je pars en stage pour 4mois à Antanarivo et j'ai un peu du mal a comprendre comment je dois m'y prendre, trouvant des infos un peu contradictoire et pas toujours tres claires ! Apparemement il faut que je prenne un visa de 1 mois transformable en long sejour (c'est bien ca ?)
Tout d'abord les billets d'avion: est-ce que je suis obligée de prendre un billet d'avion à un mois ou est-ce que je peux prendre mon billet d'avion pour 4 mois directement ? je ne suis pas obligée de quitter le pays pour avoir mon visa long sejour contrairement au visa de 90j, c'est bien ca ?
ensuite ils me demandent une attestation de stage avec la durée précise du stage, est-ce que ca veut dre que je ne peux pas avoir mon visa pour plus longtemps que mon stage ? car j'aurai voulu rester deux ou 3 semaines de plus pour visiter tant qu'à faire !
ensuite pour le certificat d'hebergement, est-ce qu'il faut qu'il soit forcement pour 4 mois ? car je pensais trouver un petit appart pour le debut et voir sur place si je epux trouver une chambre chez l'habitant....
ca fait beaucoup de questions, mais j'espere que quelqu'un pourra m'éclaircir tout ca !

le billet d avion tu prends les dates que tu veux c est ce qui determinera le visa

en tant que francaise tu n a pas besoin de certificat d hebergement l ignominie du certificat se fait dans l autre sens.

Salut, ne t'en fais pas si tu n'as pas toutes les informations exactes. Tu commence par demandé ton visa transformation pour long séjour. Normalement il devrait de donner un visa de un mois qu'il va falloir que tu renouvelle une fois sur place. Ça te donneras donc le temps de t'arranger et de te trouver un endroit où habiter !!!
Et pourtant, il m'a fallu un certificat d'hébergement ET une prise en charge au cas où !
C'était en 2005, ils ont peut-être changé la loi depuis ?
Le mieux, il est vrai est d'aller se renseigner directement à l'ambassade ou au consulat .On peut également télécharger tout le dossier nécessira sur le site de l'ambassade .
J'ai fait les mêmes démarches début 2008...
Il te faut bien un visa transformable, qui est valable un mois après l'entrée sur le territoire. C'est donc le temps maximum à ta disposition pour le faire prolonger.
Pour le billet d'avion pas de soucis, prends-le avec les dates que tu veux. Par contre le visa est effectivement délivré pour la durée du stage uniquement, éventuellement 2 ou 3 jours de plus mais c'est tout. Pour visiter il faudrait donc, soit que tu sortes et rentres du pays (le moins cher est d'aller à Mayotte ou à la Réunion) mais ça coûte quand même un peu de sous (400 euros A/R, plus le visa touriste à acheter), soit que tu t'arranges avec ton maître de stage pour qu'il te fasse une lettre de prolongation qui te permet de faire prolonger ton visa (entre parenthèses, si tu veux visiter, prends-toi un peu plus que 2 ou 3 semaines ;)
Pour le certificat d'hébergement, si tu n'es pas logé par les gens qui te prennent en stage, je te conseille fortement d'aller dans un "case de passage" comme celle de l'association française des volontaires du progrès, il t'en coûtera 12.000 ar la nuit si mes souvenirs sont bons. Chercher un appart ou une chambre chez l'habitant... il faut voir, ça peut prendre du temps ! Tu peux aussi chercher du côté des écoles qui louent parfois des chambres.
Pour mon visa on m'avait demandé un certificat d'hébergement ET de prise en charge recouvrant l'intégralité de mon séjour (5 mois).
Enfin, prépares-toi bien à perdre quelques journées si tu fais toi-même les démarches pour prolonger le visa... Commence par faire une photocopie certifiée à la mairie (prévoir une demi journée) et emmène bien les doubles de tous les papiers que tu as fourni pour le premier visa (casier judiciaire entre autre), ainsi que 7 photos d'identité (mais bon ça tu pourras les faire là-bas). Pour l'extrait de casier penses-y car ils demandent un original et sont un peu relou sur les fax et autres "contrefaçons". Enfin, fais ces démarches dès que tu arrives à Tanà (il faut aller au ministère de l'intérieur du quartier Ampefiloha à Tanà) parce que ça demande du temps et un peu d'organisation, à tous les niveaux.
Je ne sais pas avec quel organisme ou entreprise tu pars, mais demande-leur, certains ont des relations plus directes pour éviter les kilos de papier et les files d'attente du service des visas ;)

