je souhaite avant tout faire un investissement immobilier pour en profiter et découvrir davantage ce pays en y passant plus de temps
Commence par apprendre le pays, et ensuite tu verras si tu es mur pour ce genre de projet.
3 mois minimum de présence en fouillant dans les agences, en s'approchant des notaires, des banquiers, des administrations, des artisans, d'autres candidats en cours de leur projet, te permettront de savoir, si, toi, tu te sens capable de continuer,

De toute facon, il est impossible d'acheter un terrain, de traiter avec un architecte, de déposer un permis de construire, et de construire, sans une présence quasi permanente.

je vis pratiquement toute l'année au Maroc marié à un marocain du MAROC..et pourtant..!
J'ai acquis un terrain à oualidia ( sur la côte atlantique) pour créer une maison d'hôtes.J'ai pris un architecte, obtenu l'avis favorable du CRI(centre d'investissement régional) ...et j'attends depuis maintenant 10 mois l'accord de l'agence urbaine pour le permis de construire .
Comme je ne veux pas arroser de bakchich le ban et l'arrière ban, je vais revendre mon terrain sans doute avec une plus value mais aussi avec une grosse déception.
Alors tu vois, rien n'est simple dans ce pays même en y étant intégrée.
Marakech, c'est un miroir aux alouettes où les européens sont des pigeons à plumer... fais bien attention à tous ces samsars qui flairent les gogos à 100 m.
M, ce n'est pas que marrakech, c' est aussi un pays merveilleux dès que l'on se donne la peine de venir à la rencontre des marocains.C'est un pays un peu skizophène qui veut des réformes et acceptent la corruption, il faut comprendre tout çà et çà prend du temps.
Un conseil:viens au maroc, reviens y souvent avant de faire ton projet. Les riads sont en vente en grande quantité à marrakech; pourquoi?

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
2) Open a mini supermarket + a modern bakery using the flour for pastries, etc.
3) Build a healthcare service
4) Build a nursery and primary school
5) Construct free housing for retired expatriates in exchange for their voluntary contributions in their respective fields.
