Nous avions dans l'idée d'ouvrir un petit magasin internet et aussi d'acheter un tricycle (side car taxi) et embaucher un local. Pourriez vous me dire, si cela serait difficile à réaliser comme projet ? Sachant que nous avons fait construire une maison à coté de Cavité.
non c'est pas complique mais je suppose que c'est pour que la famille de votre epouse est quelques rentrees d'argent , car un cafe internet et un tricycle vous aller pas devenir riche !! lol
votre epouse pourra se charger de tout des papiers pour le tricycle et du permit buisness pour le cafe internet !!
le local qui fera le tricycle devra vous verser une recette journaliere et gardera le reste pour lui
le cafe internet n'est pas d'un grans profit non plus , plutot acheter deux multicables d'occaz et les faire bosser sur cavite et maniile ca vous rapportera dans les 1500 php par jour en bonding et vous laisser votre femme gerer ca

Un tricycle se loue à un conducteur 150 à 200 pesos par jour. Inutile de dire que ce n'est absolument pas rentable d' investir là dedans.
Internet café, même chose : il y en a une pléthore, et s' ils ont connu de beaux jours, ce temps est loin. Seule façon de rentabiliser : ouvrir un internet café dans un mall, avec 40 ou 50 postes de travail....Mais les coréens sont passés avant toi et ont déjà largement couvert ce créneau.
J'en rajoute une couche 😉 : aucune chance de tirer de quoi vivre avec des tricycles, café internet et autres sari-sari. Les Philippins qui font ce genre de petit business en retirent rarement plus de 10 000 pesos/mois. Bref viser le petit commerce dans un pays pauvre ce n'est pas une bonne idée. Il faut viser plus gros: l’hôtellerie, l'export, les services ..etc
D'autre part créer une entreprise qui marche aux Philippines ce n'est pas une chose facile (j'en ai planté 2!): les investissements nécessaires sont certes plus bas qu'en France mais les gains sont en proportion. Et surtout les obstacles qu'on rencontre et les erreurs qu'on fait (dues en grande partie à l'absence de connaissances sur le marché et le business ici) sont beaucoup plus importantes.
Bref c'est faisable mais bien mûrir le projet et prendre son temps pour comprendre et tester le marché...
Autrement il y à aussi une autre solution, mais il faut apprendre le tagalog. A l'école française de manille, il recherche souvent des traducteurs. Pas facile non plus ce chemin la.

Il s'agit bien de l'école Française, et aussi du tagalog, et bien sûre de l'anglais . Si je poste ça c'est que je me suis renseigné lors de l'un de mes séjour.
Quand à savoir combien ça paye, je n'en sais rien car pour l'instant je ne parle pas le tagalog, donc je ne suis pas allé plus loin dans cette voie.
Normalement l'école française publie les postes à pourvoir sur son site et généralement en tant que parents d'élève on est plus ou moins au courant: je ne me rappelle pas y avoir vu ce type de poste. Ceci dit peut être que l'info est moins diffusée pour les postes concernant des locaux. Au pifomètre un traducteur français-anglais à Manille ça doit toucher dans les 40-50 000 je pense, par contre ça implique d'avoir un anglais excellent et sans doute des diplomes. Avec ce salaire on ne fait pas vivre une famille à Manille. A Cavite on doit pouvoir survivre mais bon vraiment juste survivre.