Pou repondre a MaarionJ, je pars faire un stage a l'hopital de Madagascar, vu que je suis étudiante en pharmacie. Je pars debut juin pour 4 mois de stage en infectiologie. J'aurai bien voulu rester plus de 2 ou 3 semaines mais j'ai mes études qui m'attendent et je ne peux pas me permettre pllus. deja si j'arrive a negocier deux semaines pour mon visa ce serait bien !
Je ne sais pas si le CHU de Antanarivo peut m'aider pour mes démarches, ca m'étonnerait quand meme... a mon avis ils ont d'autres choses a faire !
Par contre, vu que vous allez l'air de bien connaitre, s'il me faut un certificat d'hebrgement de 4 mois, il faut donc que je trouve mon logement avant de partir mais apres ca veut dire que je ene pourrais plus changer sur les 4 mois ?

prends contact avec le chu et le responsable du stage je suis sur qu il arrivera a depatouiller tout cela.
tu peux aussi passer une annonce de logement dans des site comme tonga soa et orange.mg qui on des rubriques
je pense qu 'également le consulat a lyon peut eclairer et aider ton arriver.
a lyon il y a aussi des asso malgache et un restaurant gasy 15 rue bonnel lyon 8eme ils ont un site avec une serveuse malgache etudiante je pense qu ils pourraient t aider
Pour la délivrance du premier visa (valable un mois donc) on m'avait demandé le certificat d'hébergement pour les 5 mois, de même que les billets d'avion pour 5 mois et la convention de stage avec exactement les mêmes dates. Mais tu peux faire faire un certificat par ton responsable ou ton contact sur place, et changer une fois que tu es là-bas... Ce qui compte c'est d'avoir le papier ^^.
Renseigne-toi quand même auprès du CHU... Moi je bossais pour un organisme français qui du coup prévoyait de gérer les visa, par contre j'étais techniquement accueillie dans une structure malgache et eux n'étaient pas tellement au courant. D'une manière générale les Malgaches avec qui j'ai bossé n'étaient jamais au courant des démarches pour le visa... pas plus que je ne connais celles qu'ils doivent faire pour venir en France, finalement ! Normal quoi, les mieux renseignés sont ceux qui ont besoin de faire les démarches.
Si tu n'arrives pas à joindre le consulat tu peux essayer auprès de l'ambassade de Mada, par téléphone (service des visas au 01 45 04 62 11 ; il faut persévérer un peu, on tombe tout le temps sur des gens différents mais c'est quand même possible d'avoir des infos... mora mora quoi !)

je vais a l'hopital Joseph Raseta Befelatanana et j'avoue que j'ai pas eu beaoup de contact avec mon maitre de stage... J'ai deja mis plus d'un mois et de nombreux e-mails pour qu'ils m'envoient mon attestation pour ma bourse c'est pour ca que je pensais me debrouiller seule pour mes demarches de visa et tout mais bon si je vois que c'est vraiment tres compliqué, je leur demanderai de l'aide ! En plus on est 3 a partir donc bon a ns trois, onb va bien arriver a s'en sortir...
Pour le crous, on a effectivement aucune info et la fac nous dit que c'est a nous de nous debrouiller... Eux ils reglent nos bourses, nous ont fait le reste... Y'a de quoi te decourager de partir mais bon ca va valoir le coup d'en baver pendant quelques mois... lol
