Est-ce que quelqu'un peut me renseigner si cela est possible ou pas au niveau administratif etc...?

Il y a 3 niveaux de policiers au Canada:
police municipale (dans une ville) police provinciale (ex: SQ = Surêté du Québec) policie fédérale (GRC = Gendarmerie Royale du Canada)
Pour devenir policier, il faut oui être citoyen canadien. Pour devenir policier de municipalité ou provinciale, il faut réussir un programme collégial d'une durée de 3 ans (techniques policières) et suivre une formation physique et sur les interventions. Aucune formation étrangère n'est acceptée.
Pour devenir policier à la GRC, il faut participer à un processus d'embauche national, cela prend un peu plus d'un an, et le processus est réservé aux Canadiens.

Démarche à suivre pour les candidats provenant de pays étrangers
Retour en hautLes personnes de citoyenneté étrangère qui désirent venir exercer la profession policière au Québec doivent dans un premier temps obtenir la citoyenneté canadienne. Par la suite, ils doivent suivre le même cheminement de formation que les candidats québécois (voir Démarche à suivre pour les candidats québécois).
dans tous les cas dans la GRC il faut avoir la Nationalité Canadienne.
il faut donc que vous partiez au Quebec suivre une formation, de X années, puis de demander votre Nationalité, apres selon vos examens vous pourrez devenir policier, il faut aussi parler Anglais.
et en général, un policier doit savoir se servir de google....😏
Pour faire simple il faut obtenir un diplôme canadien lié à cette profession, que ce soit Techniques Policières, Criminal Justice, ou même Forensic Science... ainsi que des cours d'anglais (il faut être bilingue, bien sûr, et connaitre une autre langue de préférence rare et utile, est apprécié: créole, russe, somali, arabe...) puis faire une demande de nationalité canadienne. Le temps d'obtention du diplôme est pris en compte mais on ne peut pas débarquer de l'avion et faire cette demande, il faut avoir vécu dans le pays!
Es-tu prêt à partir pour 5 ans au moins? Sans être sûr qu'au bout tu seras pris?
(Tu me diras, les probabilités sont au moins aussi grandes qu'en France.)
Es-tu prêt à des températures très froides et 6 mois d'hiver par an?
Seras-tu seul ou est-ce que des copains/copines feraient des études en même temps que toi?
Est-ce que tu y connais quelqu'un?
Tout cela est à prendre en compte.
Et donc si tu es sérieux, la 1e chose que tu dois faire est de te rendre sur les sites d'universités québécoises ou des autres provinces (certaines ont des programmes intéressants financièrement pour les étrangers, je ne sais plus par coeur mais regarde le New Brunswick, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba...) et regarder leurs conditions d'admission en 1e année.
Rappel: au Québec ou au Canada, les études sont payantes. le retour sur investissement est cependant nettement meilleur qu'en France, et si vous comptiez aller dans une école de commerce ou d'ingénieurs les frais du Québec sont nettement plus abordables.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Hi, I’m a self-employed physiotherapist in France, and as my wife (a nurse) and I look into working abroad in about two years, I’ve been offered an equivalence to become a respiratory physiotherapist in Switzerland. Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area. Anyway, that’s not the main point—could anyone explain the pros and cons of doing this job in Switzerland? Based on the paperwork I’ve received, the equivalence seems purely administrative or almost... What about working conditions, quality of life, salaries, etc.?
