plein de comptable ou expert comptable gasy font cela avec archives pour pas tres cher !!de plus avec la corruption n importe quel vazaha peut se payer des papiers avec tampons officiels!!

Je confirme les dires de JIPI pour m'avoir fait "plumé"par un vahazas qui m'a donné un hotel en gestion avec des cadavres pleins les placards( perte sèche 24000 euros en 6 mois) j'espère que se dont parle ce Monsieur n'est pas le même hotel, dans le nord. Quand au prix des affaires à achetées, je crois qu'il n'y a pas de règle établit en matière de prix..........Les vendeurs guettent le pigeon !!!!!!très dangereux. A mada les societes sortent 2 à 3 bilans differents:
un pour le ou les associes
un pour le fisc minoré bien entendu de 40 à 90%
un troisieme en option pour les eventuels acheteurs bien entendu majoré
Dans le cas ou une affaire semble vous interesser demander a un de vos proches d'aller faire discretement la peche aux renseignements et
passez y incognito 2 semaines afin de vous rendre compte par vous meme de l'activite.

mais ceci ne sont que des moyennes par region et sur des etabllissements classes qui veulent bien repondre de façon honnete aux enquetes
qui reponds de façon honnete aux enquete d un organisme hotelier de madagascar !!! la proportion doit etre faible d autant que le bianco a voulu s occuper de qqes problemes dans le secteur et comme par hazard aucune conclusion d enquete officielle depuis 3 ans (sauf quand on veut virer un operateur petit ou grand de mada)

bonjour monsieur, je vous relis régulièrement et je vois que les évènements ne freinent pas vos envies, sans doute avez-vs raison dans le sens où les "bonnes affaires" se font dans des situations -particulières- comme il s'en passent en ce moment à Madagascar...
la dernière fois, je vous parlais de Majunga, et j'y reviens une nouvelle fois, ... je vs rappelle qu'il s'agit de la 3ème ville de Madagascar, et les clients sont bien entendu des touristes (souvent des fonctionnaires de Mayotte puisqu'un avion atterit directement à Majunga) mais avant tout des locaux "karane" puisque le commerce est entre leurs mais... tout ceci pour vous indiquer un hotel restaurant à vendre, il s'agit du fishing résidence, sur la corniche, cet établissement appartient à un ami d'enfance vahaza marié à une malgache et père de famille, mr s'occupe de l'hotel et mme est en cuisine, il arrive à la retraite et il est un peu fatigué et souhaite lever le pied, je vs laisse aller sur son site ... très grand restaurant, piscine, 15 bungalows, en ce moment, ça ne marche pas très fort, à cause pricipalement du couvre-feu, car la clientèle locale (toujours les mêmes que je renommerais pas) est coincée chez elle et ne va au restaurant que le midi, à noter tout de même que sur les 15 bungalows, 5 sont loués à l'année ce qui fait un rapport fixe chaque mois, et ceci n'est pas négligeable, .... j'ai eu le propriétaire au téléphone hier soir et lui ai parlé de chevaux.... il me dit qu'il y en a quelques uns qui se baladent le soir sur la plage (pas très gros malgré tout).... je repète ce que je vous ai déjà dit dans un précédent mail, les locaux manquent de distractions... les problèmes politiques ne dureront pas une éternité... il n'en reste pas moins que le transport de vos chevaux reste une immense problème... quant au prix de cet établissement, ceci ne me regarde pas, c'est à voir avec Mr Daniel FEVE, celui est adhérent à la fédération des hoteliers dont mr Kholer est le président. Je ne suis absolument pas intéressée dans l'affaire, je voudrais juste que mon ami passe une retraite tranquille, parce que tenir un hotel restaurant, c'est du boulot!!!!!!!!!
