Quelqu'un a t'il une expérience de ce qu'est la vie au Panama? J'en ai entendu bcp de bien, ville cosmopolite avec accés rapide à des tas d'endroits paradisiaques. La faune & flore seraient tout aussi beau qu'au Costa Rica et vu que c'est une trés grande ville, il doit y avoir aussi des possibilités de travail.

Tres difficile de trouver du travail, moi je vais monter une agence de location, vente de terrains, villas, d' appartements et travailler avec des agences en France .Si tu as des idées je suis à l'écoute .Et toi que veux tu faire ? Sans argent, sans travail, tres difficille de vivre a étranger !

Il y a 10 jours, je m'apprettais à passer des fetes tranquilles en famille à la montagne, à préparer ma saison de ski 2006, et aujourd'hui, suite à un coup de fil surprise, je suis entrain de préparer mon déménagement au Panama. Comme quoi, on ne sait jamais ce qui nous attend au coin de la rue...😮
Bref, je suis donc moi aussi muté au Panama et je devrais y arriver début Fevrier. Ca me changera du froid et de la neige, c'est sur.
Pour l'instant, j'y vais un peu à l'aveugle: hormis quelques recherches sur internet et les dires de quelques collègues, je ne sais trop à quoi m'attendre mais je suis ravi de voir à quel point tout le monde sur ce forum semble etre enthousiaste à l'idée de s'y installer!! C'est rassurant.
D'ici mon arrivée, tous renseignements ou conseils avisés en vue de mon déménagement sont donc les bienvenus. De même, pour lorsque je serai sur place: endroits à voir, à éviter, restos, bars, plages, coins de nature à visiter absolument, plats à essayer, coutumes/usages à respecter, etc.

alors en tant qu aide soignante il te seradifficile et pas tres interressant de trouver un travail, pour cause des papiers, par contre dans le domaine du tourisme, tu peux avoir tes chances surtout en tant que francaise, ils valorisent beaucoup les francais au panama, pour ma part j ai continué ma route vers le nord, costa rica, nicaragua, guatemala, mexique, et je vins de rentrer apres deux an sous les tropiques, j y retournerai pour sur, le panama et le nicaragua sont vraiment les pays que j ai preferé mais mes amis et ma famille commençcaient a me manquer, si tu veux des contacts francais la bas, n hesite pas a me contacter

Le Panama est incontestablement plus pluvieux que le Méxique surtout sur la côte Caraïbes (Nord), la partie la moins pluvieuse étant l'Arco Seco (centre de la côte pacifique) où les pluies sont en général fortes mais limitées à quelques heures dans l'après-midi principalement et environ 1 jour sur 3 ce qui n'est pas vraiment gênant... mais de toutes façons, pour avoir d'aussi belles forêts et pour que le canal fonctionne il faut absolument de la pluie!
quant à couler une retraite paisible, je pense que les 2 pays sont équivalents et sont d'ailleurs en tête des recommandations pour les retraités... voir ce lien International Living

Pour la question des terrains au bord de mer, bien sur que c est possible surtout si vous vous eloignez des grandes villes comme la capitale Panama : seul un ou des courtiers immobiliers peuvent vous donner des renseignements precis la-dessus.
Pour la question des pavillons et autres reglements, seul un avocat panameen peut vous conseiller correctement. J en connais un, un avocat panameen FRANCOPHONE.

Bonjour SebPanamaL'activité touristique au Panama n'est pas massive, pour le moment. Il faut bien choisir son lieu d'implantation en fonction de votre capitale de départ et de votre souhait de vie.
C'est toujours un peu plus difficile d'être pionnier sans trop de Capital. Le Panama à un avenir prometteur et un passé magnifique !
