Bonjour Mr mon c'est Gaetan je suis un jeune sénégalais qui vie est qui travaille dans un millieu touristique, le sénégal est le pays les calme de la sous région ou ont peut vivre tranquilement sans aucun problémes. dans la zone ou je vie il ya plein de français qui ont leurs maisons là est qui vie tranquillement il ya d'autre parmis eux qui ont investie et il gére leur propre affaire. il ya plusieur secteur a exploiter dans ce pays :comme le tourisme ou tu peut investire dans la restaurantion l'immobiliers l'hotélerie le transports touristiques autre donc il ya plusieur secteur a investire il avoir les moyens pour les faire ce que je vous conseille de faire il faut venir en vacance pour avoir une idée de ce que tu peux faire sur place merci abientot.

Vous savez, le ressenti d'un pays dépend de chacun ... d'un tas de choses comme les conditions dans lesquelles vous partez et pour lesquelles vous allez .Si vous pensez vous installer là bas à votre compte il est péférable d'aller tâter le terrain, rencontrer d'autres français installés et discuter de l'installation d'un commerce . Ainsi vous aurez une 1ere approche . Si vous trouvez un contrat local, pensez à la couverture sociale (cfe+complémentaire+garp) pour prévoir un éventuel retour, ceci peut se négocier dans un contat local .

pour vivre simplement a dakar il faut prevoir 2000euros tout compris(logement et nourriture) par mois pour vous deux avec vraiment de la volonté et la recherche d'une vie simple pendant les 3 a 6 premiers mois dans le senegal à dakar ou ailleurs ex à saly, à st louis, au cap skirring...
ici ça devient de plus en plus difficile de gagner sa vie par contre le pays est tres acceuillant, c facile de s'y installer ...

Hé oui je constate de plus en plus que des français en ont marre de la France, pourquoi ?
Pour un tas de bonnes ou mauvaises (?) raisons malheureusement !!!
Mais pour la santé il n'y a pas que le CFE, car c'est cher pour ce qu'ils remboursent aussi ! il y a des assurances qui sont nettement meilleures, d'après des expatriés que j'avais pour des soins lorsque je travaillais encore dans un labo d'hopital de la CRF !!!
Mais il est vrai qu'avant de partir, il faut bien étudier ce que l'on peut faire dans le pays choisi.
J'ai commencé le projet que je mettrai vraiment en route lorsque je serais partie pour ma retraite, (si le gouvernement me laisse partir à la date prévue !!!!) Mais je pense que vraiment à 60 ans je m'envolerais, car effectivement ici chez "nous" en France cela devient pénible !!!!
On a beau "tout avoir", mais il manque l'essentiel quand même ! l'amitié, les relations avec d'autres personnes de tous horizons..... Lorsque je vois comment les gens se conduisent dans nos transports parisiens, ou encore
lorsqu'ils font leur courses etc.... Non décidément ce n'est plus mon "truc"
A chaque retour de voyage au Bénin, j'ai de plus en plus de mal à me réhabituer à cette vie de "fous" !!! fFaite de plaintes etc.... Lorsque je vois qu'au Bénin il y a plus pauvres que chez nous.... cela m'énerve au plus au point ! Mais il est vrai aussi que nous récoltons ce que nous avons semés non ?
J'ai des amis de longue date en France et au Bénin je rejoins donc leurs enfants restés au pays et nous formons une nouvelle "famille". De plus mon projet, leur offre du travail !!! et une mise en relation avec des voyageurs autrement !!!

Je suis d'accord aussi avec Dexxa 😉...comptez aussi pour l'installation le premier mois....moi j'ai bien apprécié le quartier Ngor ...pas loin de la sortie de Dakar, tranquille, pres de la plage et de qqs piscines . Possible (du moins de notre expérience en 2006) de trouver des locations abordables .
j'ai estimé les frais a 2000 euros pendant les 3 a 6 premiers mois, apres bien sur, vous pouvez reduire vos frais ou les augmenter tout depend si vous vous sentirez bien ;beaucoup de gens vivent au dessus de leurs moyens dakar est une belle ville, de jour comme de nuit la vie est belle ici

Comme le dit Choucarde, Ngor est un quartier pas mal, et on peut trouver de bonnes occasions. Plus proche du centre, il y a le Point E, Hann Mariste et vers le Bel Air avec la cité Istra.
Pour les enseingnes : Casino est la principale enseigne à Dakar.

tu as raison de conseiller un séjour avant de prendre une décision. Même si la vie est plus dure maintenant (en France) On ne se rend pas toujours compte de la réalité économique du Sénégal.

J'y vais régulièrement en vacances (3 à 4 semaines tous les 6 mois) et c'est super. J'avais envie de m'y installer mais aujourd'hui, après un séjour de trois mois, je n'en suis plus sur. After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
