J'ai besoin d'information sur l'ouest Canadien, car moi et un amis on voudrait partir cette été En Alberta ou sois au BC ( A partir du mois de mai a fin aout ). Nous partons pour nous trouver un travail et apprendre l'anglais (Quoi de mieut qu'une imerssion :P).
J'aimerait savoir Ques qui est mieut pour si rendre ( Bus, Train, Avion, Auto) ou Trouver des emplois, les Endroits ou Coucher et Tout le tralaaa :)
Le moyen le plus efficace bien sûr est l'avion. Tout dépends de ton budget. Mais si tu y vas par voie terreste, c'est une longue route! Moi je l'ai fait en avion. Et pour le travail, si tu y vas pour la cuiellette des cerises, tu n'as qu'à aller dans la région de Kelowna, et tu vas directement voir les propriétaires des vergers. Si ils ont de la place, ils pourront t'engager! Faire la cueillette dans les vergers c'est une belle façon d'apprendre l'anglais et de ce faire des amis! Amène ta tente et quand tu travail dans un verger, tu peux camper la gratuitement...
Évite le train car tu paieras une fortune, bouffe non-incluses. En bus, fais la p'tite boule ou tente de rester assise, dormir assise, sans bouger, etc., pendant au-moins 52 heures... Sans parler du fait de te faire réveiller au milieu de ta nuit pour te faire dire: 'désolé madame, on fait un transfert de bus avec le bus juste à côte'. Et la journée perdu à devoir t'en remettre à destination.
Il te reste donc l'avion (prends-toi 7 jours à l'avance pour un billet - cher; West Jet est assez apprécié) ou l'auto. Mode super si tu en possède une, que tu as l'opportunité de partager l'essence (facile à cette période de l'année) et pour voir le paysage considérant que tu en as jamais eu l'occasion. Et tu pourras visiter à ta guise. Si c'est ce que tu veux faire, bien sûr.
Tu pourrais donc travailler autour de Banff, où la saison touristique débute fin mai. Et passer aux cerises plus tard, quand ce sera le temps de la récolte. Le moment de la récolte varie selon chaque fruit. Et les gens ne dorment pas nécessairement sur le terrain de l'agriculteur. Et ce n'est pas toujours 'gratuit'. Ce n'est pas une règle. Vois 'lepouceux.com', on parle abondamment de ce qui se passe et pourquoi. Comment s'y prendre.
Pour trouver des emplois, j'ai une liste dont tu pourrais bénéficier si tu veux me faire parvenir ton courriel en privé. Pour dormir, dépend de ce que tu veux faire et où tu iras ! Et ton budget. C'est grand l'ouest.

Je suis arrivee a Vancouver en Novembre 2012. Je te recommande cette ville qui est vraiment magnifique.
Pour ameliorer ton anglais, il y a de nombreuses ecoles de langue. Je suis d ailleurs inscrite dans l une d elle. Certaines sont tres chere comme Kaplan, EF, ... J ai trouve ISSofBC qui propose des cours d anglais a de tres bons prix. Elle n est pas tres connue depuis la France. J ai pu prolonge mes cours grace aux prix qu elle propose.
Si ton niveau d anglais est relativement correct, tu trouveras un travail facilement et a l inverse, il faudra t armer de patience. J ai beaucoup progresse depuis que je suis ici mais j ai des difficultes a trouver un poste. Dans un premier temps, il est preferable de rechercher dans les restaurants, bars, commerces...

Tu pourrais débuter par un cours d'anglais à partir de chez toi (évite l'anglais d'un enseignant 'british', tu risques d'avoir de la difficulté une fois ici)
Obtenir ta carte compagnon électricien est une excellente option. Les employeurs de l'ouest sont davantage familier avec une carte du Qc que celles d'autres contrées. De plus, elle provient du même pays.
Je ne connais pas ce que tu veux dire par ''beneficier de l'exemption sur le marché du travail''. Que comporte cette 'clause'? Et tu as le défaut de ne pas mentionner dans quel domaine tu as pratiqué!! Résidentiel, commercial, industriel? Ici, les électriciens sont divisés en plusieurs secteurs. Un électricien résidentiel risque de se sentir perdu s'il se retrouve à travailler dans une mine où il aura à identifier, réparer ou simplement faire l'entretien sur des moteurs hautes tensions et ampérage...
Vrai qu'il y a peu d'emploi dans la majeure partie de l'est du pays (Ontario, Qc, et les maritimes).
Ta femme ne verra pas ses études de droit reconnue en Alberta. Le droit du Québec relève du code Napoléon. Celui des autres provinces du 'Common law'. Mais c'est tout ce que je sais. Pour m'en assurer, j'adresserais la demande d'information au AIT ou à la province de l'Alberta.
Ce sont les conseils dont je peux te donner pour l'instant. Affine ta recherche. Note tes démarches, à qui tu as parlé, et discrimine l'information. Fais attention aux refus. Tu tomberas parfois sur une attitude 'redneck' (personnes ultraconservatrices qui savent dire que 'non' et tout faire pour te compliquer l'existence).
Fais tes démarches par écrit au besoin (preuves\''les paroles s'envolent, les écrits....'').
