Tout d'abord vol avec Sunwing très très bon service à bord, champagne ensuite repas chaud (excellent) servi avec une coupe de vin, film ( nouveauté) ensuite petite collation donc le vol se passe très vite. Arrivé Puerto Plata tout ce passe très rapidement aux douanes et l'autobus 1h30 mais bon avec le paysage ça ne parait pas si long....
Check-in rapide nous étions quand même 5 personnes, nous voyagions avec 3 adolescentes et nous avons été placé dans des chambres qui communiquent, pas le grand luxe comme le Grand Bahia Punta Cana mais quand même très bien et puis, pour le temps qu'on y passe....
Hôtel très propre, toillettes publiques impeccables et buffet bien garni, un peu de tout pour tous les goûts, mais il ne faut pas oublier que nous ne sommes pas chez nous et qu'ils ne mangent pas nécessairement comme nous. Restaurants à la carte: nous avons essayé le Sea Food et on a plus ou moins aimé, l'italien .... et le grand gagnant le Mexicain nous avons mangé comme des rois, excellent. N'ayez pas peur de manger des fajitas ils sont succulents ainsi que les côtes levées...
L'animation est toujours présente sur le site, il y a toujours quelque chose à faire. Les spectacles ne sont pas vraiment grandioses et ils sont répétitifs mais bon... après, l'animation se transporte dans les rues du Pueblo Village.
Pour ce qui est de la plage j'avais tellement eu de mauvais commentaires sur internet que je m'atttendais tellement à pire, finalement sans être la plus belle plage que j'ai vu, elle est quand même très bien et pas du tout désagréable pour se baigner, plus tranquille que sur la piscine.
Les Dominicains sont très gentils et surtout avec 3 adolescentes de 16 ans... attention restez proche ils les aiment bien, mais sont quand même très respectueux.
Nous avons également fait 2 excursions avec Campo tour les pirates de la plage. Ne vous fiez pas à votre tour opérateur qui va surement vous dire de ne pas faire affaire avec eux que c'est dangereux etc.... ils ne sont pas du tout dangereux et nous avons fait le safari avec eux, j'avais réservé mon excursion avec Tina par internet avant de partir(moitié prix qu'à l'hôtel). Ils ont respecté leur engagement et tout était parfait. Nous avions un guide qui parlait très bien le français " Carlos " qui nous a fait faire une très belle visite de sa région et il sait de quoi il parle. Bien sur le rhum était au rendez-vous. En plus, ils avaient organisé 2 safaris: un en français et un en anglais ce qui nous a évité d'avoir les explications 2 fois pour nous seulement le français....
Finalement nous avons fait un très beau voyage le soleil était au rendez-vous que demander de mieux.....
Je recommande cet hôtel, rapport qualité prix excellent....

oui tu peux réserver directement sur la plage, quand tu es face à la mer, à ta droite au bout il y a un petit marché aux puces et un kiosque de Campotour qui prendra tes réservations. Mais un petit conseil vas y à ton arrivé pour choisir les journées ou tu veux partir en expéditions. Tu peux aussi réserver avant ton départ par internet, cherche leur site internet et tu auras l'adresse internet de Tina, écrit lui elle parle très bien français et elle va te conseiller des excursions. Pour ma part j'ai bien aimé le safari. Et bien je te souhaite un beau voyage, j'y retournerai bien moi aussi...

At all-inclusive resorts, base salaries are extremely low for 10- to 12-hour workdays. Tips aren’t just a little extra—they often make up half of these families’ income.
Personally, I always prepare an envelope with euro bills in different denominations before I leave (they exchange them easily on-site). Here’s my method:
🛏️ For housekeeping: I leave a bill on the pillow every morning since schedules rotate daily.
🍽️ For servers: I always sit at the same table. At the end of the trip, I give an envelope to each server who took care of us daily.
🎉 For entertainment: I set aside an envelope for the animator who put in the most effort and really touched me.
The package covers the hotel, but our tips help support the people who make our vacations magical. Don’t forget to budget for this in cash when you pack!

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.
