Je suis un jeune boulanger/pâtissier avec 8 ans d'expérience.
Je suis très motivé par une expérience à l'étranger (USA, Réunion, St-Barth, .....) en couple
J'ai déja travaillé en France et en Suisse, mais j'ai envie de nouvels horizons.
Vos conseils peuvent m'être très précieux quant à la destination, les possibilités d'embauche, la vie sur place...
J'attend vos réponses avec impatience...
Le boulanger-pâtissier qui a envie de soleil......
Tu peux tenter sans aucun problème l'Autralie. Un boulanger patissier français avec autant d'expérience n'a à priori pas de mal à trouver un job la bas. Si tu as moins de 30 ans tu peux faire dans un 1er temps une demande de "Working holiday visa", valable un an et très facile à obtenir. Tu peux tenter le coup aux USA mais pour obtenir le visa pour bosser c'est plus compliqué. Sinon y'a les Dom tom pour éviter ce problème par contre niveau offres d'emploi aucune idée.
envoie des candidatures spontanées très motivées aux grandes chaines hotelières , ACCOR et les autres.
Ce créneau marche bien pour ce genre de métier !
pourquoi n'essaie tu pas le Club Med, ? le souci si tu es en couple ils ne t'embaucheront.
pour te faire engager par le groupe Accor tu dois d'abord faire tes preuves en France, quitte à demander à demander ta mutation, mais c'est vrai qu'en couple cela risque d'être beaucoup plus difficile.....mais pas impossible.😉

Je me présente je suis actuellement commercial et je souhaiterai avec l'aide d'un boulanger partir à l'étranger Australie USA ou autres pays anglo-saxon.
J'aimerai ouvrir à l'aide d'un boulanger une boulangerie à l'étranger ou les tâches seraient partagées :
location du local + gérer la boutique et faire le pain ce qui est normal :)
et je souhaiterais démarcher différentes collectivités et ou entreprises pour leur vendre du pain ou autres.
Cela permettrait d'augmenter les commandes donc le chiffre d'affaire
Le pain français étant réputé à l'étranger je souhaiterai mettre mes compétences au service des produits français.
Apres m'être beaucoup renseigner pour partir à l'étranger ouvrir une tel entreprise nous permettrait d'obtenir un vis de travail longue durée et ainsi développer le projet d'une vie.

Mon projet a vu beaucoup de changements depuis mon dernier message...
J'ai du laisser tomber mon idee de boulangerie-patisserie car il m'etait impossible de sponsoriser un employe francais parcequ'il faut etre ouvert depuis + de 2 ans pour pouvoir postuler pour le visa de travail.
J'ai donc ouvert (ouverture prevue fin-juin) un "bistro & cafe".
Il est en effet beaucoup plus simple de faire de la restauration sachant que le boulanger-patissier est un animal trop rare sur place aux USA.
Je compte toujours ouvrir une 2eme affaire...dans 2 ans...pour pouvoir faire mon propre pain, viennoiserie, et boulangerie que j'achete tres cher aujourd'hui.
Bon courage a tous....Je prefere ne pas vous laisser perdre de temps comme je ne pourrai etre pret a m'engager sur cette voie avant cette echeance..

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
2) Open a mini supermarket + a modern bakery using the flour for pastries, etc.
3) Build a healthcare service
4) Build a nursery and primary school
5) Construct free housing for retired expatriates in exchange for their voluntary contributions in their respective fields.
This is a project I truly believe in, and I invite anyone interested to add their personal touch—whether through advice, guidance, or involvement.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
Are there any special requirements before leaving France (aside from taxes...)?

Hi, I’m a self-employed physiotherapist in France, and as my wife (a nurse) and I look into working abroad in about two years, I’ve been offered an equivalence to become a respiratory physiotherapist in Switzerland. Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area. Anyway, that’s not the main point—could anyone explain the pros and cons of doing this job in Switzerland? Based on the paperwork I’ve received, the equivalence seems purely administrative or almost... What about working conditions, quality of life, salaries, etc.?

We mainly speak French, with a basic level of Spanish and English, and we’re ready to improve these two languages if needed. We’re looking for a multicultural, safe country with quality healthcare and good schools accessible for our son. We’d also love a pleasant place with a mild climate where life is good.
