Je suis gabonaise et je vis en France depuis l'année 2000. Mariée à un Français, je n'ai pas pu trouver un emploi en France. Oûtre une experience gabonaise en tant qu'assistante sociale, je dispose depuis 2005 d'une maîtrise en sciences et techniques obtenue en France dans le domaine de l'intervention, l'administration de structure sociale et le développement de projet en direction des individus, des groupes et des communautés. Cependant malgré ce diplôme, les recruteurs refusent de m'embaucher en pretextant mon manque d'experience professionnelle sur le sol français. On me demande de refaire un stage d'adaptation mais pour travailler comme assistante sociale alors que j'ai depassé ce cap en passant MST et DSTS. A 42 ans, avec les discriminations pour les postes de cadre constaté chez les gens de couleur et cette fameuse experience qui me manque, j'ai peur que les choses soient de plus en plus compliqué. Je souhaiterais repartir au Gabon mais travailler dans une société française.
Ma formation me permet d'occuper le poste d'assistante sociale des personnels, de chargée de mission dans le domaine de l'intervention sociale, administrer un service à l'écoute des travailleurs, gerer les démarches liées à la naissance, assurances, maladie, décès, organiser des séances d'informations sur des sujets divers ( maladie, hygiène, prevention, droit du travail etc...). La double connaissance de la protection sociale et des institutions françaises et gabonaises, une très bonne connaissance de la culture des 2 pays pourrait interesser les sociétés, organismes qui emploient gabonais et français.
J'ai besoin d'un emploi intéressant à tout point de vue pour pouvoir retrouver le plus souvent possible mon cheri qui à 46 ans est bien installer dans son emploi. Il a peur de s'expatrier sans avoir l'assurance d'obtenir un poste meilleur si non similaire.
Voilà, assez parler. Avez-vous des pistes à me proposer car, je sais que les postes sont chers dans ces structures au Gabon?

Les Français n'ont en général pas de problème pour trouver du travail au Gabon. Ils se serrent les coudes et le bouche à oreille fonctionne dès qu'un compatriote arrive. Dans votre branche professionnelle, je pense qu'il n'y aura pas de soucis. Il existe 2 lycées français à Libreville: Corneille et Blaise pascal qui a un site internet. essayer de vous y connecter et de prendre des contacts. Si non vous pouvez enseigner dans un lycée public gabonais. Je vous conseillerais le lycée nelson Mandela, un lycée d'excellence dirigé par une Française mariée à un gabonais. Le lycée léon mba ou le lycée d'Etat ne sont pas mal aussi. Mais question salaire expatrié je ne m'y connais pas trop. Cependant, les expatriés sont des dizaines de fois + payé qu'un gabonais. Dans les banques c'est un difficile avec la gabonisation des cadres. Votre mari est déjà sur place. je crois que les autres lui ont déjà donné certaines infos. Tenez moi au courant car après tout nous sommes à peu près dans le même cas si vous aves bien lu mon message. Je suis gabonaise, mon époux est français, je n'arrive pas à trouver du travail en France. j'envisage, de repartir au Gabon mais pour travailler dans le milieu europeen. j'ai un diplôme d'assistante sociale et une expérience professionnelle au Gabon de 8 ans. Depuis 2005, je possède un Diplôme supérieur en travail social (DSTS) et une maîtrise en science et technique option intervention sociale et développement obtenu à l'université de Caen. Bon courage.

Nous vivons actuellement en France. Il vient d'être promu dans sa société et le gabon n'offre de bonnes perspectives dans sa branche professionnelle. donc, il ne souhaite pas y aller. Par contre moi, je ne trouve pas d'emploi en France et je souhaite repartir chez moi au Gabon où je possède de réelle possibilité d'embauche. J'ai des diplômes et vivre ainsi m'est devenu insupportable. Malgré une maîtrise en intervention sociale obtenu en France, on me reproche toujours mon absence d'expérience professionnelle en France alors que j'ai travailler déjà 8 ans comme asssitante sociale au Gabon. Mais pour eux cela ne compte pas. c'est dommage car l'offre existe. au fait, le site de l'ambassade de France au Gabon et celui des affaires étrangères peut aussi vous donner certaines infos. En France et c'est toute une mentalité si tu n'es pas d'un cursus traditionnel, de telle école ou formation, les diplomes sur papier, peut importe tes expériences et motivations sauf si tu tombes par chance sur un boss ouvert intelligent et pas frileux....c'est rare ... 😐 contrairement à d'autres pays

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
2) Open a mini supermarket + a modern bakery using the flour for pastries, etc.
3) Build a healthcare service
4) Build a nursery and primary school
5) Construct free housing for retired expatriates in exchange for their voluntary contributions in their respective fields.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
