L'éventail de prix est très large à Manille et suivant la position et la vétusté du condo les prix passent rapidement du simple au double. Tu dois pouvoir trouver des studios (sans doute un peu vieillots) autour de 25 000.

ouais j'ai pas passer beaucoup de temps à Manille jusqu'à présent, mais j'ai pu avoir un aperçu des embouteillages...c'est pour ça que je me limite à Makati afin qu'elle ait tout sous la main (école, médecin et hôpital).

Il y a plein d'opérateurs, tous ne sont pas disponibles suivant la zone ou tu es. Tu as le choix entre internet sur ligne fixe (c'est quand même plus stable, paiement au mois, 24 mois minimum) et les clefs 3G+ en prépayé. Les tarifs varient grosso modo de 700 à 3000 pesos/mois suivant l'opérateur et le débit. Pour les clefs 3G+ il me semble que c'est en gros 20 pesos/heure sauf SUN qui fait des forfaits.
Actuellement, hors résidences de luxe câblées en fibre optique, les meilleurs débits sont chez PLDT: 3Mb garantis, 3000 pesos/mois.

C'est bien l'abonnement que j'ai.....
MAIS
1) débit très variable, souvent faible, jamais supérieur à 1Mb pendant plus de 5 secondes
2) parfois débit de MOINS DE 56 Kb, comme au bon ( très) vieux temps.....
3) Déconnexions fréquentes : ou alors soit le serveur mail fonctionne, mais pas internet, soit internet mais pas les emails PLDT, soit encore le peer-to-peer ( qui ne passe pas par les serveurs du FAI) fonctionne très bien, et le reste pas du tout.
Donc PLDT, c'est ....comme disait Jean-Pierre Coffe à propos d'autres cvhoses...!

ok, bon le contrat de 24 mois ça va pas être trop possible vu que j'envisage pas de rester 2 ans aux Philippines... bah ouais va bien falloir que je retourne au boulot pour gagner ma vie...je vais être père de famille :-D ...et bon de ce que j'ai cru comprendre c'est quasi impossible (voire impossible) pour un foreigner de trouver un boulot dans les réseaux.

Qui ne tente rien n'a rien... Y a quand même des français qui bossent ici comme employés y compris dans l'IT. Pas forcément bien payés mais bon après ça dépend de ce que tu peux apporter à tes futurs employeurs.
Salut Gérard....J'ai resté aux Philipinnes 3 mois une fois et je restais dans un apartement bien ordinaire et les prix ou jétais ( à Pasig city ) étaient entre 3 000 pesos à 8 000 pesos par mois. Moi javais choisi celui de 8000 C'est sur j'en ai vu à 20,000 -- 30,000 et plus mais moi je me contentait de cela....2 chambres--petit salon--petite cuisine--petite salle de bain..... mais c'était correct...j'avais l'internet PLDT et aussi j'avais mon telephone ACN je connectais ma boîte à l'internet et je communiquais partout en Amérique gratuitement comme un téléphone de maison....L'internet est assez fiable sauf lors des coupures de courant comme présentement...Je suis à Oroquieta city...Makati est un endroit dispendieux mais tout près disons à l'intérieur de 30 minutes de Jeepney tu devrais trouver...
Ça prend l'air climatisé en tout cas pour moi....et pas de problèmes avec la bouffe...

Moi j'ai toujours payé comptant.....IL y'a des guichets automatique (ATM ) donc pas de problèmes pour sortir de l'argent mais la meilleur facon de voyager je crois et cela est on avis personnel une carte de credit car elle est toujours assurée, contre la fraude, le vol...etc.... et les servives pour visa et master est partout sur la terre tandis que si c est ta banque un peu plus compliqué.....tiens nous au courant....
