Je ne suis pas encore spécialiste, mais comme je m'interesse de près à la question 😉 je vais essayer de te donner quelques pistes de recherche.
Pour commencer, il va falloir déterminer précisément la période durant laquelle vous comptez rester sur place, car le visa ne sera pas le même.
Vous avez la possibilité de faire une demande PVT (visa qui vous donne l'autorisation de travailler 1 année sur place) et pour lequel les démarches sont bien moins dispendieuses et aussi moins longues !
Ou bien le visa de travailleur qualifié permanent (qui veut bien dire ce qu'il veut dire, pas de restriction de durée) mais là attention, il va falloir mettre la main au portefeuille et prendre son mal en patience, car il faut compter en moyenne une petite année pour que toutes les étapes soient franchies !
Il y a aussi la possibilité de faire une demande comme créateur d'entreprise (visa gens d'affaire) mais je n'ai pas creusé le sujet.
Concernant la difficulté pour l'obtention du visa, je vous conseille de faire une évaluation sur le site officiel d'Immigration Québec, cela vous permettra d'entamer vos démarches en sachant à quoi vous attendre.
Si le Québec a me semble-t-il plutôt tendance à favoriser l'installation des Français, il faut effectivement bien se renseigner sur le marché du travail local (ils ont beau nous faciliter la vie pour les démarches, on n'est pas non plus attendu ! 😛).
Il existe des professions réglementées pour lesquelles il faut obtenir un certificat de compétence, des professions régies par un ordre professionnel auquel il faut appartenir pour pouvoir exercer. Si vous êtes dans cette catégorie, les démarches sont plus longues (reconnaisance de vos diplômes français, etc...) et il faut peut-être vous attendre à travailler dans un autre domaine en attendant que ces démarches se fassent.
NB : à signaler que c'est plus rapide si vous détenez une promesse d'embauche depuis la France, mais.... difficile à mon avis😕
Mais encore une fois, vous trouverez pas mal d'infos à ce sujet sur le site d'Immigration Québec.
Enfin, sans expérience professionnelle québécoise, il faut apparemment s'attendre à devoir prendre quelques petits boulots avant de pouvoir travailler dans son domaine de compétence (il y a toujours des chanceux pour trouver du 1er coup, mais mieux vaut y être préparer) et en profiter pour monter son réseau de connaissances (par-ti-cu-liè-re-ment indispensable au Québec !).
Quant au laps de temps nécessaire pour la préparation au départ... tout va dépendre du temps pour lequel vous pensez partir ! On n'envisage pas les mêmes démarches si l'on part pour 1 an (avec l'idée de revenir ensuite) ou... pour plusieurs années (j'ai pas osé écrire "pour une vie", mais on va dire que j'y ai pensé très fort 😉).
De notre côté on se laisse jusqu'à la fin de l'année pour mûrir notre projet (prise d'info, voyage, contacts, test de notre motivation...) et si tout ça nous parait envisageable, le dossier pour l'immigration sera déposé début janvier prochain pour un départ 1 an après !
Ne négligez pas l'aspect financier d'une telle démarche si vous optez pour un visa de travailleur permanent :des frais de visas importants (frais pour le Québec et frais pour le Canada), frais liés à l'équivalence de vos diplômes si nécessaire, frais pour la visite médicale (c'est la dernière étape qui conditionne la délivrance de votre visa), frais liés au déménagement (deménagement, billets d'avion, etc...)frais liés à votre autonomie financière (exigés par le Québec, mais bien moindre que pour n'importe quelle autre province canadienne)
et j'en oublie surement...
Coté lecture, je vous recommende S'installer et Travailler au Québec 2006-2007 de Laurence Nadeau, édité par L'Express Emploi, une vraie mine d'infos !
Vrai qu'un PVT au debut, serait une bonne chose pour decouvrir veritablement l'endroit, et pouvoir travailler et visiter en meme temps la tete en paix (droit d'y vivre, travailler, etc).
Si vous souhaitez voir du cote "longterme", votre experience en PVT pourra compter aux yeux du fonctionnaire de l'Immigration en charge de votre dossier alors.

Je ne suis pas certaine, mais je crois pas que les diplomes d'infirmieres obtenus au Maroc soit si reconnu que cela au Quebec.
Il n'est pas rare de voir des infirmiers marocains travailler comme aide-infirmier, prepose au malade, etc
Je sais qu'apres avoir obtenu l'acceptation premier de l'ordre des infirmiers, il faut passer un test au bout de 2 ans de pratique + suivre des cours de mise a niveau aux realites du systeme de sante quebecois.
Parler le francais est primordiale au Quebec! Baragouiner un anglais, c'est un point de plus mais pas si obligatoire que cela.
Avoir des diplomes professionnels en sciences infirmieres est un GROS point de plus aupres du MICC (ministere de l'immigration et des communautes culturelles du Quebec). Si on veut vivre-travailler au Quebec, on doit passer par cet organisme obligatoirement.

Ceci étant un projet dont j'y crois , j'invite toutes personnes intéressées à apporter une touche personnelle, sous la forme d'un conseil, une orientation et enfin une implication.
