je pense demander ma mutation en guyane et je n'ai pas de permis de conduire, est-ce que quelqu'un sais si l'examen est aussi severe qu'en France et si il a des moyens de l'avoir plus facilement qu'ici. ( peut on conduire sans permis?)

Salut--Je connais bien la Guyane pour y avoir séjourné pendant 12 ans.
Un conseil passe ton permi en métropol, et ne t'avises pas de conduire sans permis.Tu apprendras ce que c'est le racisme, la Guyane fonctionne à 2 vitesses, celle des locaux et celle des métros, expérience enrichissante!!!!!!!!!!

Je suis guyanaise et suis en train de passer mon permis. Les conditions sont les mêmes qu'en métropole (en ce qui concerne la réglementation). Là où cela sera "plus facile" c'est le délai ; tu peux avoir ton permis en 2 mois en moyenne (si tu es une bonne élève :-)).
Pour le code, si tu as une moyenne d'environ 30-35 points lors des tests avec le moniteur, celui-ci t'envoie à l'examen ; il y en a 1 par semaine sur cayenne.
Pour la conduite, les inspecteurs n'ont pas tous les mêmes exigences ; néanmoins, sache que le nombre d'heures de conduite peut influencer (compte environ 25h minimum). Il y a 2 examens par semaine sur Cayenne, c'est suffisant pour la population. Je crois qu'on peut passer l'examen à Saint-Laurent également. Pour les autres communes, je ne sais pas.
Et puis tu as les tarifs. Pour les moins de 25 ans, compte environ 600€, un peu plus, pour les "plus vieux".
Sinon, on ne peut pas dire que les guyanais soient racistes, c'est juste qu'ils sont comme tous le monde, c'est à dire qu'on ne supporte pas les cons, les imbéciles et les arrogants. Je dirai même que les "blancs" (chez nous on dit les "métros") sont plutôt avantagés.
Je te dirai simplement viens sans préjugés ni idées préconçues, elles ne correspondront pas à la réalité. On n'est pas forcément développé comme en France au niveau des infrastructures (transport, crêches, etc...) mais c'est un petit coin de paradis où tout le monde peut y trouver sa place et son compte.
Moi aussi je suis a Cayenne, et moi je suis Metro...
Non, le racisme n'est pas un probleme ici, des c..s y en a partout et de toutes les couleurs.
Ici les gens sont sympas, mais bien sur si on prete attention a la moindre remarque, la facilite est de dire que c'est du racisme.
En plus on est pas ici en vacances ou en touristes, donc un minimum de savoir vivre est toujours bien acceuilli (tenue vestimentaire entre autre)
Pour le permis, fais comme tu le sent. Moi j'ai commencé mes cours en metropole, et faute de temps j'ai fini en Guyane, sans soucis aucun.

Au fait c'est comment Saint Laurent pour vivre? Est - ce qu'on a accés à Internet haut débit et au cable? Je sais c'est des questions qui peuvent paraitre stupide mais venant d'Amerique Latine je sais que certains coins sont assez oubliés de ce point de vue.
