A Saigon meme il n' y a vraiment pas de nature. Par contre en s' éloignant de la ville tu devrais trouver ton bonheur, notamment à Dalat, à 1500 mètres d' altitude, qui est entouré par la foret, des chutes d' eau...

D'un avis personnel, si tu tiens à t'installer à Saigon, c'est comme dans les grandes villes... A une nuance près, elle vibre sous la vitesse insoutenable mais impressionnante, la foule peut être effrayante la première fois... Au fait, as-tu déjà visité le Vietnam ???
En y allant en septembre et regardant la ville et les habitants, je ne pouvais m'empêcher de surnommer Saigon la Farouche car elle avait un petit quelque chose d'insaisissable, distant et pourtant presque à portée de main... Autour de moi ça virevoltait à tire d'aile, ce qui me faisait oublier les jolis papillons de Ha Tien... Mais Saigon est belle dans son genre... Avis d'une touriste... Mais j'aime et aimerais m'installer là bas...
Un petit coin de verdure ? Honnêtement, je n'ai pas beaucoup visité le pays mais les belles collines de l'Ile de Phu Quoc t'emportent à la rêverie et ce n'est apparemment pas un des plus beaux coins... C'est relatif. 🙂

Oui je connais bien. La vidéo que tu as vue est en fait assez banale ! Aux heures de pointe (les memes que les notres) c' est courant de voir une telle circulation. Quant à trouver des endroits calmes dans la ville, honnètement ce n' est pas évident...
Eh bien je vais rejoindre un ami, qui lui part dans 20jours pour bosser dans la gestion, il a rencontré une franco vietnamienne donc nous sommes deja sure d'avoir du boulot et un endroit, maintenant, la foule me fait assez peur surtt en voyant la vidéo d'un carrefour a saigon, je me doutais comment c'etait mais la je suis scotché!! je sais que c'est la capitale economique du vietnam, c'est une grande ville, mais on a pour but de s'installer a l'exterieur, je veux absolument de la nature et un endroit calme!! est ce qu'il ya des endroits beaux a voir aux alentours? et la plage est loin? on m'a dit 150km de saigon!! merci bcq

De la nature dans la capitale, je ne suis pas sûre que tu puisses en trouver... 🤪 mais tu peux néanmoins essayer de trouver un logement dans des endroits un peu calmes car la ville est également composée de ruelles étroites et pleines de charme...
Tout dépend de l'endroit où tu vas travailler et dans quel arrondissement... J'ai de la famille qui vit dans le 6ème et 8ème arrondissement dans ces fameuses ruelles et franchement, un plaisir !!! quasi silencieuses sauf pour le voisinage mais ça tu ne pourras pas y échapper à moins de ne pas avoir de voisinage du tout car les Vietnamiens sont très bruyants ! hum... 🤪
Pour les alentours, il te reste la banlieue sinon mais si tu as peur de la foule, comment vas-tu faire pour te déplacer vers ton lieu de travail à moins d'avoir ta propre honda et de circuler parmi la foule en délire ? Car le trajet est assez long jusqu'au premier arrondissement ( 30-40 minutes en honda )...Tu n'y trouveras pas de rizières non plus...
La vidéo de Forco donne un bel aperçu de la circulation mais il est vrai qu'elle est relaxe là... 😉
je pense que pour la foule, ca me fera bizarre au debut mais on est fait pour s'habituer a tt donc il me faudra de la patiente apres ca ira je pense, mais c'est vrai qu'a premiere vu, c'est assez flippant!!moi perso j'en ai marre de la belgique, y a de beaux coins certes, mais je n'aime pas la mentalité et je veux recommencer ma vie ailleurs, et si a saigon ca ne va pas, je suis pret a partir ailleurs, j'espere trouver mon petit bonheur la bas!! comment sont les gens vis avis des européens?

Hmm... Je vais essayer d'être la plus objective possible.
Je ne recommanderais sincèrement pas le Vietnam pour un premier voyage mais c'est relatif et ça dépend des personnes qui perçoivent ce pays... Tellement speed... Enfin dans le sud.
Ce sont des personnes chaleureuses avec ceux qui désirent vraiment communiquer avec elles, sans aucun dédain, ni condescendance... Les Vietnamiens aiment rire, plaisanter, gueuler au lieu de parler... Surtout si tu fais l'effort de parler et comprendre la langue car tous ne parlent pas l'anglais et encore moins le français.
Le pays est néanmoins de réputation notoire de ne courir qu'après l'argent, ce qui n'est pas faux... 🤪 J'ai appris de mon côté à ne pas prêter attention à ces détails et à refuser poliment, autant de fois que je le devais sans y accorder une grande importance et ça n'a pas abouti en une cérémonie aux couteaux ( eh oui... Ca n'arrive pas souvent mais ça arrive... On a le sang chaud ! 😏 ), du moins en septembre... Et j'ai été de nombreuses fois invitée à partager des fruits avec les gens à la plage, à dîner ou à boire une bière...
Les gens sont agressifs ? Pas faux non plus... Mon leitmotiv : ça dépend avec qui, quand et comment...
Je crois sincèrement que les Vietnamiens sont chaleureux quand ils voient que tu fais l'effort de communiquer dans la même langue... En le remarquant avec quelques Français que j'ai rencontrés là bas...

Ayant vécu de nombreuses années en occident ( Belgique, Italie, Suisse)
J'ai pris la résolution de rentrer m'installer au Cameroun, pays natal
Actuellement entrepreneur dans l'immobilier, transport, je cherche un(e) associé(e) / partenaires/ fondation pour un projet dans l'agriculture donc je suis propriétaire de 10 hectares de terrain.
Les hectares étant inexploités durant des années faute des moyens financiers car le projet nécessite un apport je dirait considérable , acteur principal que je suis je dispose d'un apport minimal.
Je crois qu'il est temps de donner vie à cette espace pour des besoins nesseciteux afin qu'il soit dans un intérêt commun à la société.
Le projet est simple :
1) Cultiver du maïs+usine de transformation en farine
2) Un mini super marché+une boulangerie moderne en utilisant la farine pour pâtisserie etc...
3) Construire un service de santé
4) Construire une école maternelle et primaire
5) Construire des logements gratuits pour expatriés à la retraite en échange de leurs participations gratuite dans leurs domaines respectives.
Ceci étant un projet dont j'y crois , j'invite toutes personnes intéressées à apporter une touche personnelle, sous la forme d'un conseil, une orientation et enfin une implication.
NB: projet à l'échelle nationale et internationale au niveau de l'emplois.
