Hi there, I’m starting a little European road trip where I want to explore the capitals of our continent. I’m currently in Rome, and my next destination is Lisbon!

Hello, in Lisbon, I loved "Povo"! It's great for catching a Fado show while enjoying Portuguese specialties! (I talk about it in my article here: https://voyageursgourmands.com/journee-a-lisbonne/.) We went back there for a week this summer—so many restaurants were closed in August... such a pain, haha! Top spots: A Brasileira - R. Garrett 120 122, 1200-205 Lisboa, Portugal A Gaucha Grill Lisbon: R. dos Bacalhoeiros 26C, 1100-389 Lisboa, Portugal O Ponto Final: R. do Ginjal 72, 2800-285 Almada, Portugal—you *must* book ahead!

There are tons of places, but don’t miss the Portuguese specialties: cod, of course, but also grilled octopus, pasteis de nata...
