Nous avons déjà 4 enfants, mais si jamais je retombais enceinte là bas ( on ne sait jamais... ! ! ! ) savez vous s'il ya une clinique ou un hopital suffisamment équipé là bas pour le suivi de grossesse et l'accouchement ?Savez vous si la péridurale est disponible ?
Voilà...avis aux connaisseurs et aux mamans qui auraient accouché à Pondichéry ! ! !
De même savez vous jusqu'à quel mois de grossesse Air France accepte t elle les mamans ?
Dernière question...Un enfant français né en Inde a t il du coup un statut particulier pour le pays, ou reste t il français ?

j'ai personnellement accouche en 1993 a l'hopital gouvernemental en 1993 d'une tres belle petite fille de 3.100 kg alors que mes autres enfants nes en france ou ailleurs etaient des crevettes !! j'apprehendais beaucoup cet accouchement car je vivais une periode difficile familialement. je venais d'arriver a pondy a 8 mois de grossesse apres plus de 20 h de voyage, mais cela s'est merveilleusement passe. j'avais fait du rikshaw* l'apres midi ca a du me secouer et ouvrir le col !!! lol. a peine une episio de 2 points de suture vite oublies grace a la gentilesse du personnel.
y en a qui font le menage pour declencher l'accouchement moi c'etait plus exotique non ?
bref je pourrais t'envoyer des photos si tu veux. ne te fais aucun souci. c'est tres propre, les nurses sont charmantes dans leurs tenues blanches impeccables, certains auraient des lecons a prendre en europe ! donc je peux aisement imaginer maintenant.
quant aux formalites il faut declarer la naissance au consulat de france> ton enfant aura ta nationalite francaise d'office.
par la suite tu obtiendras ses extraits de naissance au service central de 'etat civil a nantes ou sont regroupes les actes des francais nes a l'etranger, bien sur c un peu plus long a obtenir environ 15 jours, donc s'il y des papiers a faire il faudra t'y prendre a l'avance, moi j'en commande tous les 3 mois car on ne sait jamais ce que peut te reclamer l'administration et dans quels delais !

Pondichéry est plein de cliniques et d'hôpitaux, dans toutes les spécialités, de l'oncologie à l'ophtalmologie.
Chaque année, des infirmières et de jeunes médecins français font leur stage à la clinique du Dr Nallam, lequel est aussi le président de l'Alliance Française locale.
En général, pour les naissances, c'est plutôt l' Hôpital Saint Joseph de Cluny, si je ne m'abuse. De nombreux Pondichériens y sont nés.
Une personne née à l'étranger, même de deux parents français, ne prouvera peut-être pas sa nationalité automatiquement. Appelle le service d'Etat Civil de ta mairie pour t'en assurer.
Je crois qu'un bébé né dans un avion d'Air France gagne la gratuité des billets à vie, ce qui semblerait sous entendre qu'on peut entrer dans leurs avions à un stade avancé de la grossesse. Un avion d'Air France est réputé territoire français, ce qui est intéressant pour la nationalité.
Il vaudrait mieux quand même appeler Air France pour vérifier que ce ne sont pas des bobards.

Le meilleur c'est "PIMS" vous pouvez d'ailleur vous renseigner sur internet, de plus il y a un service VIP dont l'accés coute 120 Rs, avantage: il n'y a pas de queue à faire, le bureau est au second étage.L'hopital est propre et dans un parc de verdure.

Mais si, l'enfant est obligatoirement francais!!! 😏 Il suffit simplement d'aller le declarer au consulat francais. Et pour certains pays, l'enfant peut aussi obtenir la nationalité du pays mais pour l'inde je ne sais pas. 😛
J'évoquais le moment où cet enfant devenu adulte devrait produire un certificat de nationalité française.
Quand on est né en France de deux parents qui y sont également nés, il suffit de produire l'acte de mariage de ses parents, ou leur livret de famille pour priver sa nationalité. L'acte de mariage des parents s'obtient en 5mn dans toute mairie française civilisée.
Quand on est né en Inde de deux parents français, pour prouver sa nationalité, il faut sûrement produire le papier délivré par le consulat, et quand on en a vite besoin, ce n'est pas facile depuis la France.

Nous n'avons aucun problème !
tous les justificatifs, pièces et autres s'obtiennent par internet parfois plus vite qu'à la mairie voisine, nous venons d'ailleurs d'en avoir besoin récemment pour la majorité du plus grand, 6 jours pour un extrait d'acte de naissance.
Un bureau d'état civil de consulat, ou une mairie, pour un mariage, un divorce, une naissance, un déces, ca fonctionne pareil, y compris pour les transcriptions. et ça marche !
On a jamais besoin de contacter le consulat à l'origine de l'acte, c'est centralisé à Nantes (je crois, mais on peut se passer de le savoir).
Je ne comprends pas très bien si tu passes par le consulat concerné ou un office centralisateur en France (Nantes).

On ne sait jamais, comme ils demandent l'acte de naissance du conjoint étranger pour les transcriptions de mariage, le document étranger pourrait être fiché par la France.
