Pour vous exposer brièvement ma situation: j'ai été licencié en juillet 2006 et dispose de droits assedic jusqu'au 1er octobre 2008. Je compte prochainement faire un voyage à l'étranger en Autriche où il me sera probablement proposé un contrat de travail d'un an dans le tourisme. Est-ce que je peux suspendre mes droits assedic pendant un an et les reprendre dès mon retour en France? Si oui, que dois-je déclarer sur l'avis de situation mensuelle?

Si j'ai bien compris, je devrais déclarer sur ma situation mensuelle "j'ai repris un travail" et "je cherche toujours un travail" pendant 12 mois. Et dès mon retour en France, l'Assedic procèdera à un recalcul de mes droits?

Absolument faux.
Lorsque tu travailles dans l'union europeenne, tu peux toucher ton assedic en rentrant en france. Le montant est calculée en fonction de ton salaire en autriche dont le montant est corrigée en fonction du difference de niveau de vie (pouvoir d achat).
Il y a 2 cas qui se presentent:
1. soit tu ne travaillent pas en france apres ton retour alors cf. l'explication ci-dessus
2. soit tu travailles 1 mois et tu garderas l'ensemble des prestations par rapport à ton salaire en france mais en prenant en compte la duree de travail en autriche.
La question posée mérite beaucoup plus de détails.
Il est possible d'exporter les indemnités assedic dans un pays de la communauté, dans le but de chercher un travail. Toutefois, ce droit ne dure que 3 mois.
Après ces 3 mois, soit le travailleur reste à l'étranger et perd ses droits à l'assedic, soit il rentre en france et continue à percevoir les indemnités. Pour se faire, il faut d'une part, avoir été disponible pour un travail en France pendant 4 semaines au minimum, d'autre part demander le formulaire E303 à l'assedic. Dès l'obtention du E303, tu as 7 jours pour t'inscrire au bureau de chômage du pays de destination.
L'autre cas de figure serait de demander le E301 à l'assedic, qui reprend tes périodes de travail et assimilés comme tel, de travailler le temps que tu désires à l'étranger, et le jour où tu décides de rentrer en France, demander le E301 qui justifie le travail à l'étranger, de retravailler au minimum 1 jour en France, et ensuite de t'inscrire à l'assedic.
Les indemnités seront alors calculées sur une équivalence de salaire français basé sur ton travail effectué à l'étranger!
Si tu retravailles + que 4 semaines lors de ton retour en France, elles seront alors calculées sur ton salaire effectivement percu en France!!
les documents E301 et E303 ne fonctionnent que pour les pays suivants:
Allemagne, Autriche, Belgique, Chypre, Danemark, Espagne, Estonie, Finlande, France, Grande-Bretagne, Grèce, Hongrie , Irlande, Islande, Italie, Lettonie , Liechtenstein, Lituanie , Luxembourg, Malte, Norvège, Pays-Bas, Pologne , Portugal, République Tchèque , Slovaquie , Slovénie , Suède Bulgarie , Roumanie et Suisse .
Alors, si tu es indemnisé par l'assedic, tu devras te radier vu que tu ne séjourneras plus en France. Tes droits resteront encore valables pendant 3 ans augmentés de la durée initiale de tes droits!
Si retour en France avant cette période de déchéance, tu pourras te réinscrire à l'assedic et bénéficier du solde de tes droits!

Au risque de te répondre un peu tard, je te confirme les points suivants:
* Tu peux suspendre les assedics sans problème.
* Le formulaire e301 sert aux personne voulant faire valoir leur droit au chomage après avoir travaillé dans l'union europeenne (hors qq pays de l'est), et n'est valide que si tu n'as pas touché le chomage dans le pays où tu as travaillé. Ta nationalité n'a pas d'importance.
* Le formulaire e303 est similaire aux e301 et sert aussi aux personne voulant faire valoir leur droit au chomage après avoir travaillé dans l'union europeenne (hors qq pays de l'est). Il est valide après avoir touché le chomage dans le pays où tu as travaillé, mais ne te donnera droit qu'à 3 mois de chomage en France. Ta nationalité n'a toujours pas d'importance.
Ces accords intra-Europeens changent et des accords existent aussi avec des pays hors de l'union. Je te recommande vraiment d'appeler le 3949 (pole emploi ex-assedics). Ils aident beaucoup.
Si tu es à l'etranger, ce numéro ne marche pas. Les assedics mettent à ta disposition le 01.77.86.39.49, mais je ne le recommande pas pour diverses raisons. Ils ne répondent jamais et quand ils ont enfin répondu ils m'ont menti pour que je n'essaye pas de toucher le chomage en France. En plus, des consignes strictes qu'ils ont, j'ai lu que si tu touches déjà les indemnités, ils voient que tu n'es pas en France et essayent de te couper les indemnités. Reste hors de ces problèmes!
Donc si tu es à l'étranger, essaye www.appelerdeletranger.com. Ils sont spécialisé dans l'appel des numéros spéciaux (courts ou surtaxés) depuis l'étranger. Avec eux, personne ne peut savoir que tu appelles hors de France et le personnel des ASSEDICS est beaucoup plus sympa. Sinon demande simplement à ta famille d'appeler pour toi.

Suite à un licenciement conventionel avec mon employeur, je vais pouvoir ouvrir des droits aux assedics.
Nous voudrions partir durant environ 1 an aux Etats-Unis. Est ce que je peux suspendre mes droits et lorsque nous rentrons en France, puis je à nouveau réouvrir ces droits et bénéficier de mes allocations chômage???
Comment ça ce passe??

Il serait peut être préférable de contacter les Assedics pour vous renseigner sur votre cas, leur numéro est le 0811 01 01.
Si vous résidez toujours à l'étranger, je vous conseille de ne pas les informer sur cela.....vous pouvez juste dire que vous avez l'intention de vous expatrier à l'étranger. Pour joindre leur numéro surtaxé depuis l'étranger, vous pouvez passer par un site spécialisé dans l'acheminement de ce type de numéro comme (lien enlevé)

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
