Nous somme sur la préparation d’un déménagement (NOVEMBRE) en Nouvelle Calédonie, et bien sur nous avons plein de petites questions sur les modalités.
Nous résidons actuellement sur la région Bordelaise
Nous sommes une petite famille de 3 personnes (bébé dans les prochains jours) qui aimeraient vivre en nouvelle Calédonie. Nous ne venons pas pour y faire fortune mais pour avoir un cadre de vie plus sympa. Nous avons regardé toutes les destinations et nous revenons à chaque fois sur la Nouvelle Calédonie.
Je travail dans la climatisation comme expert CVC (Chauffage, Ventilation, Climatisation),
Mes questions sont les suivantes :
Le prix pour un container partagé de 10m3 env ainsi que les modalités (quelqu'un aurait-il déjà pratiqué ce type de transport)
Ma petite femme aimerait savoir s’il est difficile de mettre un enfant à la crèche et combien cela coute-il ?
Y-a-t-il du travail en climatisation la branche et elle porteuse sur l’ile ?
Quel son les endroits à éviter pour raison de pratique ou insécurité (sachant qu’il ne doit pas y avoir beaucoup de délinquance sur l’ile)

vous demandez un devis gratuit cela vous donnera une idée. (de toute facon vous serez contraint de passer par un professionnel à cause des opérations de dédouanement).
- Dans le secteur de votre activité professionnelle à ma connaissance il y a du travail aussi bien à NEA qu'en brousse. Cependant attention l'emploi est réservé aux locaux - http://www.gouv.nc/portal/page/portal/gouv/actualites/actualite?p_id=21684688. Il vous sera peut-être plus facile de vous installer à votre compte en tant que patenté.
- Pour les créches sur NEA cela existe bien. En brousse je n'en ai jamais entendu parler - un lien trouvé sur internet http://jlutti.canalblog.com/archives/2010/06/08/18179845.html
- La délinquance en NC n'est pas encore dramatique mais elle existe - vols de VP et cambriolages sont fréquents. Pas de quartier bien déterminé sur NEA - En brousse relativement calme.

Je crois avoir comprit qu’il ne faut pas espérer dorénavant vouloir s’installer en nouvelle Calédonie. Car pour avoir un travail il faut être sur l’ile depuis un moment ou alors tomber sur une entreprise qui na pas trouver les compétences quelle recherche.
NON dans votre secteur d activité l emploi local n est pas une priorité ce sont des petites structures.
Dans les grosses societés cela est plus difficile.
Ces derniers temps beaucoup de personnes se sont lancés dans la clim mais bon c est comme dans tout les
metiers si vous etes un bon pro pas de probleme.
par contre dans le froid frigoriste il y a une grosse demande....

J’ai postulé récemment pour une grosse société agroalimentaire sur la nouvelle Calédonie, mais cela na pas été concluent, je pense qu’il on voulue une personne qui sache tout faire à un prix dont je ne parle même pas. Et il cherche encore depuis !
Concernant ma qualification je touche au large domaine du CVC et je pense être suffisamment expérimenté en froid et climatisation, je pense envoyer des CV avec la date de mon arrivé au agence d’intérim, penser vous que cela est une bonne solution ?
Concernant les soins médicaux sur l’ile nous arrivons avec un bébé et la maman est inquiète pouvez nous renseigné sur les docteurs y en a-t-il partout sur l’ile ?
le probleme dans les grosse societé est que l emploi local est protegé ce qui peut se comprendre.
Toutes les grosses sociétés ont des syndicats et ces derniers sont vigilants sur l embauche.
mais je me le repete il ne devrait pas y avoir de probleme pour trouver du travail dans votre secteur
d activité..

Concernant les logements c est mieux d avoir un job avant de louer mais bon il y a toujours des possobilités.On trouve toutes sortes de

Je suis originaire de Nouvelle-Calédonie. Je peux répondre à quelques unes de vos questions.
Le coût de la vie en NC est supérieur à celui en France métropolitaine, donc les crèches sont un peu chères, mais il existe des assistantes maternelles, qui peuvent venir à domicile comme en France. Après il existe plus de crèches sur la capitale qu'en "brousse" ( terme désignant les villages de la moitié sud du territoire jusqu'au nord).
Concernant votre métier, il y a du travail dans ce secteur, mon beau frère est dans le même métier.
alors, le seul endroit à éviter absolument pour vous installer est:
- Le village de Canala où il y a souvent des petits délinquants ( sur la côte Est du territoire)
Sinon c'est comme partout il y a quelques quartiers pas terribles à la périphérie de Nouméa ( la capitale).
Je pense qu'avec la construction de l'usine du Nord ( région Voh Koné et Pouembout ) vous pourriez peut être trouver du boulot sur le nord du territoire.

Petite famille de 4 personnes nous souhaitons tout simplement faire un nouveau choix de vie. Pourquoi la Nouvelle Calédonie car il semblerait qu'elle soit en expansion parmi toutes les iles française et comme nous ne parlons pas l'anglais nous préférons choisir un territoire francophone.
Notre souhait serait de pouvoir ouvrir un gîte en Nouvelle Calédonie mais avant de se lancer dans une telle aventure il serait préférable que nous trouvions chacun un emploi afin de déterminer la meilleure situation sur l'île pour notre projet.
