Bonjour, dans le titre vous trouverai trois hôtel sur Punta Cana, ou les hôtel se trouve sur la plage de Bavaro d'après se que j'ai compris. J'aurai aimer avoir des avis différent sur ces hôtel pour pouvoir choisir le mieux, a savoir que je voudrais plusieurs resto, des spectacle le soir et des activités pour la journée.

Plusieurs bons restos ... Plusieurs belle grosse piscine, Chambre luxueuse et moderne avec salle de bain complete !! ( bain tourbillon, douche ...)
Spectacle à tout les soirs, boite de nuit ... animation !!!
C'est tellement beau et grand ... très propre ... du marbre !!! Je te le dis, si tu choisis le Gran bahia principe, tu ne te trompes pas !
😎 Le complexe Barcelo Bavaro comprend 5 hôtels derrière les cocotiers de la plage de sable blanc (voir le site Barcelo Bavaro) à 1/2 heure de l'aéroport de Punta Cana.
J'y étais début décembre 2007.
C'est très très bien (confort, buffets somptueux mêmes si fades et pas très chauds😛, sécurité) animations, spectacles, discothèque, casino, formule tout inclus, même le frigo dans la chambre et le coffre-fort (mais le vin disponible dans la formule n'est pas bon et le rhum va bien pour les punchs mais n'a pas le goût et le parfum de celui des antilles françaises).
Un petit train permet de se déplacer d'un hôtel à l'autre et de choisir entre une bonne douzaine de restaurants et le double de bars.😊
La mer est vert émeraude, sans vagues car protégée par la barrière de corail.
Le seul pb est pour sortir du complexe et excursionner à bon prix (en dehors des propositions des agences à 80/100 Euros la journée).
Pour aller à la capitale, il faut partir à 6h1/2 le matin.
Les taxis sont chers, les bus à 1km et très lents et conduire est très risqué vu l'état des routes et le pilotage local type cascadeur inconscient🏴☠️.
Ne pas prendre XL airways qui limite les bagages au retour à 20kg par personne et fait payer 12 euros par kg supplémentaire.
Nous avons aussi séjourné au Barcelo Palace il y a 5 ans.
Nous aurions bien voulu y retourner mais on nous a dit qu'il devenait un peu vieux et que les chambres étaient rénovées.
Y a t-il toujours le homard à volonté au restaurant à la plage?
Y a t-il toujours aussi pour le déjeuner le grill (curstacées et poisson) à midi les pieds dans le sable?
Fonctionne t-il toujours autant aux pourboires?

Nous étions 2 semaines au Casino et avons goûté la cuisine de l'ensemble des restaurants du complexe Bavaro, sauf ceux accessibles seulement avec supplément (30$ le menu par personne et + si langouste). Aussi avons nous apprécié sur la plage du Golf la paëlla et les crevettes grillées.
Globalement la restauration est saine, le choix assez grand sauf sur les légumes, mais les plats manquent de goût et les plats chauds ne sont toujours que tièdes et trop cuits.
Il est vrai que les salles de bain, même rafraîchies ne sont pas très gaies ni pratiques.
Note donc très satisfaisante pour le site, l'espace, le choix, la gentillesse du personnel (même sans pourboires).
Pour l'avenir nous surveillons sur le Net les promotions éventuelle pour le Costa Rica.
J'arrive du Barcelo Bavaro il y a à peine 1 semaine, et je te garantis que tu es beaucoup mieux au Bahia Principe. Il n'y a aucune comparaison entre les deux. Bahia Principe est beaucoup plus chic... Tout est mieux, les chambres, les restaurants, le service etc...
Ne vas surtout pas au Barcelo, tu regretteras surement.
Je ne peux pas parlé pour le Barcelo Bavaro mais je reviens du Gran Bahia Principe Punta Cana, section Golden, où nous avons passé deux semaines et c'était excellent.
Le seul point que je peux te mentionner c'est qu'en février, il y a beaucoup d'enfants à cause des semaines de congé scolaire. Donc si tu veux des vacances de famille, c'est parfait. Si tu es en couple, je te conseille la section Ambar. C'est celle-là que je prendrai si je retourne à cet hôtel.
Ceci étant dit, l'hôtel est excellent. C'est un vrai 5 étoiles. C'est très propre, la nourriture est excellente, les activités sont nombreuses. Il y en a pour tous les goûts.
L'hôtel était rempli à pleine capacité et nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis envahis. Tout est immense et bien organisé. Il y a très peu d'attente au buffet et dans les restos. Même si c'est très grand, ça se marche bien mais pour les personnes qui ne veulent pas marcher il y le petit train qui passe aux trois minutes. Il y a cinq petits trains. Aucune attente là non plus.
La plage est magnifique quoiqu'il y avait beaucoup d'algues. Il ventait beaucoup, je ne sais pas s'il y a un rapport! Enfin, rien de dramatique.

At all-inclusive resorts, base salaries are extremely low for 10- to 12-hour workdays. Tips aren’t just a little extra—they often make up half of these families’ income.
Personally, I always prepare an envelope with euro bills in different denominations before I leave (they exchange them easily on-site). Here’s my method:
🛏️ For housekeeping: I leave a bill on the pillow every morning since schedules rotate daily.
🍽️ For servers: I always sit at the same table. At the end of the trip, I give an envelope to each server who took care of us daily.
🎉 For entertainment: I set aside an envelope for the animator who put in the most effort and really touched me.

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)

3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.

A ce jour elles n apparaissent plus sur mon compte Booking , j en ai informé par mail le service clients mais ce dernier ne repond pas ...donc impossible d annuler ces reservations....Quelqu un a t il connu ce probleme et l a t il resolu ???
