J'ai réservé a cet hôtel pour 2 semaines départ le 31 mars .
La grande majorité des commentaires que j'ai lu sur cet hôtel sont très positifs, j'en ai lus quelques uns malheureusement qui sont négatifs, mais vu que la perfection n'est pas de ce monde je crois que çelà dépend de nos attentes .
J'ai choisi cet hôtel après avoir lu les commentaires des gens qui y ont déjà été, c'est a dire pour 1 commentaire négatif il y en avait 10 de positifs, donc j'espère que j'ai fait le bon choix .
Je sais par contre que la plage est magnifique car je me suis déjà rendu la bas ils y a quelques années mais pas a cet hôtel .
J, espère que tu nous donnera ton opinion a ton retour de vacances .
J'arrive du Catalina Dominicus du 25 janvier au 2 février 08.
Le site est très beau. La plage et l'eau très belle. La bouffe, bon pour une semaine c'est correct, mais 2 semaines, il manquerait de variétés. on a droit seulement à 2 resto à la carte. Les fournitures sont désuets, ex: catamaran, il y en avait 3 mais 2 de brisés. le ballon de volley-ball était vraiment vieux. il en avait un neuf mais fallait jouer pendant que les go étaient à la plage. Pour prendre ta douche, attend-toi pas à avoir de la pression et de l'eau chaude, seulement tiède. Pour excursion voir Jose, il parle francais et à la réception il y a un dominicain qui parle francais aussi. j'espère que tu passeras de belles vacances.
Je suis revenu de cet hotel depuis le 7 février. Et j'ai bien aimé cet hotel. Je suis bien enchanté de mon voyage. L'hotel en fait est très ordinaire mais quand meme propre. Pour ma part, je n'ai pas eu de problème avec l'eau chaude. Nous en avions. Il faut seulement la faire couler quelques minutes d'avance.
Pour ce qui est de la bouffe, je n'ai rien à dire. Il y a 2 restaurants à la carte et tous les 2 sont bon. J'avais lu que le steakhouse était décevant mais à ma grande surprise la viande était tendre et très bonne. Il faut que tu demandes une cuisson moindre. Je veux dire que si tu aimes la viande bien cuit, demande la cuisson pour médium. Comme ca tu te trompes pas.
Le resto italien est très bon aussi. Et le buffet pour ma part je n'ai pas été déçu non plus.
La plage est super belle, l'eau limpide.
Pour ce qui est de la tranquillité au niveau de l'hébergement, je te souhaite de ne pas avoir d'italien comme voisin. Ce sont des gens qui fêtent tard et lorsqu'ils reviennent à leur chambre, le respect du silence n'existe pas pour eux. Ça parle fort et il se parle de chambre en chambre et ce en pleine nuit. Il claque les portes....
Aussi si tu as une chambre situé à l'extrême droite de l'hotel, c'est qu'il y a un chemin qui longe ses complexes et le matin tôt vers 6h-6h30 les travailleurs y passent et ont les entends parlé et que dire des chariots qui passent. (ma chambre disons qu'elle était directement sur le coté de ce chemin).
Ne te gêne pas pour demander une autre chambre si tu vis ses désagréments. Et je te suggère de t'emnener des bouchons si jamais tu as un sommeil léger.
Passe un bon voyage, tu ne devrais pas être du tout déçu. En passant, la plage du Catalonia est la plus belle par rapport aux voisins (l'iberostar et canoa oasis).
La plage aux endroits que tu cites n'est pas 100% naturelle mais est régulierement refaite pour laplus grande joie des touristes, avec création d'un recif artificiel pour proteger le sable des tempetes.

A l'Iberostar, une tempete a emporté beaucoup de sable et la plage a été refaite. On le voit bien: la plage n'a été que partiellement refaite pour conserver le phare.

At all-inclusive resorts, base salaries are extremely low for 10- to 12-hour workdays. Tips aren’t just a little extra—they often make up half of these families’ income.
Personally, I always prepare an envelope with euro bills in different denominations before I leave (they exchange them easily on-site). Here’s my method:
🛏️ For housekeeping: I leave a bill on the pillow every morning since schedules rotate daily.
🍽️ For servers: I always sit at the same table. At the end of the trip, I give an envelope to each server who took care of us daily.
🎉 For entertainment: I set aside an envelope for the animator who put in the most effort and really touched me.
The package covers the hotel, but our tips help support the people who make our vacations magical. Don’t forget to budget for this in cash when you pack!

For my husband's 50th birthday, we're going to Mombasa for 10 days and 8 nights in March 2026.
I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)

3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?

Bonjour nous arriverons dimanche 5 mai ( à partir de 16h25) à l'aéroport de Punta Cana pour profiter d'un séjour que mon amie à gagner à l’hôtel Gran Bahia Principe La Romana.
L'avion est offert par la compagnie aérienne, l'hôtel je pense par la chaine hôtelière, mais aujourd'hui je m’inquiète du transfert car aucune info et j'apprends que rien n'est prévu.
D’après ce que j'ai vu le dernier car expreso part de Punta Cana à 16h00
Y-a t'il d'autres moyens de transports collectif (guagua) qui puisse faire le trajet ou au moins nous avancer jusqu'à La Romana ou San Pedro de Marcoris et je pense qu'on finira le trajet en taxi.
Si c'est trop compliqué ça sera navette privée mais on est plus "lonely planet " que navette privée et hôtel tout inclus.

A ce jour elles n apparaissent plus sur mon compte Booking , j en ai informé par mail le service clients mais ce dernier ne repond pas ...donc impossible d annuler ces reservations....Quelqu un a t il connu ce probleme et l a t il resolu ???
