J'ai 52 ans et j'aimerai m'installer au Maroc. N'ayant pas encore droit à une pension mais possédant un certain capital en banque, j'aurai aimé savoir plus ou moins quelle somme je devrais déposer dans une banque Marocaine en garantie pour leurs prouver que je n'ai pas besoin de travailler ou si éventuellement je pourrai simplement présenter un document reprenant le détail de mes avoirs dans une banque étrangère et ainsi après avoir trouvé une habitation sur place, demander un titre de séjour.

faut juste preciser que si il n'a pas de carte resident il faut sortir du territoire 3 mois apres car 1 jour depasse c'est le tribunal ! et vous etes clandestin au maroc 😉 ! ou alors aller a la police touristique et demander bien avant le delai des 3 mois (soit 15 jours avant) une autorisation speciale pour pouvoir sejourner un peu plus et ce n'est pas automatiquement accorde!
je suis passee par la et je sais de quoi je parle...
un touriste francais a droit de rester jusqu'a 9 mois dans l'annee on va vous dire 6 mois mais ce n'est pas tout a fait cela... vous rentrez 3 mois et sortez 1 mois etc etc.. en plus au bout de 3 mois (ce que j'avais deja fait.. et sans resultat!) je suis allee a ceuta au poste frontiere et je pensais refaire le sens inverse dans la journee he bien non! il a fallu que je prenne la navette ceuta algeciras et algeciras tanger...
comme m'a dit un haut gradé (il faut contourner la loi...)!

il y a une solution pour faire plus vite... et surtout pour avoir le resident ce que j'ai fait quand je suis arrivee a 20 ans... créer une societe 😉 d'ailleurs je l'ai toujours j'ai rajoute mon auberge sur le rc... pour 300 euros vous avez une societe et en 1 mois le resident.. pas besoin de justifier pensions et gros moyens... seulement le rc le bail de location de la maison et un compte en banque avec minim 2000 euros vous pouvez ouvrir un compte en devise dans n'importe quelle banque voila...

Hello, je pense qu'il y a une petite erreur.
Il me semble qu'un Français ne peut rester au Maroc que "seulement" 3 mois, après il lui faut demander un visa ou alors "sortir du Maroc" un matin et "y revenir" le soir.... (CEUTA, TANGER... ou, si il en a les moyens financiers, il prend l'avion le matin pour revenir le soir 😉)
Des erreurs, sur ce sujet , il y en a partout, les pratiques changent tout le temps.
D'après mes derniers "sondages" :
Visa 'touriste', c'est à dire pas de visa .... 3 mois.
Autorisation de prolongation de séjour touristique de 3 mois à demander au commissariat de son lieu de résidence, très facile il y a quelques années, semblerait de plus en plus dur, voire impossible dans certaines provinces.
L'aller retour à Ceuta !!! de plus en plus de refoulements, la police de l'immigration marocaine apprécie de moins en moins etre pris pour des buses, et l'informatique fait de plus en plus de progrès.

Il est bon que le Maroc se "modernise" pour tous les sujets. L'informatique est une bonne chose entre autre... Je n'ai jamais séjourné plus de 2 mois au Maroc, alors je ne connais pas grand chose sur les dates d'autorisation pour un touriste. Seulement à écouter diverses personnes, c'est possible plus de 3 mois (???) en "trichant un peu".

je vous conseillerais de lire les posts avant d'y repondre car si je ne m'abuse celui a ete clos... et surtout quand on y connait absolument rien ! la reponse a ete donnee... et le maroc est tres moderne ne vous inquietez pas! l'informatique est dans toutes les administrations et foyers... ! haha vous croyez que vous pouvez tricher en restant 2 ou 3 jours en plus???? meme en soudoyant un flic de la paf ce n'est pas possible.... l'informatique est la !! ports et aeroports... et impossible de trafiquer votre sortie du territoire... ! he oui vous voyez le maroc est moderne... ! restez un jour en plus des 3 mois... et vous allez gouter aux joies du tribunal en comparution directe ou patienter dans une geole d'une wylaya en attente de votre proces... 😉

On n'est pas sur un forum pour compter le nombre de magouilleurs que l'on connait, on est ici pour donner des réponses fiables à des gens qui posent des questions, et qui ont besoin d'informations sures et de conseils sérieux !!

Je vis sur Tanger depuis bientôt 2 ans et je suis retourné une fois en France. Je n'ai toujours pas fait ma carte de résident et donc je passe par Ceuta pour relancer le processus des 3 mois (j'en profite pour faire les courses). J'ai remarqué ces derniers temps que les douaniers mettaient de plus en plus de temps à me tamponner le passeport et j'ai enfin eu droit à une explication il y a quelque temps de cela.
C'est à vérifier mais apparemment, si on est proche des 3 mois écoulés au Maroc et que l'on souhaite sortir par Ceuta, il n'est pas possible de rentrer au Maroc le jour même par Ceuta. On sort par un point d'accès (Ceuta) et on retourne au Maroc par un autre (Tanger Med ou Tanger ville). Si on veut quand même rentrer par Ceuta, il faut rester une certaine période sur place (je ne me souviens plus du nombre de jours). Il y a quelques mois de cela, un ami a été obligé de prendre un bateau pour Algésiras et rentrer vers Tanger.
Pour ma part, j'ai eu la chance de tomber sur un douanier qui avait envie de se faire offrir un café.
