Voici quelques commentaires que j'ai receuillis, ici sur le forum
Nous avons fait l'excursion sur l'île de Saona avec Captain Pat et c'était vraiment super ! Moitié prix avec l'hôtel et prestation géniale ! Petit groupe de 12 personnes contre au moins 100 personnes avec le Club...bcp plus convivial ! En plus on a fait des chouettes rencontres... notamment la petite famille de La Rochelle (Frédéric, Sandra et Marie) qui pourront également que vous dire du bien de cette excursion !!!
Moi je suis aller avec Jean-Pierre (tours excellences) et ca été une journée mémorable que je vais toujours me souvenir.Arrivé avant tous le monde a la piscine naturelle, nous étions une douzaine dans un bateau d`une capacité de 20 alors beaucoup d`espaces.La langouste pour diner la meilleur que j`ai mangé, visite a mano juan petit village de pecheur la ou jai acheter la plupart de mes souvenirs du voyage(bien mieux q`encourager les requins, vendeurs hotel). J`te dirais aussi qu`une journée comme ca na pas prix alors fait attention y en a qui sont pas cher sur la plage mais je doute de la qualité de l`excursion et du sérieux des vendeurs

Nous avons effectué l'excursion SAONA MIX (île de Saona et Etoiles de mer) par IBERDORM.
Celle-ci fut assez mouvementée. Je m'explique :
Nous avons deux enfants (8 et 4 ans). La représentante de Thomas cook à punta cana nous a garantie que les enfants pouvaient faire cette excursion (trajet 1H30 Bus puis 1H30 Catamaran et retour en Bateau rapide et bus).
Or, nous sommes partis à 7 h de l'Hôtel Ocean Sand à Punta Cana avec un mini bus puis transfert dans un grand bus. Nous sommes arrivés à Bayahibe à 10 H00 pour prendre un bateau navette afin d'embarquer sur le catamaran (Costa Romantica II) (rien à voir avec la Compagnie Italienne), Arrivée à SAONA à 12 H soit durée du trajet aller 5 heures avec 5 transferts (bus et bateaux).
L'île de Saona est vraiment splendide. Mais la représente de Thomas Cook a omis un point très important c'est d'emporter des chaussures pour aller dans l'eau car celle-ci était remplie de gros coquillages et impossible d'aller nager.
Un autre point très important, il n'y a pas à bord du catamaran ni du bateau rapide, des gilets de sauvetage enfants!!!!!.
En ce qui concerne les étoiles de mer, notre fille de 4 ans n'a pu aller toucher les étoiles de mer car elle n'avait pas pied (la représente de thomas cook nous avez pourtant dit que c'était des bancs de sable et que les enfants avaient pieds....). Chercher l'erreur....
Le retour à durée 4 heures (avec également 5 transferts). Nous sommes loin des 3 heures initiales.
Nous avons rencontrés la représentante de Thomas cook pour lui signaler cet inconvénient et de mentionner dans l'excursion prévoir chaussures + gilet de sauvetage pour les enfants.
Nous avons tout même payer la somme de 255 dollars pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants.
Donc si vous souhaitez faire cette excursion surtout n'oubliez pas d'emporter vos chaussures et des brassards ou gilet de sauvetage pour vos enfants.
😮 je n ai jamais fait Saona...moi j ai fait 2 fois le bavaro runner et j ai adore....je retourne encore en fervier 2009 et je vais peut etre le refaire...
moi je vais au bahia principe punta cana...pour la 4 ieme fois.
Mais je serai au Gran Bahia principe El Portillo dans 10 jours .... et je crois que le trajet sera trop long pour s'y rendre.
Si il faut passer le trois quart de la journée à voyager ... je crois pas que ça en vaille la peine 😕
Tu peux toujours aller a Saona depuis Samana par avion mais cela revient cher. Tu changeras d'hôtel une autre fois. Par contre sur Samana tu auras plein de choses a faire, n'oublies pas le nouvel acuarium.
Pour ceux qui sont a Punta Cana ne ratez pas l'excursion Fun Buggy, le pied.

Personally, I always prepare an envelope with euro bills in different denominations before I leave (they exchange them easily on-site). Here’s my method:
🛏️ For housekeeping: I leave a bill on the pillow every morning since schedules rotate daily.
🍽️ For servers: I always sit at the same table. At the end of the trip, I give an envelope to each server who took care of us daily.
🎉 For entertainment: I set aside an envelope for the animator who put in the most effort and really touched me.

For my husband's 50th birthday, we're going to Mombasa for 10 days and 8 nights in March 2026.
I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I’m really torn—I want to go on a trip. A vacation? 10 to 12 days, maybe 14 days. Starting March 14th. I’m in a wheelchair but completely independent. I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). I’m not necessarily aiming for the cheapest resort, but since it’s spring break week and everything’s already pricier, 5-star options are probably out of the question. Thanks!

We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.

A ce jour elles n apparaissent plus sur mon compte Booking , j en ai informé par mail le service clients mais ce dernier ne repond pas ...donc impossible d annuler ces reservations....Quelqu un a t il connu ce probleme et l a t il resolu ???
