Avec mon ami, nous souhaitons nous installer en Guyane en janvier 2008. Je travaille dans l'immobilier et j'ai donc commencé à prospecter dans ce domaine au mois de mai. J'ai reçu deux réponses plutôt positives, mais je ne sais pas ce que ça va donner par la suite.
Est ce un secteur en développement? y'a t'il beaucoup de possibilités?
J'hésite à venir passer une semaine fin octobre pour effectuer des recherches sur place. Est ce nécessaire?
Je suis diplomée d'un 3ème cycle en immobilier mais j'ai également une maitrise AES mention gestion des entreprises. Je suis donc ouvertes à d'autres propositions mais j'ai du mal à savoir si les entreprises ont plutot des difficultés à recruter où si elles ont du mal à trouver des personnes qualifiées. Je ne sais pas non plus à quel niveau de salaire je peux prétendre. Quelqu'un connaît il le salaire moyen d'un gestionnaire locatif?

tu as raison de choisir de venir t'installer en guyane... Il y fait bon vivre. Je ne connais pas ton domaine de proffession mais je peux te dire que le logement est en crise en guyane.. Il est diffcile de trouver un logement surtout aux grosses periodes de changement (septembre et l'arrivee des profs - decembre et l'arrivee des militaires). Autour de cayenne, ca construit de tous les cotes et tout le monde achete pour faire de la defiscalisation.. Il doit y avoir un sacre parc immobilier a gerer. Il y a beaucoup d'agences qui fleurissent a cayenne et en plus tous les notaires font du locatifs en plus... Aux vues de tes bagages, je te conseillerai de viser plus haut.. politique de la ville de cayenne, departement....
En guyane, il y a en effet un manque de personnes qualifiees, je pense que tu t'ennuierais dans une agence immobiliere... vises plus haut....

Mais toi, que fais tu là bas? Y es tu depuis longtemps? Dans quels domaines travailles tu? et dernière question promis, comment se passe la vie làs bas (quotidien, week end...).
Mon ami lui travaille plutôt dans l'animation (dessin animé...) peut etre connais tu mieux ce domaine. Normalement il fera sa BD là bas mais si il y a des plans, ils pourra peut etre en profiter...

pas de probleme pour les conseils. Moi je suis prof, je vis en guyane depuis quatre ans maintenant et je m'y plais enormement. la premiere annee a ete difficile parce que l'installation n'est pas facile mais maintenant, je vais avoir du mal a partir, la qualite de vie est telle!!! Si tu aimes la nature, l'eau, les balades, la vie simple loin de la societe de consommation, bienvenue chez nous... J'ai choisi de bosser dans le bidonville de cayenne, et je me sens vraiment utile... les gamins sont pas tous super forts mais ils savent pourquoi ils sont la...
en ce qui concerne l'activite de tn copain, il y a plein de gens fana de BD ici, ils ont donc ouvert un truc qui s'appelle la cas'a bulle. Un magazin de BD. Il peut peut etre les contacter... sinon pour lui, il y a la possibilite de faire des vacations en temps que profs d'arts plastiques.. il y a de la place et d'ailleurs on en cherche un dans mon college...
en ce qui concerne les activites et les weekend, ici, les gens s'invitent beaucoup, pas mal de soirees entre potes autour de la piscine ou sur la plage... Il y a les weekend carbet, on part dormir en hamac en foret et on se baigne en crique... Moi je suis tres cheval et rando a pied, ma derniere rando etait sur saul... quatre jours de marche sur le mont Galbao... un pur bonheur...
n'hesite pas si tu as besoin de renseignements. je fais aussi partie d'un collectif d'accueil des neo-arrivants en guyane. Comme l'arrivee n'est pas facile, on recupere les gens a l'aeroport, on les accueille quelques jours, on leur montre les cotes agreables de la guyane et ensuite on leur laisse decouvrir les cotes moins fun... Rien a payer si ce n'est de s'engager a accueillir quelqu'un l'annee suivante... C'est une sorte de chaine....

Me revoilà avec encore avec mes questions... Tout ce que tu me dis me donne de plus en plus envie de partir. Je me doutes que ça risque d'être un peu difficile au début, mais bon la vie ici c'est pas toujours sympa non plus.
Mon copain (un Seb aussi) a été très intéressé par ce que tu disais sur les vacations. Peut tu nous en dire un peu plus? Comment ça se passe? Est ce possible d'en faire à compter de janvier ou faut il débuter en septembre? ça peut représente combien d'heures par semaine? Un diplome d'une école d'art (les Gobelins en l'occurence) peut il suffire pour donner des cours? et comment se renseigner sur ces postes?

En ce qui me concerne, j'ai travaillé 5 ans dans l'humanitaire, dans des ONG en France et sur le terrain. Je possède des compétences dans la gestion de projets, l'audit / l'évaluation / les études socio-économiques et l'éducation. J'ai aussi fait Sciences-Po.
Dans l'idéal, je recherche donc un boulot dans une association d'aide au développement et je suis particulièrement intéressée par les populations amérindiennes.
De manière plus générale, je pourrais aussi peut-être travailler dans les collectivités territoriales (conseil général...).
Si tu as des pistes à me proposer, des conseils, je suis grandement preneuse et je t'en remercie par avance !!!
ps : mon copain est ingénieur informaticien alors si tu as des pistes dans ce domaine là....
je pense que le mieux pour toi est d'envoyer des CV dans toutes les administrations... Ce sont des jobs sur concours mais ils prennent parfois des vacataires. pour ton ami, cela pose moins de problemes, les besoins en personnnels informatiques qualifies est important.
En ce qui concerne les populations amerindiennes, cela me parait assez difficile. Ils essayent de s'auto promouvoir et de plus, il faudrait partir en zone isolee. Tu peux essayer de voir si le Parc Naturel regional de Guyane recrute... ca pourrait etre une piste.

Je suis assez sociable dans l'ensemble mais il est vrai que ce n'est pas facile de débarquer dans un nouvel endroit. C'est toujours plus facile ou en tout cas plus rassurant lorsque des personnes sont là pour te guider un peu et te donner des conseils.🙂
Sinon conseil d'ordre pratique: en venant seule est-ce si difficile de trouver un appart de type F2 ou F3? est- ce qu'il vaudrait mieux envisager une colloc? (sachant que j'ai un chat, chose qui n'est pas accepté par tout le monde). Y-a-t-il réellement un problème d'insécurité? quels sont les quartiers à éviter?

Ceci étant un projet dont j'y crois , j'invite toutes personnes intéressées à apporter une touche personnelle, sous la forme d'un conseil, une orientation et enfin une implication.
NB: projet à l'échelle nationale et internationale au niveau de l'emplois.
