Pour le logement a NY, tu peux trouver facilemnt mais ce sont les prix qui sont elévés. Tu pourra aller certainement aller dans le Queens ou Brooklyn. Je ne sais pas de combien est ton budget donc je ne peux pas trop te donner de site.
J'ai vecu à NY pendant 8 mois, quand j'avais 21, le 11 septembre ma fait rentrer très vite car mon visa ne pouvant etre renouveler....
J'ai une bonne copine à NY, je peux lui demander les sites de l'equivalent en francais chez nous comme de particulierà particulier.
Sinon tu a l'option de chambres en Auberge de jeunesse pour démarrer mais provisoire

attention pour les petits boulots: apparement ton visa ne te permet pas de travailler ailleurs qu'a l'ambassade...et donc ca sera du travail 'au noir'...

Pour les visas je ne vais pas trop te renseigner puisque je suis parti moi meme avec un visa touriste de 3 mois et je suis rentré au bout de 8 (oui c pas bien) en plus ca date de 2001 donc ya peut etre des nouveaux visas ou des changements depuis.

Je suis arrivé fin Juin et 3 mois après y'avait le 11 sept, mon visa s'arretais 15 jrs après,
j'ai trouvé un taff (sans contrat) d'ici, une jeune fille m'a parlé de sa soeur qui cherchait une nourrice francaise, je suis parti très vite avec pas beaucoup d'argent, normal j'avais 20 ans. Je suis arrivé à Long Island dans une maison style Dallas (ca ma changeait de ma cité) une vraie chambre avec ma prorpre SDb, ca parait nul mais j'etais aux anges meme si en arrivant j'ai jamais autant pleuré et pis avec le temp, tu te fait des potes..
Quand j'ai décide de partir en Janvier 2002, car la famille m'exploitait. Je n'avais aucun diplome donc impossible de trouver un travail qui peut me sponsoriser. Je suis rentré à Paris, à NY, pas de souci à la douane sauf que j'avais pu le papier de douane qu'on te donne à l'entré dans l'avion. Il m'ont posé la question à NY combien de temp je suis resté, et du tac o tac j'ai répondu 8 mois, j'ai expliqué qu'avec le 11 sept j'ai eu peur de rentré (ca parait louche comme histoire) Le souci majeur c'est que en rentrant à Paris. 6 mois apres je suis retourné à NY pour une 1semaine et là, il m'ont chopé à la Douane, je suis resté dans une pièce genre 1/2h avec les gens qui ont un souci de visa, Il m'ont posé la question combien de temp je suis resté la dernière fois à NY et j'ai répondu 8 mois. Jai fait un joli sourire et il m'ont laissé rentré sur le territoire . J'avais vraiment peur qui me foutent dans un avion et retour à Paris. Je sais que j'ai eu beaucoup de CHANCE.

Ouai ok tu a eu un peu de bol quoi sans vouloir te vexer ! moi ca qui me fait peur c'est que pour le moment je n'ai aucun contact la bas et a vrai dire si je trouve rien avan de partir je serais pas trop ou aller quoi... Et puis ca me parait risquer d'essayer de rester 8 mois alor qu'on autorise que 3 mois, mais en meme temps ca parait aussi compliqué de trouver un employeur qui te "sponsorise" pour qu'on te donne le visa de séjour temporaire... je sais pas qu'est ce que tu en pense ? Tu n'a pas de contact toi la bas ? Et puis j'hésite a partir soit a new york soit plus los angeles ?

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
