j'ai besoin d'aide (urgent car je dois donner une réponse à mon futur employeur) !!!!
je me présente, j'habite actuellement en Alsace, et on me propose un job près de Montreux / Vevey pour 6000 CHF/ mois sur 13 mois.
Je précise que j'ai une femme et un enfant de 6 ans.
J'ai 35 ans, 9 ans de travail dont 6 dans la branche de l'industrie concernée (plastiques)
Le poste est un poste à responsabilité (responsabilité de production, une dizaine d'employés à manager)
question 1 :
mon employeur m'a dit qu'au bout de 3 mois ce salaire serait renégocié et réévalué en fonction de ce que j'ai pu montrer. Cela veut dire quoi lorsqu'un employeur vous dit cela en Suisse ? Combien puis je espérer en plus ?
question 2 :
cette question a déjà été posée mille fois, j'ai parcouru tous les forums de long en large mais je souhaiterai quand même avoir vos avis :
combien faut-il pour bien vivre dans cette région, sachant que je porte une attention particulière à la qualité du logement (j'ai vu que il faut compter 2000 à 2500 CHF pour avoir un bien en location qui correspondrait à mon cahier des charges), que je souhaite vivre au bord du lac, et que moi et ma famille ne sommes pas des dépensiers au sens large du terme mais nous aimons bien vivre et avoir la sensation de ne se priver de rien (+ 2 voitures, je prends toujours de la nourriture de qualité aux courses, + les cigarettes, etc...)
A ce titre mon épouse ne travaillera pas au départ mais compte travailler assez rapidement (une fois passé la période d'adaptation pour ma fille) mais je préfère partir de la situation la pire à savoir qu'elle ne travaille pas.
J'ai également pu lire un commentaire sur un forum qui disait que "même" avec 110 000 CHF annuel cela ne valait pas la peine d'aller s'installer près de Lausanne pour y travailler.
J'hésite également à envisager de m'installer en France (Evian ou Saint Gingolph) bien que j'aurai vraiment souhaiter m'installer en Suisse mais tout ce que j'ai pu lire au niveau économique m'a un peu calmé, et il n'est pas question que ma famille se retrouve dans le c#c# pour un poste intéressant me concernant.
Qu'en pensez vous ?
SVP pas de jugement de valeur, je souhaite vraiment être aiguillé pour ne pas embarquer ma famille dans un mauvais plan ; même si cela ferait une expérience je préfère viser une forme de stabilité dans les prochaines années.

1) 6000 frs brut par mois cela ne me paraît pas très ajusté vu ton expérience/poste à responsabilité occupé il s'agit d'un minimum et te proposer un réajustement par là suite me semble logique par contre on parle plus de re-négociation de salaire à l'embauche.
2)vu le niveau de vie que tu prétends c'est clair avec 6000 frs il faudra faire gaffe (loyer + 2 voitures + manger + assurances maladies + impots...)le mieux est que tu te fasse un budget avant de décider quoique cesoit. tout dépends de comment tu t'organise aussi.
habiter en france ne me paraît pas une bonne option, tu as la route du lac jusqu'à villeneuve et après un bout d'autoroute souvent engorgé matin et soir, il y a surement des appart dans la région qui répondent à tes attentes pour t'éviter de dépenser bonbon en benzine.. en plus tout l'arc lémanique côté suisse est régulièrement désservi par les trains (http://www.sbb.ch/fr/) ..entre l'abonnement de train et la voiture y a pas photo, tu va payer un poil plus cher sur vaud mais tu gagnes en qualité de vie (c'est mon avis).

Si c'est net c'est correct mais si c'est brut ca sera vraiment juste avec une femme et un enfant a charge. Sinon c'est une très belle région ou il est agréable de vivre. Sinon vous avez aussi l'option de vivre en France plutot du coté Jura ou c'est moins cher mais pas au bord du lac 😉
Je pense qu'il s'agit d'un salaire brut, en Suisse, quand on négocie son salaire on parle rarement de salaire net.. Donc, c'est parti pour une petite simulation:
Salaire net (après déduction obligatoire): CHF 5000.00
- Impot env. CHF 400.00 (en ayant des personnes à charge), sinon cela sera plus élevé
- Appartement, en comptant large, disont CHF 2500.00
- Caisse maladie env. CHF 300.00 par adulte
- Téléphone, internet, électricité, disons CHF 200.00
- Assurance auto, si petite cylindrée CHF 150.00 / par mois (à payer tout les 6 mois ou une fois par an)
Ca ferait qu'il vous resterait env. 400.00 par semaine pour nourriture, cigarettes, loisirs, transports, habits, imprévus en tout genre, etc... etc... Je trouve ça très très limite...
Dans un 1er temps, je pense qu'il serait judicieux de revoir vos prétentions de logement à la baisse, et de baser vos recherches sur un loyer de max. CHF 1600-1800, pour un appartement d'env. 80m2.

J'ai pris la sage décision de ne pas donner suite à cette proposition, vos dires ne faisant que confirmer ce que je pensais, mais je voulais en être sûr en ayant l'avis de personnes qui "connaissent".
Une étude vient de paraître dans les journeaux la semaine passée, pour une famille dont le revenu est de 9'100 francs suisses;les dépenses courantes se montent à 8'000 .-avec comme base de calcul un loyer à 1'400.-se qu'on ne trouve pas à Lausanne et le bassin lémanique donc il faut rajouter en tout cas 1'000.- de loyer , se sera très difficile avec 6'000.- ou peut-être moins...Bonne chance déjà pour trouver un appartement....
salut g decouvert le travail en suisse cet ete, je gagne plus du double de ce que je gagné en france mais je travaille tres dur : cuisine.
les suisses n'aiment pas en general les francais qui viennent travailler , cela veut dire que ton salaire a probablement ete revu directement a la baisse, pres du lac les logements sont hors de prix comptent minimum 2500 chf pour un logement familial.
par contre la vie y est agréable.
pas de secu en suisse, tu epargne pour ta santé et ta retraite toi meme.
la nourriture est un peu plus chere(*1.5), les clopes et lessence au meme prix quasiment.
je pense que si tu as un gros salaire en france, tu ferais bien dy rester, salut
1/ c'est beaucoup trop juste à mon sens et à première vue. Allez sur la page Salaires en Suisse, et regardez les différents calculateurs de salaires. Vous pourrez ainsi faire des simulations.
Par ailleurs, si votre employeur vous indique qu'une renégociation est possible, il faut lui demander dans quelles proportions, et éventuellement de le faire inscrire dans le contrat de travail.
2/ Voici une étude statistique (qui date un peu) mais qui devrait vous aider concernant les revenus des ménages en Suisse.
Ce qui est sûr, c'est que le coin n'est pas le moins cher concernant les loyers.
Pour reprendre le commentaire, avec 110 000 CHF on vit tout de même bien vers Lausanne... si on est célibataire. Avec une famille, c'est un peu plus juste, mais ça passe quand même. Après, tout est question d'interprétation.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
