Prochaine destination: Panama!! Nous avons le gout du voyage et nous cherchons un petit paradis pour notre famille et Panama est venu dans nos discussions. on s'en va dans qque mois pour une premiere approche dans l'optique de s'y installer avant la fin de l'annee 🙂 . Nous avons un petit garcon(3 ans) et je voudrais bien avoir des experiences de d'autre familles...petits trucs a savoir.
Panama est effectivement un bon choix. Un petit pays, mais pas si petit que cela. 7 fois plus petit que la France mais 20 fois moins peuplé. Une capitale ou il n'est bon que de passer rapidement qui se rêve entre Miami et Dubaï dans laquelle vivent la moitié des Panaméens. Une richesse régulière avec la manne du Canal. Mais la panama c'est surtout une belle collection de paysages et d'ambiance. Des plantations de Café sur les pentes verdoyante et fraiche de la cordillère aux plages noires et vierges du pacifique en passant pas les atolls coralliens de la caraïbe, la dense et féérique foret tropicale humide ou le campo des grandes prairies d'élevage avec le rancheros et les haciendas.
Et ne parlons pas de la population, de purs sud américains, sympathique, chaleureux, avec de l'humour. Le pays se divise en deux, les cow-boys, pro-americains, vendus a une société de consommation qui bétonne le pays en confortant les riches et leur mission de développement et les indiens qui rêvent d'un pays qui préserve sa nature et rêve d'un développement harmonieux d'une vraie justice sociale permettant a tous d'avoir accès à une bonne éducation et une bonne santé. Si vous y allez en repérage je vous conseille une étape a l'isla Governadora à l'Art-Lodge. Un paradiso ....

Il y a le Lycee francais a Panama mais aussi des ecoles americaines apres il faut aller les voir. Personnellement je prefere donner une education francaise a mon fils.
En tant que directrice d'hotel il y a l'opportunite de tenir/ouvrir un hotel. Essayez a la chambre de commerce de Panama. Je n'ai pour l'instant une petite du Panama mais je pense que c'est un endroit que pourra vous plaire sachant que vous vener de la Nouvelle - Caledonie.
Il est necessaire de venir sur place pour une premiere approche et renconter les personnes qui vous seront utiles pour vous installer.

Le Chiriqui est un tres bon endroit pour prendre sa retraite. Les prix y sont encore raisonnable et le panama offre de reels avantages pour les retraites. Pour les locations il faut compter entre 250 et 750 dollars pour une maison individuelles en fonction de l'emplacement et de la taille. Achat a partir de 45k pour la classe moyen moins 75k classe moyenne. A partir de 150k on rentre dans les classes aisees. 250k et plus classe haute. La nourriture : viande poisson fruits et legumes sont bien moins cher qu'en France. Produit importe plus cher evidemment. A note que le vin est bon marche (Chilien, Argentin etc...)
Le climat est assez particulier avec 2 saisons : une seche et venteuse et l'autre humide avec des pluies commencant presque toujours a partir de 15h donc quand meme bon ensoleillement. Pour les hopitaux il y en a 2 prive. Il vaut mieux etre en bonne sante pour vivre dans le Chiriqui. Les soins de sante ne me paraissent pas du meilleur niveau.

Oui je pourrais vous conseiller des endroits sympas : si vous aimez la mer il y a par exemple en endroit magnifique qui s'appelle BOCA CHICA et qui donne acces au GOLFO DE CHIRIQUI belles plages nature luxuriante et poissonneux comme nul part ailleurs :)

Le droit a la propriete est reconnu totalement pas de soucis a ce niveau. Le salaire minimum etant de 450 dollars par moi ca me parait difficile d'envisager d'etre salarie ici. d'après ce que j'ai compris, pour s'installer au Panama, il faut venir avec 300000 dollars, ou être retraité, ou créer une entreprise en embauchant 3 panaméen, je n'ai pas 300000 dollar, je ne suis pas retraité, et créer une entreprise et embaucher 3 locaux: c'est un peu rapide. à moins d'être embauché par une entreprise locale ? et toi, si je peux me permettre, tu as fais comment ?

C tres bien resume en effet.
Je te conseillerai de venir faire un tour et visiter le pays pendant un mois pour voir si ca vaut le coup pour toi. Ville et provinces sont tres differentes. Le cout de la vie en Province est tres raisonnable et il y a moyen de vivre correctement avec un petit business: cafe, boulangerie, glacier etc... Concernant les entreprise locales dans la region de Chiriqui ca me parait casi impossible de trouver un job.

Pour le visa il existe maintenant un nouveau visa pour les citoyens des pays "amis du Panama" dont la France. On peut l'obtenir en monter une SA, et en deposant minimum 5000 $ + 2000 $ par dependent sur un compte au Panama. (je ne l'ai pas encore demande donc je ne peux pas donner bcp + d info)
