voila, professionnellement je vais m'expatrier au Maroc, mais a part 1 sejour en tunisie d'1 semaine dans un grand hotel, je ne connais rien de ce coin du monde!!! donc, pas mal d'interrogations et beaucoup d'aprehensions...
quelques uns d'entre vous aurez des conseils avertis? comme par ex. dans quelle(s) ville(s) m'installer(s'il y avait 3 choix a faire, lequel?) afin que ma famille (j'ai 1 petite fille de 5 ans scolarisee a la maternelle) ne soyons pas trop bousculer dans un 1er temps dans nos habitudes afin que l'on puisse s'adapter petit a petit...car apres 1 an, on n'aura plus le choix car mobilite professionnelle oblige...
mes demandes concernent surtout:la scolarite dans une ecole française ou anglaise, des villes ou il y aurait une forte communaute française ou europeenne, que faire pour bien s'integrer et se faire accepter par la population sur place, des trucs et astuces pour ne pas se faire avoir comme le 1er touriste ou expatrier venu(des choses de la vie quotidienne), la securite(les choses a ne pas faire, meme anodines car a priori d'apres ce que j'ai pu voir on peut aller facilement en prison pour un rien et ça me fait un peu peur...cout de la vie(location d'une maison ou appart avec 3 chambres a coucher, pour 100 E de courses en supermarcher ici, on n'a pas grand chose toutes proportions gardees;peut on acheter plus de chose et combien fois 1, 2, 3... fois plus ou est-ce pareil;bref une personne qui gagne par ex.1000 E ici vit-elle mieux la-bas ou pas?...) la sante(la qualite des soins:medecins, medicaments achater sur place, hopitaux...) que doit-on apporter de primordiaux dans ses valises a part ses souvenirs persos...? le climat de janvier a decembre(fait-il chaud toute l'annee, l'amplitude thermique entre le matin et le soir...)...
Je suis d'accord pour Casablanca !! mais tu ne dit pas de quel "boulot" il s'agit? si tu bosse avec un autre Français, il t'évitera tout ces "piéges" qui te font peur pour rien !! le Maroc est en Afrique, mais c'est un pay moderne !!! A Casa (comme ailleur) il doivent se regrouper entre eux ( les Français), c'est comme chez nous en France dans les grandes villes, où on trouve le quartier "Chinoi" Espagnol etc..etc.. Le mieux est d'aller sur place (a l'avance) pour farfouiller et se rencarder, voir le consulat de France, l'Institut Français, je vois qu'il y a méme un club alpin Français !!! Si ça se trouve, il y a plus de Fançais que de Marocains a Casa. ( plaisanterie )
😮 La grande distribution ?? Humm !! ça sent le "Marjame", donc ça sent les grandes villes, qui dit grandes villes dit modernisme, qui dit modrenisme dit " t'es pas perdu " " t'es pas tout seul " .. Aucune craintes a avoir, c'est comme "chez nous", de la circulation, des embouteillages, mais la plage n'est pas trés loin pour éffacer tout les soucies!! putain !! c'est le pied un boulot, dans ce pay !! pour ce qui est du prix?? pour y vivre ?? moi qui y passe souvent, camping + cuisine + go pour le 4x4 !! c'est un petit peu moins cher que chez nous, ne pas croire que tout est cadeaux !!!

Je vais essayé de répondre à quelques-unes de tes questions. Je suis moins même expatriée avec mon mari depuis trois ans au Maroc. Nous sommes encore jeunes et sans enfants, mais je peux te renseigner quand à la scolarité de ta fille. Pour bien, la scolariser, tu as le choix entre Casablanca, Rabat et Marrakech. A Rabat, je connais un lycée français très réputé mais pas de petites écoles. Moi, je vis sur Casablanca. La communauté française y est de quelques milliers de personnes. Mais tous n'ont pas les mêmes points de vue sur le pays, évidemment. Si tu dois scolariser ta fille, il y a de très bonnes écoles françaises (La Mission) et américaines à casablanca. Il y en a plusieurs, tu pourra choisir suivant ton quartier, là aussi, je pourrais t'aider. Surtout, il ne faut pas t'angoisser, ici, les choses se font beaucoup sur place. Le consulat de France possède un site web que tu peux consulter pour connaitre les formalités particulières, là encore tu peux me poser des questions précises. Mais je pense que si tu t'expatrie avec le groupe Marjane, il s'agit d'une grosse structure, tu devrais trouver de l'aide au sein de ton entreprise. Mais, j'ai besoin d'une précision, pars-tu en expatriation véritable, ou bien auras-tu un contrat local?
Je ne comprends pas très bien le sens de ta question "comment se faire accepter?".
Concernant la sécurité, les gens qui vont en rpison à tout va, c'est un peu révolue. Nous ne sommes pas en Tunisie ici. Le régime est plus tolérant. Malgré tout il y a quelques règles à respecter. Envoies-moi, un message privé, ce sera plus simple pour échanger.
Le coût de la location que tu envisages dépend énormément du quartier dans lequel tu habiteras, mais saches que les loyers sont extrêmement chers à Casablanca.
Quand tu parles de 100 euros de courses, tu ne peux pas comparer avec des courses que tu ferais ici. Cela dépend encore de ton mode de vie. Par exemple, si tu veux des produits occidentaux (fromage, céréales, ...) ils sont assez voire très chers. Par contre, les légumes dans les marchés ne coûtent rien. Le fromage et le vin français est trois plus cher ici, par contre les légumes sont 10 fois moins chers. Mais on trouve du bon vin marocain!😉
Au niveau de la santé, il faut absolument que tu conserves la sécurité sociale française par le biais de la CFE (Caisse des Français à l'Etranger), ils ont également un site internet. Mais ça, c'est à négicier avec ton contrat d'embauche. Pour les interventions classiques (Dentiste, Gynéco, médecin, ...), il y a des gens très bien (on est quand même dans un pays civilisé, il ne faut pas l'oublier), mais pour les interventions plus grave, il vaut mieux avoir une assurance de rappatriement d'urgence (et oui, c'est quand même l'afrique). Je te dis ça en connaissance de cause, mon compagnon a eu un accident de voiture très grave voilà trois ans.
Ca aussi, il faudra te faire à la conduite ici, cest épique...
Au niveau du climat, il ne faut pas croire les agences de voyages, il ne fait pas chaud toute l'année, mais presque. Le problème est que les maisons ici ne sont en général ni isolées, ni chauffées ou très peu. Et puis le temps est très humide sur Casa. Donc, même s'il ne fait pas très froid, on le ressent plus qu'en France.
Marjane est le numéro un de la grande distribution au Maroc.Ils ont je pense un monopole.Je crois que Auchan y est en partie actionnaire. J'ai entendu dire que Carrefour voulait essayer de s'implanter ici.
Mais tu as bien raison de venir ici, c'est un pays vraiment magnifique, et très agréable à vivre.

(gratuit)!! on y trouve des produits Auchan France, un trés grand rayon pour les alcools, c'est là où il y a le plus de monde à la veille du weed kend, c'est tout comme chez nous, on y trouve méme du porc ( charcuterie Française) mais les produits Français sont chers !!!!!!!!!
Grand parking, où il y a station service pour les carburants, station "Midas et Speedy" et comme c'est plein aussi de camping car, il y a ce qui faut pour eux, dans le style : plein d'eau !!!
Pour l'instant on ne connait que :(les Marjane) de : Rabat/ Casablanca/ Marakech/ Agadir, mais il doit y en avoir dans les autres grandes villes !!

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
