Avec mon mari nous avons l'envie de venir vivre au Québec pour reprendre une boulangerie Pâtisserie artisanale d'ici 2ans et demi trois ans car nous sommes actuellement à notre compte en France et il faut terminer de payer nos prêts !
J'aurais voulu savoir si vous avez une chambre des métiers ou une fédération de la boulangerie comme en France.
Je pense commençais les démarches pour la demande de résidents permanent car je sais qu'il faut un moment pour obtenir le visa.
Nous avons de filles de 3ans et un an actuellement. nous avons respectivement 25 ans. Vos conseils me seront d'une grande aide.

Ne vous découragez pas par la longueur des procédures: au moins, une fois arrivés, le calvaire des procédures prendra fin rapidement. Une famille française amie a eu, à l'intérieur d'un mois chrono de leur arrivée ici: les cartes d'assurance-maladie et d'assurance-sociale, un emploi, une maison, et une voiture. Ils ont trouvé la bureaucratie québécoise efficace ... et souriante :)

"La Fournée des Artisans" Boulangerie-Pâtisserie.
Située à Ste-Claire, à environs 40 minutes de la ville de Québec. C'est un beau village dynamique de 3195 habitants. On y retrouve plusieurs PME et autres plus grandes entreprises, dont Prévots cars. L'école est juste en face de la boulangerie! Pour vos filles c'est génial! À l'étage supérieur, on y trouve un magnifique logement bien éclairé, donnant sur 2 étages, dont 2 salle de bain, 3 chambres à coucher et une terasse privée.
L'été nous offrons des repas midi, car il y a aussi une terasse pour la boulangerie.
Cette boulangerie est centenaire, les gens du village y sont habitué et y tiennent beaucoup!
Nous en sommes propriétaire depuis bientot 4 ans, nous avons bien pris soin d'augmenter le chiffre d'affaire, mais ce travail ne nous convient pas vraiment, voilà pourquoi nous sommes intéressé à vendre, mais à des gens passionnés, pour que la boulangerie du village ce préserve encore longtemps... alors, êtes vous ces passionnés?

Ici la boulangerie n, est pas implantée comme en France, les gens mangent du pain d'épicerie.
Pourquoi y a t-il autant d'annonce de boulangerie à vendre au Québec par annonces internationales, et bien tout d'abord la boulangerie artisanale est (presque ) réservée aux Français qui ont le savoir faire 😉
Il y a beaucoup de boulangeries dans les grandes villes telles que Montréal ou Québec mais pour les villes alentours, ce n'est pas le même chose.
Nous sommes à 30 km de la ville de Québec et nous sommes la SEULE boulangerie pour le secteur
De plus il faut quelques années pour rentabiliser une affaire de boulangerie
personnellement nous travaillons en couple avec un employé à mi-temps et nous devons refuser beaucoup de travail, il ne se passe pas un mois sans que l'on ai une demande pour ouvrir un dépôt de pain
Quand à 1ere moisson elle est surtout implantée dans les grandes villes mais je ne crois pas qu.elle sois aussi importante qu'on le prétend !
nous vendons notre commerce avec les murs (+ 2 appart) après 8 ans de vie ici nous avons rentabilisé notre investissement initial en 5 ans alors qu'en France il nous avait fallu économiser pendant + de 10 ans comme boulanger artisanal alors je pense que le calcul est vite fait d'autant plus qu'en France en ce moment il est presque impossible d'économiser !

je serais tenté de dire oui pourquoi pas...les bonnes boulangeries sont plutôt rares au Québec les gens vont acheter leurs pains à l'IGA ou Metro local.
Par contre dans le centre de Montréal je déconseille de s'y installer il y a d'excellentes boulangeries notamment Première Moisson donc ça fait de la grosse concurrence.
Sinon en dehors de Montréal dans la proche banlieue il y a bien quelques boulangeries mais le tissu économique de ce genre de commerce est moins développé qu'en France;
c'est la même chose pour Toronto bien que je ne connaisse moins l'Ontario.
en France on arrive toujours à trouver un petit boulanger pas loin de chez soi..
ce que je conseillerais c'est de cibler des zones urbaines proches de Montréal et assez peuplées comme Blainville, Mirabel, Saint Jérôme voire Laval sur la rive Nord.
C'est là où habitent tous les gens qui vont travailler sur Montréal ou proche banlieue donc une bonne boulangerie ça peut marcher...
ou bien la rive-sud comme Longueil, Verchères...
il faut faire une petite étude de marché.
pour le visa je crois qu'il faudra un visa d'investisseur voir www.cic.gc.ca

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
