Puis je demander une mutation sachant que je fais déjà parti de la fonction publique aphp si oui reprennent -ils l'ancienneté ? le logement est il abordable pour un salaire ide et ou se renseigne, doit on etre obligatoirement véhicule, y a t il des moyens de transport urbain ? la vie est cher, mais peut on vivre correctement avec un salaire ide ?
mon ami est ingé technico commercial en cdi avec une formation d'ingé en automatisme et donne des cours de maths physique en tant que contratuel à paris, quel type de poste peut il prétendre et à quel salaire ?merci
Je vais essayer de répondre à une partie de tes questions étant moi-même IDE sur le territoire depuis 8 mois... et je sais qu'il est difficile d'obtenir des réponses sur la NC !
Pour obtenir un poste sur le territoire, malheureusement, il faut être sur le territoire. Ils ne font aucune promesse d'embauche tant que tu n'es pas sur place. Ceci dit, tu peux toujours envoyer ton CV au CH de Nouméa, ils vont t'envoyer un numéro de téléphone à faire une fois que tu es arrivée.
Après, je te parle de mon expérience au CH territorial de Gaston Bourret... c'est là où je bosse. Je ne sais pas trop comment ça se passe dans les cliniques...
Sinon, il n'y a pas de mutations possibles parce que c'est deux statuts différents... ici tu es fonctionnaire territorial... du coup pas d'équivalence avec la fonction publique française, sauf exception pour les cadres qui sont parfois détachés de métropole. Tu peux demander ton intégration à la fonction territoriale assez rapidement... au bout de 6 mois voire un an, en fonction des postes à pourvoir, et en attendant, c'est des contrats précaires de un ou deux mois.
Au niveau de la reprise d'ancienneté, ils te là reprennent à hauteur de 50% et max deux ans... il me semble...
Pour les salaires, on est quand même très bien payé... bien plus qu'en France ! Et malgré le coût élevé de la vie, cela reste intéressant...
Pour les logements... l'immobilier est saturé mais les coloc marchent bien... sinon il faut compter 90 000 fp pour un F2... largement faisable à deux salaires ! En sachant, qu'ici, le locataire n'a pas beaucoup de droits : les contrats de bail sont de 1 an (particuliers et agences !) et les frais d'agence très chers ( 1/2 loyers minimum !)... et je ne parle même pas des garanties demandées... Mais bon, on y arrive quand même; même si c'est quand même assez galère... sans doute le truc le plus chiant à gérer quand tu arrives ici !
Pour le véhicule... il est souhaitable mais non indispensable... il y a des bus. Mais c'est vrai que la ville n'est pas très bien desservie, les délais d'attente entre deux bus sont parfois très très longs :) !
Voilà, pour les réponses que je peux t'apporter... pour ton copain, je ne peux pas te dire grand chose...
En tous les cas, avec un salaire d'IDE, tu peux très bien vivre ici. Moi, mon pouvoir d'achat a augmenté par rapport à la France. L'installation coûte cher mais après c'est que du bonheur ! La qualité de vie est incomparable...

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
