Me revoici. Donc ma question est de savoir si dans le secteur du handicap, on embauche sur le Caillou. j'ai deux diplômes (Aide médico psychologique et monitrice d'atelier).
Donc je voulais savoir quelles structures existent là-bas ? Et s'ils embauchent ? Même si vous aviez des adresses où leur écrire déjà.
Il n'y a pas grand chose dans le domaine du handicap, tout simplement parce qu'avec 200 000 habitants dont une partie vie en tribut c'est normal!Tu trouvera certainement plus en handicap mental: Il y a un hôpital psychiatrique avec un service de gérontopsychiatrie, des services de pédopsychiatrie et des centres d'aide par le travail. Ce qui ne veut pas dire qu'il est impossible de trouver une place, mais priorité à l'emploi local, et je ne suis pas sure que le salaire soit motivant, surtout si tu dois faire garder tes enfants par exemple. Une nourrice en horaires normaux c'est 50 000 cfp, mais moi on me propose un salaire de fou pour infirmière psy 300 000 CFP et impossible de trouver une nourrice avec horaires infirmiers ou il faut une employée à domicile à 750 cfp/h sans les charges!

bonjour!! je suis comme toi, a la recherche d'informations sur le métier d'aide medico psychologique en nouvelle calédonie!!! c'est incroyable que l'on arrives pas a avoir des infos!!! je pars a nouméa fin octobre2008, mon mari d'origine tahienne est né a nouméa toute sa famille vit las bas et méme pars eux rien!!!! j'etais a nouméa en novembre 2007 j'ai participé au forum sur l'handicap qui avait lieu a la csp, j'ai pu parler avec une personne qui avait une association pour venir en aide aux handicapes qui m'a dit que mon diplome été important puisque il y en avait pas encore sur le caillou et qu'il avait comme projet de demander des subventions afin de former des gens dans ce métier!! elle m'a aussi dit que d"ici 3 ans un etablissement accueillant des polyhandicapes ouvrirait ses portes sur nouméa!! voila ce que je sais!! n'ayant pas le projet a l'époque de m'installer en calédonie je n'ais pas chercher a en savoir plus!!! je le regrette aujourd'ui!! et toi a tu pus avoir d'autres infos?? je te donne mon mail si tu veut échanger avec moi!! Je te remercie de tous ces renseignements, mais hélàs j'ai dû abandonné mon projet d'installation sur le Cailloux, mais si tu cherches du travail, je peux contacter une très bonne amie qui était en relation avec un directeur de foyer d'hébergement et très intéressée à l'époque où j'y étais (j'y ai passé 1 an) pour m'embaucher, car le secteur médico sociale recherche des personnes diplômées et donc formées.

je me permets de vous répondre suite a votre post, concernant le métier d'amp en nouvelle calédonie.
je suis moi méme aide médico psychologique , arrivée sur le territoire depuis fin 2008.le métier d'amp étant peu connu sur l'ile les places sont rares......aussi je voulais vous mettre en garde , des difficultés a trouver un travail dans cette branche.les structures existantes (peu) au niveau de l'handicap n'emploies que des locaux (soit sans diplome ou avec un diplome d'auxiliaire de vie)
une autre ne reconnait que le diplome de moniteur éducateur, ou educ spécialisé.le chs de nouville (ou je fais des remplacements), reconnais notre diplome mais nous sommes engagés comme aide soignante et de plus les amps ne peuvent exerçer que dans 2 pavillons sur toute la structure, ce qui limite les remplacements...
les maisons de retraites et structures d'aide a domicile , nous recrutent, mais en tant qu'auxiliaire de vie au smic (140000cfp brut)ce qui feras un net de 1066 euros .les loyers sont chers...la nourriture, etc........
et il y a priorité a l"emploie local, donc décrocher un cdi est peu probable...

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
