoie ce numero tu vas avec au consulat et ça prend 5 minutes à faire. Attention quand même, le visa étudiant est valable 3 mois contrairement au visa touristique qui ets valable 6 mois et malheureusement il est aussi a renouveler une fois sur place).
Pour les cours d'italien s'ils n'en proposent pas à l'université tu devrais essayer de trouver un prof particulier. Peut être qu'il existe l'équivalent d'une alliance française version italienne auprès de qui tu pourrais te renseigner 🙂
Je profite de ta question sur le renouvellement pour demander si quelqu'un pouvait m'éclairer sur le moment où il faut le changer. Restant 2 mois est ce que je dois attendre le 30 eme jour pile afin que le 2eme visa de 30 jours dure jusqu'à la fin où je risque d'avoir des problemes si je le change avant et que le 2nd ne couvre pas entièrement le 2eme mois? humm.. pas sur que tout ça ca soit très clair, j'espere que quelqu'un comprendra 🙂
Salut, pourqu'il s'agit de proprio qui recoit des touristes il n'y a pas de problème. Moi je voulais dire ceux qui travaillent au noir en transportant les touristes alors qu'il a une immatriculation pour cubain seulement.

une fois un taxi nous a refusé puisque j'ai pris le taxi avec ma mère.. la on avait lai trop mais trop touristes!!:)
En fait, le risque pour le touriste, c'est de se faire débarquer au punto de control ou sur la rue quand il se font arrêter, sans transport pour terminer le trajet. C'est pas trop sympatique...
Moi aussi, je le fais souvent, avec mon mari, mais il ne faut pas dire que c'est sans risque. Et généralement, ils n'embarqueront pas des touristes qu'ils ne connaissent pas ou qui ne sont pas accompagnés d'un Cubain.

En théorie, il n'y a jamais de problème.... En fait, il n'est pas illégal pour un Cubain de transporter un touriste. ce qui est illégal, c'est de se faire payer pour le faire, de "jouer au taxi"... Et dans la majorité des cas, les policiers prennent pour acquis que parce que vous êtes touriste dans une voiture de Cubain, il fait le taxi... Et souvent, il a raison!!!😉
Ce ne, st pas plus illégal ou légal pour un propriétaire de casa d'avoir des touristes dans son véhicule puisque, en théorie, c'est permis à tous. C, est juste que les policiers sont plus porté à croire qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un service rémunéré... Et encore, il y en a qui se font rémunérer, et certains ont reçu des amendes, même s'ils sont propios de casa...

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
