Je suis un français de 25 ans vivant en France.
Je travaille pour une entreprise Française depuis 2 ans maintenant qui édite un site Internet de rencontre et fait vivre ainsi 12 personnes.
J'ai, par l'intermédiaire du site, rencontrée une Venezuelienne avec qui j'ai passé des vacances au Venezuela et qui va venir bientôt en France pour des vacances également.
Aujourd'hui, je souhaite m'installer au Venezuela pour travailler pour mon entreprise depuis ce pays (et être auprès de ma petite amie dont rien n'est officielle, c'est à dire pas de mariage).
Mon patron est bien entendu d'accord mais m'a demandé de m'occuper des papiers.
Pour résumer, je bosse au soleil pour une entreprise en France sans crée d'entreprise au Venezuela ou quoique ce soit.
Pour obtenir un visa long séjour, j'ai besoin de 2 documents en particulier : Copie certifié conforme de l'autorisation de travail envoyée par le Ministère du Pouvoir Populaire pour le Travail. Photocopie de l'autorisation de visa, envoyée par le Ministère du Pouvoir Populaire pour les Relations Intérieures, Bureau National d'Identification des étrangers au Venezuela.
Je ne sais absolument pas comment me les procurer.
L'ambassade du Venezuela en France n'a pu me donner d'informations pour obtenir ce visa en me disant que mon cas était spécial.
Les solutions qu'ils m'ont proposé sont de créer une entreprise au Venezuela (chose que nous ne pouvons pas nous permettre car nous sommes une petite boite).
Pourriez-vous me renseigner sur la manière d'obtenir ses papiers ?
Peut-être que le visa de Long sejour pour travail n'est pas adapté pour moi, dans ce cas lequel me conviendrait le mieux ?
Mon amie là-bas me dit de venir avec un visa touristique (donc sans rien finalement) puis avant de partir de contacter l'ambassade de France sur place et indiqué que j'ai trouvé une nana et donc que je reste dans le pays.
Est-ce que celavous semble possible et pas trop long en paperasse ?
Savez-vous également quelles sont les démarches que doient effectuer mon entreprise (SARL) afin de réaliser ce transfère de personne dans les meilleures conditions ?
Enfin, je dois enmener une partie de mes affaires là-bas. Pour cela, je compte envoyer 2 cantines de transport pour un total d'environ 100kg par avion (oubliez le bateau, j'ai pas envie d'attendre). Connaissez-vous de bons transporteur pas trop cher pour envoyer cela.
J'ai pour le moment un devis à 750 euros de chez moi à Caracas.
Une fois les cantines sur place, comment cela se passe pour les récuperer ?

Moi je te conseille de trouver une formation qui t'intéresse dans un Institut Universitaire Privé, c'est pas très très cher et l'inscription ne pose pas de problème, peu de sélection.
Avec le papier de l'institut, tu peux demander un visa d'étudiant. Avec lequel tu as le droit de travailler au Venezuela. C'est à mon avis le plus simple. La condition au Visa d'étudiant est que tes revenus permettent de financer tes études, ce qui est le cas.

J'espère avoir été plus clair, si ce n'est pas la cas, n'hésitez pas à me le dire.
Un visa de long séjour comme employé d'une entreprise étrangère, ça va être la galère.
Un visa de long séjour comme étudiant d'un institut universitaire pas cher, que tu ailles au cours ou non, ça se fait en deux jours.
Tu as envie d'habiter au Venezuela et d'être dans la légalité, et ben, c'est une des solutions.
L'autre solution, c'est d'y aller avec un visa de touriste et de sortir tous les 3 mois.
La troisième c'est de suivre les indications de la page web. Tu ne les as pas comprises, moi non plus ;-)
Moi je te conseille le plus simple : visa touristique et tu sort tout les
3 mois. Pas besoin d'aller loin... 😉 . Et puis tu trouveras certainement
d'autres solutions sur place dont je ne peut pas parler ici 🤪 .

les choses, vas au plus simple, si ca se trouve tu y restera pas tres
longtemps, faut aussi que ca te plaise et apres tu verras.
Il existe un autre type de Visa: Visa de Transeunte que tu peux obtenir sur place, en demandant un changement de visa touriste a visa de transeunte. C est un visa long (1 yr renouvelable) qui te permet de travailler, regarde sur la page de la ONIDEX / DIEX pour avoir les documents a fournir. Il te faudra une fois sur place aller a maintes reprises a la DIEX et t armer de pacience, mais bon j imagine que si tu as decides d aller vivre au Veneuzela tu t es deja fait a l idee.. Dans ton cas tu donneras comme raison pour soliciter le visa que tu as decide de te relocaliser au Venezuela pour vivre avec ton conjoint (joindre certificat de concubinat etc, ..). Ca prend un peu de temps une fois que tu as deposer la demande (minimum 1mois). Ils demandent generalment une lettre d offre d emploi mais peut etre que ca peut etre suffisant si ta copine travaille. Je ne sais si c est util de mentionner que tu bosses pour ta boite de site internet... Mais si tu veux le mentionner je te conseille de verifier d abord ce qui en est au niveau de la declaration d impot et cie (il doit exister une double imposition avec la france et je ne sais pas quel pays dans ce cas se considere resident).
mais bon comme d autres t ont dit auparavant, t as pas vraiment besoin d un visa de travail puisque tu ne vas pas travailler reelment au Venezuela (sinon que simplement tu vas travailler a partir du Venezuela pour un truc via internet donc ca n implique rien au Venezuela reelement)..

J'ai plusieurs solutions pour obtenir ou faire prolonger mon visa touristique, ca me laissera un peu de temps pour faire ca sérieusement une fois installé là-bas.
Je pense qu'il est inacceptable de tenir des propos aussi racistes et sexistes que ceux que tu as tenus dans ton post scriptum. J'imagine qu'il y a moyen de corriger ton erreur.

A defaut de corriger mon ''erreur'' comme tu dit, je t'invites plutot a ouvrir un dictionnaire et a lire la definition du mot RACISTE puis du mot SEXISTE, tu verras c'est assez interressant et je suis sur que tu decouvriras pleins de choses enrichissantes qui t'eviteront d'ecrires de telles anneries.

sinon ils se paient et c est tres chers et ça vaut beaucoup de tole et encore plus d'argent,

Les visas de transeunte, ce sont pas des faux par essence, c'est bien l'un des types de visa au Venezuela.
J'en ai eu de 2002 à 2007, avant qu'il soit transformé en visa de résident, ça n'a rien de faux si on l'obtient à l'ambassade du Venezuela, puis à l'Onidex, en ne payant que les timbres correspondants...
Après, si tu passes par des intermédiaires, tu peux tomber sur du faux comme sur du vrai...

Je connais déjà le pays pour y avoir vécu 3 mois, il y a quelques années, mais mon visa de tourisme s'était expiré et je ne me suis pas pris assez à temps pour obtenir un visa de travail...
Je le regrette amèrement aujourd'hui, car depuis que je suis revenu en France, je suis obsédé par l'idée de retourner là-bas.
C'est un pays magnifique et la population représente, je crois, une leçon d'humanisme et de générosité pour nous autres "gringos"...
J'ai aussi connu des vénézueliennes... je ne sais pas si elles sont fidèles ou non, mais ce qui est sûr c'est qu'elle le sont 1000 fois plus que les vénézueliens (surtout les maracuchos).

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
