Bonjour j'ai fait une recherche sur le forum et je n'ai pas trouvé de réponse.
Voila ce qui m'amène ici, je suis commerçant (à mon compte ) en France et depuis quelques années je pense souvent à une expatriation et c'est tout naturellement que j'ai pensé à l'Amérique du Sud car je connais un peu d'un point de vu touristique.
Je serai tenté d'aller m'installer en Argentine ou Chili qui sont les deux pays qui m'attirent le plus, mais je souhaiterai si je devais aller là bas continuer dans le commerce et bien sur à mon compte, disons le franchement se serai la condition de départ.
Je parle l'espagnol, je suis renseigné sur les prix des commerces, le niveau de vie etc ...
Mais voilà je n'y suis allé qu'en touriste avec une agence de voyage et donc je me demandais si quelqu'un pourrait m'informer sur les démarches à faire et dans quel ordre, j'ai très bien compris qu'un français voulant être salarié la bas devait avoir un contrat de travail pour esperer un visa mais dans mon cas, celui d'investisseur je n'en ai aucune idée.
Bien sur ce que je vous soumet est encore un embryon de projet, un doux rêve, je ne souhaite pas m'emballer car c'est le plus sur moyen de se planter.
Donc j'espère qu'il y aura quelqu'un ici qui pourra me faire partager un peu de son experience ou savoir dans ce domaine et surtout qu'il n'hésite pas à me faire part des désagréments auquels je n'aurai pas pensé ou tout autres suggestions car je reste ouvert a tout.
Avec un investissement de 100.000 Pesos c'est suffisant pour le moment pour pouvoir prétendre au visa de inversionista ("Migrante con capital" *).

Merci Pasinul, donc si je comprend bien avec 100 000 pesos ( à peu près 23 000 euro ) il me suffit d'aller taper à la porte de l'ambassade d'Argentine pour avoir ce visa.
Mais je voudrais savoir si ce visa est obtenu dès que l'on dépose les fonds dans une banque en Argentine ? ou alors faut il être propriétaire ou en acquisition de biens ou fonds commerciaux sur place ? c'est à dire l'activité commerciale prête à commencer.

Je pense me rendre en Argentine et Chili d'ici 1 an ou 2 afin de pouvoir mieux me rendre compte (encore) de la situation commerciale sur place (les possibilités), enfin le but du voyage ne sera plus une découverte touristique mais plutôt une étude de marché. Je sais je prend mon temps.
Aussi suite a tous les messages que j'ai pu lire ici je pense qu'être proche d'une "colonie" de français expatrié ne serait pas superflu.
Oui, avec 100.000 Pesos (pour le moment). Mais je mets quand même amicalement un bémol sur ta phrase "il me suffit d'aller taper à la porte de l'ambassade d'Argentine pour avoir ce visa", car entre la théorie et la pratique les choses ne sont pas si simple. 😉
L'ambassade te conseillera d'aller sur place (en Argentine) pour y faire l'ensemble des démarches. Ils n'ont pas tort car par expérience je peux te dire que tu devras faire plusieurs allez-retour pour finaliser ton projet.
Même un séjour de trente jours sur place ne te permettra pas de résoudre des problèmes aussi délicat que la constitution de société ou l'importation de devises. Tu découvriras par toi-même les complications et délais d'une gestion administrative centralisée. 🤪

Mais là... c'est presque impossible si tu n'as pas quelqu'un sur place. Tu verras ce que te diras l'ambassade.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
