Bonjour, je suis admissible à l'iufm de martinique pour préparer le concours de professeur des écoles et avant de donner mon accord je souhaiterais avoir des informations de la part de personnes étant dans cette IUFM concernant notamment son fonctionnement et la qualité de l'enseignement dispensé. D'autre part, pour les métropolitains ayant vécus cette expérience (rejoindre la martinique pour étudier) merci de me donner vos sentiments.

qd j'ai débarqué bac en poche a rangueil a toulouse pour m'inscrire en science ils m'ont fermé la porte, car BAC des DOM, bac cocotier qu'ils m'ont dit, et m'ont balancé en fac de science sociale, porte d'entrée pour tous ceux qui sont étrangers et qui arrivent en france, bref les africains et domiens on nous a PARQUé

qui mieux que NOUS, pouvons transmettre en maternelle et en primaire la culture, la langue, le double apprentissage créole/français, nous connaissons par coeur le contexte social et éconimique de nos départements
l'IEN 1 fois tous les 15 jours fait sur des séances de travail créole/français
on voit bien dans ces séances, les métros raller et mm trouver des excuses pour ne pas y participer
le créole à l'école est un débat important que les métros repoussent d'un revers de main car ils ne maitrisent pas le créole et ne pourront aider l'enfant a passer du créole vers le .fr, chez nous c'est le point noir, l'enfant comprend un peu le .fr en maternelle, mais est incapable de s'exprimer en .fr, et ces enfants sont en échec au collége.
D'ou ces reunions, qd on s'exprime avec l'enfant il faut être si il ne comprend pas ce qu'on lui demande de le lui demander en créole pour l'emmener doucement vers la compréhension française

Sinon je te trouve limite extrémiste nationaliste ça fait peur, tes convictions pour un futur enseignant sont loin d'être institutionnelles... moi peut importe les convictions des uns et des autres, le metier d'enseignant va au delà et si je dois apprendre le créole pr mieux m'inserer et communiquer ac les enfants je le ferai !!! mets de l'eau ds ton vin et arrête de nous voir tous les "métros" comme tu dis avec de mauvaises intensions, il y a aussi des gens comme moi simplement passionné par l'enseignement avec une envie d'enrichir sa culture... A bon entendeur...
Voila ! Tu as désormais une idée du genre d'arguments que certaines personnes pourront te servir... Rassure toi, c'est une très grande minorité.
C'est un mélange de "protectionnisme" (pour reprendre le terme) teinté d'indépendantisme qui, et tu le verras si tu choisis d'aller aux antilles, avance des arguments sans fondements que tu pourras facilement balayer des que tu connaitras l'île.
Pour finir, je suis très étonné d'apprendre que les petits réunionnais ne sachent pas parler français, ou le maitrise tres mal... Comme ce n'est pas le cas aux antilles (ils sont plutot bavards), tu n'auras aucun problème ; quant a l'enseignement du créole, les enfants le parlent chez eux, pa ni tchak, et comme c'est une langue orale...
les antillais contrairement aux reunionnais s'expriment magnifiquement en .fr

Personne ne veut a la reunion, ni l'autonomie, ni l'indépendance, on veut juste que nos enfants travaillent dans leur île et qu'on arrete de faire croire qu'ils sont trop bêtes et qu'on soit obligé de faire venir des métros.

Ton argument sur le créole est peut-être valable pour la Réunion, mais ne tient pas la route concernant les Antilles (je précise que j'ai vécu 6 ans en Guadeloupe et que je vis depuis 6 mois maintenant à la Réunion).
Les profs locaux aux Antilles n'adressent que de manière exceptionnelle la parole en créole à leurs élèves.Ce n'est pas interdit bien sûr, mais c'est....contre-indiqué.De même qu'il est généralement mal venu (sauf dans certaines circonstances précises) pour un élève d'adresser la parole en créole au prof.
Aux Antilles, comme ce doit être le cas sur tout le territoire national, les profs sont tenus de transmettre une éducation républicaine aux élèves.Les spécificités de cultures et particulièrement de langues sont cependant loin d'être bafouées, mais sont généralement transmises dans un cadre privé (famille, amis etc...)
La Réunion, dans son "parlé", est beaucoup plus créolophone que les Antilles, d'où la difficulté pour certains jeunes marmailles de s'exprimer dans la langue de Molière.A la Réunion, le créole est nettement plus "décomplexé"; d'où ta tendance malheureuse à calquer sur les Antilles des arguments qui seraient valables uniquement pour la Réunion.
Il ne faut toutefois pas se complaire dans l'hypocrisie; beaucoup de profs métros (pour ne pas dire la majorité), viennent surtout toucher les fameuses primes d'éloignement et de vie chère et éventuellement se dorer la pillule, personne n'est dupe (attention, je ne dis pas que c'est le cas de la personne qui a lancé le sujet, je ne la connais pas).Mais on ne peut rien faire contre ça sans se mettre hors-la-loi (discrimination), même si tout le monde sait que ça peut se pratiquer...en douce bien sûr....car ce n'est pas normal, mais humainement compréhensible (vouloir travailler dans sa région d'origine).
En admettant que le recrutement local eût un effet significatif sur le chômage (ce qui est loin d'être sûr), ce ne serait que de manière artificielle, il n'y a que le dynamisme économique d'une région comme seule arme vraiment crédible face au chômage.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.

1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
