Je viens de recevoir une confirmation pour mon nouveau job sur La Réunion. Arrivée probable début Février. Je ne connais pas particulièrement l'ile, sauf quelques reportages très avantageux et les discussions sur la vie locale. Je me tourne vers vous pour savoir ce qu'il convient d'amener depuis la métropole. Première urgence pour l'installation, et éviter aussi les doublons que l'on peut trouver sur place. J'arrive en éclaireur par avion (limite en poids), la suite de ma famille suivra ensuite. Et une fois la période d'essai passée, j'envisagerai un déménagement.

J'oubliais, actuellement je suis à la réunion ou j'ai deux enfants et un petit fils, alors tourné votre langue dans votre bouche avant d'écrire des anneries..je n'aime pas la culture de cette ile, mais j'y vis bien en vacances 10 jours 3 ou 4 fois dans l'année...Alors SVP un peu de respect (j'ai 61 ans, merci)

je vis à saint denis, suis partie il y a 6 mois sans rien amener, j'avais droit à une prime d'installation de 4000 euros ce qui m'a permis de m'équiper, on trouve effectivement toutes les grandes chaines de meubles, électro-ménager... et quoiqu'on en dise les prix sont les mêmes qu'en métropole; j'ai également racheté une voiture neuve ici, même coût qu'en métropole; je sais que les containers sont chers et il faut ajouter des frais de déchargement au port, ça monte vite! les loyers sont assez élevés à saint denis, moins chers ailleurs, voir si vous avez droit à un logement défiscalisé auquel cas on trouve des loyers raisonnables; franchement, vous allez vous rendre compte qu'on trouve tout ce qu'il faut ici ( les bouquins et CD plus chers, l'abonnement tel portable plus cher également sinon c'est kif kif) bonne installation, à votre disposition pour d'autres renseignements, cordialement

bonjour, il y a ici beaucoup de logements en défiscalisation, c'est à dire que ce sont des appartements neufs à loyer plafonné qui sont loués à des personnes dont les revenus n'excèdent pas une certaine somme ( je peux trouver combien précisemment et te les donner), pour les autres pour te donner une idée j'ai un appart ( 85m2) non déficalisé, neuf, climatisé, deux chambres, cuisine équipée partiellement, petite terrasse, parking sous sol, qui est situé à côté du jardin d'Etat ( haut de la rue de Paris saint Denis) pour lequel je paie 1072 e TTC, le même genre d'appartement sur le quartier de la Bretagne est à 800e hors charge. La circulation n'est pas aussi terrible que ça, la voie sud est opérationnelle ainsi que le nouveau pont métallique ce qui désengorge pas mal, la circulation n'est pas pire ( voir mieux) que celle de Paris ou Lyon aux heures de pointe! l'idéal: habiter saint denis et travailler en dehors puisque c'est essentiellement dans le sens contraire que ça circule. Par contre pour aller à la plage: compter 30mn pour Boucan canot ( première plage à l'ouest) et evidemment partir tôt et rentrer tôt sinon!!! Pour la voiture, le parc d'occasion est très pourvu, de tout à tous les prix, il faut calculer le prix de ta voiture et le coût du transitaire auquel il faut rejouter les taxes de port ( cheres), pour donner une idée de prix :un container de 20m3 ( une petite voiture et quelques meubles et electro-ménager) 4000 e + taxes, compter pas loin de 5000 e au total; le prix des meubles et de l'électro-ménager est le même qu'en métropole, on peut trouver aussi d'occas surtout en juin ( retour métropole), voilà, à ton service pour d'autres renseignements, quand arrives-tu?
Effectivement, comma ca a dejà été dit, tu trouves tout ici. Moi quand je me suis réinstallé ici après mes études en métropole, je n'ai rien amené, j'ai juste acheté une voiture, ca ne manque pas mais c'est plus cher qu'en métropole, et pris sur st denis un meublé au mois dans une résidence hotelliere le temps de repérer les trajets, les endroits sympas pour se loger. Ensuite tous les achats locaux.
