Je suis actuellement en statut implicite, mon permis de travail est expire et j ai fais la demande d une prolongation de sejour temporaire en attendant, mon CAQ, (je dois d abord attendre mon CAQ et ensuite faire la demande de mon permis de travail) je sais que ca peut metre beaucoup de temps, autant l un que l autre, ca peut aller jusqu a six mois. Je n ai pas la prolongation de sejour non plus je suis aussi en attente pour ca, en sachant qu avec cette prolongation je ne pourrais pas travailler, mais juste attendre mon permis de travail. Mais j ai travaille toute l annee legalement.
Je voulais savoir si je suis toujours en attente au moment de la declaration d impot, dois-je quand meme declarer mes impots ou pas? En sachant que j ai un NAS perime, et un permis de travail perime...

Salut si tu as travaillé en 2012 tu est obligé de fournir une feuille de déclaration d'impôts et ceci qu'importe le statut d'immigration.
C'est parfaitement stipulé sur les imprimés à rempliir
Et puis en fait c'est 2 déclarations , une pour revenu québec et une autre pour revenu canada
Avec de la chance tu peux avoir un retour d'impôt non négligeable 😉

La feuille d'impôt te permettra de le calculer avec les barêmes d'imposition je le sais parfaitement bien je les ai remplies moi-même plusieurs années de suite pour revenu Québec et revenu Canada.
Ou bien en faisant appel à un fiscaliste ou bien avec un logiciel spécial comme on trouve chez Future Shop et autres..
ce que tu dois depend de ce que tu as gagne et pour beaucoup il n ont rien a paye mais a gagner donc la déclaration n'est pas OBLIGATOIRE.

Mainenant il y a 3 cas de figures logiques:
cas A : tu calcules ton impôt tu dois de l'argent donc tu dois rendre une déclaration comme stipulé sur le site...
cas B : ni remboursement ni somme due ; je pense que ce cas doit être extrêmement rare donc il n'est pas considéré dans les 2 cas du site internet
cas C : tu as un remboursement de Revenu Canada et Revenu Québec mais tu n'as pas de déclaration à fournir comme stipulé sur le site internet
maintenant c'est dommage de faire ça parce que si tu as un remboursement de mettons 50dollars minimum eh bien c'est 50dollars minimum de perdus.
