1: OU? j'aimerais aller en Asie. Je connais quelques uns de ses pays (Nepal, Inde, Thaïlande, Malaisie, ...) Je sais que la Thaïlande c'est pratiquement impossible étant donné que je ne connais pas de thai)
En revanche pour les autres pays, connaissez vous les modalités qui permettraient de se lancer et d'investir facilement ?
2: Combien ? Actuellement propriétaire d'un fond de commerce en France, je pense le revendre et partir avec ma part pour la réinvestir ... Mais 200000 euros ca va vite et je sais qu'il est très facile de se faire escroquer si on est pas prudent ...
En fait je suis surtout là pour avoir vos impressions, savoir si vous avez des expériences a partager, des sites a conseiller ... ou même si vous partager ce type de désirs et si vous souhaitez en parler ...

salut il suffit de l'apprendre .. tu mentionne que tu est pret a travailler dur c'est très bien car ici les 35 h cela n'existe pas .. mais dans le dur il y a l'apprentissage de la langue ..
personnellement en gros j'ai l'impression que plus c'est facile d'investir plus c'est difficile de réussir .. voir en afganistan .. sa doit être super facile de s'installer , mais en vivre du tourisme ? la thailande et son logo pays du sourire .. sa marche fort bien .. mais bien sur les étapes ne sont pas évident .. mais d'autres ont réussit pourquoi pas toi?

Vous devez étudier, pour chaque pays que vous envisagez, les contraintes administratives et légales..; Pouvez vous acheter en pleine propriété ? Quel type de permis de travail pouvez vous obtenir ? Dans quel cadre voudriez vous vivre idéalement... etc, etc... Ensuite bien entendu, il restera à se rendre sur place et à faire une étude de marché, comme vous le feriez en Europe...
Quasiment partout dans la zone que vous citez, les contraintes administratives sont le premier obstacle et elles sont assez lourdes, si du moins on veut faire les choses dans les clous...

Pourquoi ne pas prendre pour commencer une location gérance d'un hôtel ou d'une bonne guest house....Vous voyez comment ça se passe (avec les thaïs et les autorités) vous faites un minimum de connaissances des us et coutumes... et après vous prenez votre décision.
Vous ne savez pas ou vous installer, ni le type d’hôtel, je trouve l investissement hasardeux et risque mais c est votre argent..

Juste pour donner quelques infos, je pars en Thailande le 8 mai !
Je pars avant tout pour aller vivre avec ma copine (une thai rencontré en australie il y'a 5 ans) et aller profiter de ce pays magnifique. Je sais que tout n'est pas rose, je ne suis pas un utopique !
Mais ne serait-ce que le climat, la gastronomie, les sourires et cette généreuse nature devrait me suffire ... mais bon qui connait l'avenir ?
Donc voila, nous allons commencer en nous installant a Phuket, pour ma part avec un visa étudiant pour apprendre la langue et ensuite je vais essayer de trouver une location gérance ...
Mais bon chaque chose en son temps ...
ps : juste par le plus grand des hasard, connaitriez vous un bon plan pour le logement sur Phuket ? (budget entre 6000 et 7000 thé / mois) un condo ou une maison pas trop loin de patong (ou est mon école de langue) et phuket town ...

Nous voulons s’installer et construire un éco-lodge, tout en apportant du travail aux familles locales. Nous avons une entreprise en construction au Canada et nous sommes polyvalent puis autonome autant au niveau technique (plan, devis, gestion) qu’au niveau manuel (construction). Nous sommes a la recherche de partenaire, car nous ne pouvons pas rester sur place l’année, nous voudrions y être seulement en haute saison, voilà pourquoi nous voulons un ou des partenaires prêtent à y être à l’année ou l’autre moitié de l’année! Au départ, notre premier choix est de s’associé avec des locaux, mais si vous avez de bon plan à proposer, et bien cela pourrais être intéressant.

Je vous remercie pour l'intérêt que vous portez à notre projet. Potjana et Moi même sommes un couple Franco-Thaïlandais de 37 et 38 ans, nous sommes établis définitivement en Thaïlande depuis une 10 aines d'années et y avons construit notre vie.
Nous vivons de notre petite entreprise de sourcing , production et développement de projets (www.pikana.com) dont le siège se trouve à Bangkok. Un petit bureau en France nous sert de base relationnelle pour nos clients et nous y faisons des allers/retours 1 ou 2 fois par an.
Nous avons par la suite investit dans l'achat d'appartements sur Bangkok que nous louons aux touristes, petit à petit cédant aux demandes des familles que nous hébergions, nous nous sommes mis à faire visiter la Thaïlande à nos touristes locataires en tachant de leur faire voir la Thaïlande de l'intérieur, nous continuons toujours en jonglant avec notre travail. Ainsi nous promenons des familles à la découverte de l'Asie du sud-est jusque dans les montagnes du triangle d'or , aux temples d'Angkor et même en Birmanie. Et je me fais un plaisir d'enfiler des chaussures de marche pour faire découvrir les forêts de Thaïlande à nos hôtes.
Puis désireux de quitter un peu la mégapole et conforté dans notre épopée tourisme responsable, nous avons acheté un terrain aux portes du parc national de kaoyaï dans la ville de Pakchong à 180 kms de Bangkok.
Notre projet hôtelier commence ici!
Passionné de nature j'emmenais souvent nos locataires à la recherche des éléphants sauvages, des singes et des cervidés du parc national, nous avons choisi par la suite de nous installer à proximité et avons construit notre maison et 2 grands bungalows ( 1 petit bungalow 2 pièces et un bungalows 3 pièces). Nous venons de terminer une petite piscine et avons commencé la construction d'un 3 ème bungalow. Puis en juin nous en ajouterons 3 de plus soit un total 6 bungalows dans le prévisionnel.
Attaché au respect de l'environnement nous avons prévu de passer au solaire pour alimenter en électricité nos bungalows et devenir autonome.
Nous puisons l'eau dans la nappe phréatique à 40 mètres pour alimenter les douches. Le système est couplé à un système de filtration .
Nous projetons de développer des climatisations géothermiques (puits canadien) pour le mois de juin afin d'alimenter en air frais les bungalows. Bien que la température dans nos montagnes soit assez fraiche la nuit, les journées sont chaudes.
Au final nous continuons notre projet doucement, Potjana outre ses capacité incontestables de gestion d'entreprise est devenue très forte pour poser le carrelage et je me suis découvert un fort potentiel dans l'électricité :-) et nous sommes imbattable dans la pose de parquet flottant !
Un investissement extérieur serait toujours le bien venu et demande de nombreuses discussions.

My name is Deborah, I’m French. I’m married and have two children. I’m a clinical psychologist specializing in psychotraumatology, and I’m also pursuing medical studies.
For some time now, I’ve been seriously considering moving to the United States. My long-term goal is to practice medicine in the U.S., with a particular interest in forensic pathology. I know the journey is demanding (USMLE, residency, fellowship, etc.), but I’m ready to commit to several years of hard work.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
Are there any special requirements before leaving France (aside from taxes...)?

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area. Anyway, that’s not the main point—could anyone explain the pros and cons of doing this job in Switzerland? Based on the paperwork I’ve received, the equivalence seems purely administrative or almost... What about working conditions, quality of life, salaries, etc.?
