salut a tous, ne revez pas trop il est vrai que le belize parait paradisiac mais c'est quand meme asser pauvre si vous allez la ba pour vous enrichir c'est raté mais si vous rechercher un endroit tranquille ok ! sartajena est assez isolée! vous aurez un tres bonne acueil . pour ma par je prefere corozal ou chetumal coté mexique , c'est un peu plus agité mais c'est un choix . a oui preparez vous aux ouragan c'est pas souvent mais il y en a faut pas oublier.

Je cherche à en savoir plus sur cette destination pour laquelle beaucoup de personnes ont eu un coup de coeur et s'y sont installées apparemment sans trop de difficultés. Ca ressemble à un endroit où il fait bon vivre, et où il y a un certain potentiel de développement futur. On va surement aller voir ca de plus pret courant 2011.

En effet , j'ai une maison sur caye caulker, pour ce quil y a a visiter, tout depend ce que vous recherchez, mais il faut savoir que s'est surtout de l'eco-tourisme avec jungle d'un cote et barrière de corail de l'autre.
Les sites Mayas ne sont pas les plus interessants d'amerique central (cf Tikal)
Belize city se visite en 1/2 journée surtout depuis que old Belize (le seul musée de la ville) ait été raser en novembre par un cyclone
Tout depend ce que vous recherchez pour vivre, j'ai contruit ma maison pour les vacances, pour la peche a la mouche, pour la louer et pour avoir un pied à terre en amerique centrale mais pas pour y vivre .

et bien jen a un peu raison, je lui passe le bonjour par la meme occasion. sartajena et assez eloigner c'est un petit village avec peu d'habitant et commercialement se n'etait pas pour moi.apres pour celui qui cherche le grand calme " ideal", les gens sont tres acceuillant et tres convivial .

c'est exact , Xunantunich par exemple n'est pas un site majeur comme Tikal ou El Mirador.
Ceci dit il y a tout de même des sites mayas très intéressants au Belize et dignes d'intérêt.
Il y a El Caracol qui est un site totalement isolé.

Nous sommes 2 québécois habitant à Toronto envisageant la possibilité de déménager au Belize. Habitez-vous toujours à Sarteneja? Comment se porte le village? Y'a t'il eu des changements depuis 2007? Côté tourisme, y'a t'il des développement favorable? Ma colocataire travaille dans une compagnie de tourisme (Gap adventures, récemment renommée G Adventures) et je compte me diriger dans le domaine touristique, hotelier ou celui de la restauration.
slut oui les conditions a peut pres pareille , sauf que le village est un endroit tres tranquille qui est plus retraiter que touristique , pas de superbe plage.. celle qu on a sont ptite et tres tranquile, parcontrle village est super tranquille est sécure, bon je sais il y a deux hotel a vendre le premier Oasis guesthouse que tu trouvera surement sur internet pour les fotos . ne leur ecris pas il vont jamais sur le net , pas d ordi , c un 4 chambre batit en ciment 2 etage grande chambre possibilité de construire un troisieme ou faire un resto ou autre chose, a deux pas de l eau , l autre c a un ami americain tres bien situé dans le centre, grande batisse de 60 pied x 60 pieds beaucoup de possibilité avec celui la , tim avait des projet et une peine d amour la fait retourner au usa, si tu veut en savoir plus je te donnerai son mail, le premier demandait qqs chose comme 175,000.us et tim jle sais plus durant sa peine d amour il aurait presque donner, la je crois qu l demande a peut pers la meme choses, a vous de voir , une chocolaterie ici serait bien

technicien en réseau informatique depuis 9 ans , et apres avoir visité le mexique, j'ai décidé de changer de vie, et suis a la recherche d'autonomie.
j'ai découvert le métier de boulanger et part demain pour suivre une formation de 6 mois et cela dans l'unique but d'ouvrir un petit commerce en amérique du sud, je voyais au début le mexique et puis quelque chose m'a interpelé quand j'ai entendu le mot Bélize, (peut etre le nom qui est somme toute tres joli !)
mon projet est donc d'aller vivre dans ce pays, parfaire mon espagnol qui est rudimentaire, (je me débrouille mieux en anglais), et pendant que je m'acclimaterait et apprivoiserait le pays j'essaierais de voir ou je pourrais ouvrir un commerce autour des produits de la boulangerie française, produit que j'adapterais au pays de toute façon... je n'ai pas l'ambition d'ouvrir quelque chose d'important, mais juste de quoi subvenir a mes besoins en prenant un minimum de risque. et si je vois qu'il y a un potentiel pour développer le produit, l'idée ailleurs; ou en plus grand; je laisserais le temps me le dire et ferai les acquisitions supplémentaires nécessaires.
j'avoue que j'aimerai beaucoup travaillé avec des fours a bois...
d'après ce bref résumé de mon projet, j'aimerai votre avis quant à la pertinence de celui-ci, a savoir s'il raisonne favorablement passé au crible de votre connaissance de ce pays.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
