Un beau projet en perspective...
Je pense que tout dépend de la ville dans laquelle tu vas séjourner.
En ce qui me concerne, je loue un appartement à Cusco, proche du centre ville sans y être vraiment. 80 mètres carrés, clean et avec plusieurs terrasses qui dominent la ville, tout meublé etc... Ca me coûte environ 250 € par mois après une petite négociation avec la propriètaire . De ce que j'ai vu quand je recherchais un appart, il y a des choses moins chères, mais moins confortables, comme des morceaux de maison dans la maison des proprio, des collocs pour peut être 100 €, et aussi des choses plus chères, orientées d'avantage vers les touristes... Pour ce qui est de Cusco, donc, je pense que si tu es seul, pas trop exigeant, tu peux te loger de manière économique, beaucoup d'appart sans meubles coutent moins de 150-200 €, du moins pour ceux que j'ai visité...
Le coût de la vie dépend de comment tu entends vivre au quotidien ! 3 soles pour un menu au marché contre 20 soles pour un Mc Do, tu peux te nourrir, sortir, te divertir, te déplacer pour vraiment pas chère à condition de faire quelque peu attention...
Voilà ce que je peux dire à ce sujet, et ce concernant Cusco....
En effet je n'ai pas précisez la ville, je partirai pour Lima ! les deux villes etant tres touristique je pense que les prix seront un peu pres similiaires.
Je chercherai comme toi un appartement meublée dans un quartier qui ''craint'' pas trop comme on dit puisque je suis une fille et que je suis un peu peureuse :p
Le problème c'est que je ne peux pas changer de ville puisque mon emploi se trouve à Lima même dans le quartier de Lince, et je ne peux évidemment pas faire le trajet de Cuzco à Lima tous les jours.
Auriez vous une idée des tarifs de Lima pour les logements meublés ?

Que Cusco soit plus touristique que Lima, c'est un fait. Mais résumer "le vrai péruvien" (d'ailleurs ça veut dire quoi "vrai péruvien" ???) par des personnes qui ne quémandent pas des soles auprès des touristes (dixit tes propos) me semble très très très réducteur, faux, irrespectueux, autain et bien mal connaitre ce pays et les populations qui le compose ...
Je trouve même cela lamentable de tenir de tels propos envers des personnes pour qui la vie ce n'est pas vivre, mais survivre avec rien ou pas grand chose !!!!

Lima est une ville très touristique où il fait bon vivre. Les quartiers résidentiels tels que Surco, San Borja, Miraflores, San Isidro sont entourés par des centaines de parcs . Il fait grand soleil ciel bleu d'octobre à fin avril sans une goutte de pluie. C'est au bord de la mer.
Comme toute capitale, il y a d excellents restaurants bars boites expositions activités culturelles, en general 4 fois moins cher qu'en France.
Il existe des hébergements spéciaux pour étudiants stagiaires ou jeunes professionnels étrangers dans des studios équipés avec internet wifi, tv par cable, kitchenette voire piscine fitness etc....

Ensuite si ce que tu paies plus cher ce ne sont pas ces euros là qui vont te rendre plus pauvre. Par contre ces € donneront à ces gens une vie plus décente. Je me sens obligée de répondre après les messages que je viens de lire. Dire que Cusco est plus touristique est un non sens. Cusco est plus médiatisée oui , mais à Lima , Trujillo, Chiclayo Nazca etc il y a autant de sites touristiques voir plus. Ce ne sont pas ceux des Incas comme à Cusco mais ceux de civilisations plus anciennes .
Lima est devient chaque année de plus en plus chère car le pouvoir d'achat augmente c'est un des pays émergents les plus dynamiques, augmentation de 9% du PIB en 2010 . Les appartements à Lima dans les quartiers riches où se logent les touristes et les étrangers coutent cher, on paye en dollars et une nuit est minimum 30 dollars , 500 dollars par mois. Il faut chercher sur place un hostal vers Lince par exemple il y en a à 36 soles par jour si on paye d'avance pour 30 jours. Pour les repas il faut compter 9 soles dans les nombreux petits restaurants . Aux marchés les repas sont à 6 soles maintenant . Les déplacement en bus sont 1 sol.

Il est vrai que j'avais pu observer que les prix pour les touristes étaient très élevé, et j'essaierai comme vous le dites de trouver quelque chose d'abordable sur place.
Sais tu où se trouve ta future entreprise à Lima ?
Miraflores est un quartier où se trouvent la majorité des restaurants bars discothèques théâtres mais c'est très bruyant et les vols y sont nombreux malgré la présence d'une police touristique car les voleurs savent que la majorité des touristes s'y trouvent et glandent devant les immeubles et lieux touristiques observant prêts à voler dès qu'un touriste est négligeant comme par exemple poser un appareil photo sur une table et tourner la tête quelques secondes. Il existe des quartiers totalement résidentiels entourés de centaines de parcs à 5/10 minutes en vélo ou bus (30 centimes d'euro) de Miraflores tels que Santiago de Surco ou San Borja ou encore San Isidro.
Les quartiers moins aisés paraissent identiques aux autres sauf que la pollution et l'humidité y sont beaucoup plus fortes (absences de parcs, présence de microbes car les gens n'ont pas les moyens de se soigner) et surtout absence de budgets pour les rondes de police ce qui pousse les délinquants à agir en toute impunité.

Il n'y a pas plus de vols à l'arrache que dans tous pays , chaque touriste ou péruvien sait que l'on ne laisse pas traîner un objet de valeur et qu'on porte un sac en bandoulière croisée. Je vis au Pérou , je suis allée partout , quartiers riches, pauvres, sierra, selva, costa etc et je n'ai jamais eu de probleme. D'autre part le quartier le plus humide de Lima c 'est Miraflores où les brumes maritimes s'infiltrent alors que le ciel est ensoleillé dans les autres quartiers. Pour la sécurité il n'y a pas de problemes dans les centres des quartiers comme Pueblo Libre, Jesus Maria, magdalena, etc . Les risques se trouvent à Lima centre, Barrios Altos ...
Les Péruviens sont ni pires ni meilleurs que les français ...!
En ce moment je suis dans un petit hotel propre à 40 soles la nuit avec TV et douche chaude. Il est situé dans un endroit stratégique quartier financier , de là ensuite tu pourras chercher ce qui te conviendra mieux.
Hostal Winha, calle Francisco Masias 2706 Lince. A côté il y a des resto à 8 soles et petite boulangerie où l ‘on sert un café pour 2,50 soles, croissant énorme pour 1 sol. De tout ce que je connais c ‘est le mieux pour un nouveau venu à Lima. Bien sur je connais des hotels plus chics et plus “europeens”.
Une fois à lima tu pourras t’adresser à l’association des français lima_accueil@yahoo.fr , je les connais bien et tu y connaitras des gens qui te donneront des conseils sur la vie ici
