Hi there, We’re heading to the Camargue at the end of May to welcome our son, who’ll be arriving by catamaran in Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône in early June. We’ll be staying in Arles, but I’m still figuring out the exact length of our stay since our son’s arrival date isn’t set in stone. Here’s what I’m roughly planning to visit: - Arles (1 day) - Camargue Regional Nature Park (1 day) - Les Baux-de-Provence (quarries, castle, town in 1 day). I saw that the Carrières de Lumières are open during the day but not in the evening—is it still worth it? - Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer and the Pont de Gau Ornithological Park, cycling around the Étang de Vaccarès (1 day) - Aigues-Mortes and the Salins salt marshes, visiting a *manade* (which one?) (1 day) - Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône on the day our son arrives. What should we combine it with?

That adds up to at least 6 days in the area.

Does this itinerary seem doable?

We’ll have our electric bikes (not mountain bikes). Any recommendations for cycle paths, greenways, or loops?

What Camargue *courses* (traditional bull races) are worth seeing this time of year? I checked the Federation’s website, but there are so many listed—I assume they’re not all equal.

Thanks for your tips! Feel free to share your favorite activity spots, restaurants, or other great tips.
