Nous souhaitons partir dans le cadre d'une mutation en nouvelle calédonie ou en polynésie
d'ici un ou deux ans. Notre but est de rester définitivement en ce lieu en prenant la retraite sur place . Bien que actuellement nous aurions tendance à privilégier un départ pour la NC où il semblerait que le développement économique soit plus important et notamment pour le devenir des enfants (nos deux ainés seront en 1ère voir term), nous sommes inquiets quant aux nouvelles dispositions qui interviendront à partir de 2010 il me semble. Certains d'entre vous pourraient me renseigner sur les pertes d'avantages? Une retraite de fonctionnaire sera t'elle toujours indexées? Quelle sera la position de la france pour les territoires? Y a t il des risques ? ......
Nous sommes en 2008 ! Celui qui te dira qu'en 2010 il y aura ceci ou cela est un illuminé..........Les surrémunérations sont remises en cause par les parlementaires, les sénateurs et maintenant Sarko........et cela tous les ans depuis une petite dizaines d'années........
Mais bon, cela dure depuis 1950...........
Pour info, les retraités de l'état sont la deuxiéme source de revenus de la Polynésie Frse.............
Tout le monde meurt, peu de gens vivent .

Il est vrai que prendre une telle décision n'est pas simple d'autant plus qu'elle sera définitive. Même si l'indexation des retraites doit être revue à la baisse, voir identique au taux en métropole, l'envie de devenir résident polynésien ou caledonien sera la plus forte. Le choix devrait logiquement s'imposer par la destination que l'on me fixera (le choix doit porter sur l'ensemble des domtom avec une possibilité de graduer nos préférences). Néanmoins je pense pouvoir obtenir un TOM ayant déjà séjourné aux antilles donc je m'interesse particulièrement à la vie en océanie. Tous les conseils sont bons à prendre.

Jusqu'à maintenant, elle a perduré, car ce n'était que des députés qui tous les ans la remettait sur le tapis, au jourd'hui, c'est l'hyper actif de l'Elysée qui la met sur le tapis avec force indignation, comme si le déficit de la France ne relevait que de cette "anomalie". Incroyable!! Enfin, il nous faudra subir si tel était le cas, mais pour ma part, ce n'est pas ça qui me fera quitter le fenua.
Mais pour vous qui avez si j'ai bien lu des enfants encore scolarisés prévoyez leurs études. Les université de PF et de NC n'assurent pas tous les cursus.
Si on se pose trop de questions, on avance pas ( vite ?), malgré qu'il soit légitime de s'en poser un minimum à propos de 2010.
Je penserais plutot à 2014-2018 pour une éventuelle "consultation du peuple". De toute façon, et aux risques de me répéter, ce serait du 1 tier-2 tiers, donc peux de chance d'aboutir à une indépendance, par contre des "troubles" seraient tjrs possibles, qui feraient que.....
Concernant les retraites, je ne sais si " ils " toucheront à l'indexation des gens déjà installés sur le caillou, si celle-ci devait etre supprimée.
Quoiqu'il en soit sachez que quelques calédoniens ( une association a vue le jour me semble t-il ) commencent à raler de voir arriver des retraités avec leurs pensions indexées, il faut le savoir, donc il vaut mieux ne pas trop s'en vanter sur place !! Mais ce sera peine perdue, dans les petits bleds, tout ce sait 😠
Le calédonien, comme tout bon Français d'ailleur ( je précise que ce n'est pas une spécialité calédonienne, mais plutot humaine ) jalouse le voisin qui a certains avantages auxquels il n'a pas droit.

J'affirme que la retraite sur le caillou, c'est pas forcément le meilleur choix, et je RizGaulle bien quand j'entends les Français se plaindre de la chereté de vie en France:
EXEMPLE : le kilo de salade à Néa à 7 ou 8 euros,
les tomates, c'est kif kif, les endives n'en parlons même pas. Les fruits sont de 2 à 4 fois + élevé au kilo, les produits laitiers vous les oublierez ( les 4 yahourts aux fruits doivent etre à 3, 8 euros ( 450 cfp)
Le vin, à prix égal avec celui que vous buvez tous les jours en france, vous avez une piquette infame et bouchonnée de surcroit. ( a consommer avec modération, de toute façon !)
Le whisky de base ( à consommer avec modération, dit-il !) tous à 20 euros.
Le Rhum de bonne qualité ( à consommer avec modération, également ) c'est 30 Euros, vous trouvez les même ici à partir de 9 EUROS ( et comme aurait dit Coluche : j'ai les noms !!)
l'eau minérale locale à 1 EURO la bouteille, et le chocolat, et la tête....mais là je me répète, alou..
En bref, toute la panoplie du parfait retraité ( et j'ai oublié le pastis ) est 20 à 30 % plus chere sur le caillou qu'en france. Alors laissez moi 😏😏

Pour le suivi scolaire des enfants ils s orienteront vers des bacs S STG ou commercial avec orientation à l'issue vers les finances ou le commerce, ce qui, selon les renseignements pris ne poserait pas de problème.
Concernant les prix pratiqués votre unanimité me laisse penser que je devrai partir, non pas avec un stock de nourriture ou alcool, mais avec une canne à pêche, une bêche, et je ne boirai que du rhum (tant mieux j'adore ça)....
Vous qui vivez sur place comment vivez vous l'insularité? Des croisières sont elles possibles à partir de nouméa ou tahiti et vers quelles destinations?
PS: Meme si ces questions vous paraissent naïve elle nous permettent de nous situer sur les possibilités à long terme sachant que l'avion n'est pas toujours conseillé pour certains états de santé en ce qui nous concerne. Neanmoins il y a toujours moyen de vivre ses passions, il faut seulement trouver la bonne façon d'y aboutir.

Ya juste une méprise, je suis à Paris depuis 14 mois maintenant, donc le prix du rhum à 9 eur c'est à Paris.
Bien entendu encore une fois je parle de boisson de qualité ( agricole pr le rhum ) sinon vs pourrez trouver du rhum à 12 ou 15 euros, enfin je veux dire qu'il y a marqué " Rhum " sur l'étiquette, après on ne sait pas trop ce que l'on boit...
Pour les croisieres, cela doit etre possible, car des paquebots viennent ( du moins venaient ) régulierement à Néa, venant de l'Australie en général et il me semble qu'un circuit Nelle Calédonie avec relache ds les + belles baies du caillou ainsi qu'à l'ile des pins, Ouvéa, Vanuatu, Australie etc...
A partir de Néa, Sydney c'est 2h30, Brisbane idem, la nelle Zealand pas beaucoup plus loin en avion, donc rien d'insurmontable quelque soit l'age.
Singapoure à 6h30 de Sydney et le Viet Nam pas très loin de Singap les bains. Ce sont là des destinations que vous devez envisager sous peine de tourner en rond sur le caillou.
