Je vais m'installer pour quelques années au Brésil à Curitiba, et j'ai tant de questions que je préfére les numéroter :
1) logement: je compte louer une maison (nous sommes 3), vaut-il mieux louer en direct à un particulier ou passer par des agences (lesquelles ?), quels sites internet consulter ? avec un enfant en bas age, est-ce préférable de choisir un condominium ? les résidents des condominiums ne sont-ils de fait que des étrangers ou bien y-a-t-il aussi des brésiliens ? des avis sur la vie en condominium ? quels sont les fourchettes de prix en condominium et en maison classique ? est-il "indispensable" d'avoir une alarme ? être abonné à un service de sécurité ? etc ? quels quartiers conseillés / déconseillés ? astuces et risques liés à la location d'un logement ? est-il plutot conseillé d'acheter (puis revendre avant le retour en europe ) que de louer ?
2) vie pratique: concrétement, l'arrivée sur place des affaires déménagées depuis la France est-elle rapide (tracasseries en douane ?) et sans soucis ? faut-il "impérativement" emporter de France des choses difficiles à trouver sur place (médicaments ? objets usuels ?) ou beaucoup plus chères sur place (matériel informatique, photo, hifi, ..) ? conseils sur ce qu'il faut emporter ou au contraire sur ce qui va être inutile là-bas ? conseils pour apprendre le portugais à paris et/ou à curitiba ? quelle carte de crédit idéale (Visa ? American express ? Mastercard ? autre ?) ? ouvrir un compte en banque: des conseils sur les banques ? des sites internets sur la vie pratique ?
3) pour les enfants en bas age, des astuces et risques sur: l'alimentation ? les distractions ? les modes de garde (baby sitting, garderies, ..) des sites internet liés à la vie quotidienne avec des enfants au brésil ?
4) la sécurité: on lit tout et son contraire à ce sujet, il semble que curitiba soit considérée comme "sûre" (comme paris ...), concrètement: on peut se promener à pied en centre-ville de curitiba jusque quelle heure sans soucis ? homme seul ? femme seule ? aucun soucis en voiture dans l'agglomération à toute heure ? à la maison ? week-end en voiture au départ de curitiba: des itinéraires déconseillés du point de vue sécurité ?
5) boulot: connaissez-vous des sociétés brésiliennes basées à Curitiba et qui sont implantées ou cherchent à s'implanter en France ? connaissez-vous des sociétés françaises qui sont implantées ou cherchent à s'implanter à Curitiba ? des tuyaux sur des emplois à curitiba dans l'enseignement en fac/école, dans les domaines du controle de gestion en entreprise ?
6) tourisme et culture ! des tuyaux sur les week-ends faciles au départ de curitiba avec un enfant en bas-age ? buenos-aires au départ de curitiba: en avion seulement ? pas de tracasseries à la douane ? livres brésiliens: on m'a conseillé Giorgio Amado (quel titre choisir ?), d'autres écrivains pour se faire une idée de la vie, des moeurs, de la culture ? films brésiliens: même question que pour les livres existe-t-il un journal quotidien brésilien qui propose une version hebdo en français ou en anglais ?

je suis desole je vais pas pouvoir vous donner bcp d infos du fait que je connais peu le bresil (juste un sejour) et que j ai pas ete a curitiba (hormis une escale entre porto alegre et rio a l aeroport de curitiba).
De ce que j en sais oui cela parait une des villes les plus surs du bresil... maintenant ca reste une grande ville bresilienne.
Je pourrais juste vous "aider" pour votre rubrique tourisme, notamment pour les week end a partir de curitiba... j ai entendu parler d un train reliant curitiba a la cote atlantique avec des beaux paysages et a l arrivee une ville sympa au bord de la mer... maintenant j en sais pas plus.
Sinon j ai ete a florianopolis qui ne doit pas etre tres loin de curitiba... ile avec pleins de plages, magnifiques et sûrs pour un couple avec un enfant.
Pour ce qui est d aller a buenos aires, pas de pb de douane, cela peut se faire par bus ou avion... l argentine et le bresil ont de tres bons bus (surtout en argentine), c est bcp plus developpe qu en france. Maintenant en bus ca reste assez long donc en avion cela me semble plus judicieux.

pour ce qui est des transports, est ce bien desservi?
j'ai trouve un appart en colloc a bigorilho, rien de sur encore, mais ca me plait bien pour l'instant, la secretaire me dit que c'est trop loin du bureau (paresse?)
pour ce qui est de se deplacer a velo, est ce facile?pistes cyclables...

Pour les condominio, ils peuvent correspondre à un ou plusieurs immeubles ou à un ensemble de villas. Ils ne sont pas réservés aux etrangers, sont sécurisés et en fonction du standing offrent des services (a un prix assez elevé) communs du style: piscine, salle de sport, sauna, churrascaria, entretien des espaces verts...
A la différence d'autres grandes villes style Rio ou SP, on peut tres bien vivre à Curitiba hors condominio. Des amis habitent une superbe villa dans le quartier de Bacacheri avec juste un petit muret autour sans avoir jamais eu de pb.
La majorité des quartiers de Curitiba sont surs. Pour n'en citer que quelqu'uns parmis les plus class: Cristo Rei, Jardim Botânico, Água Verde, Cabral, Ahu, Bacacheri, Boa Vista, Juveve, Merces... Hors Curitiba, des villes comme Pinhais offrent également des quartiers tranquilles.
Pas facile d'acheter sans connaitre la ville. Je conseille donc la location dans un 1er temps. Dans tous les cas, bien plus simple de passer par une agence. Pour l'achat, faire attention aux fluctuations du Real et à un marché immo brésilien qui n'est pas (à mon avis) encore redescendu de sa bulle.
vie pratique: Tout ce qui est high tech est assez cher au Brésil. Amene ce que tu peux tout en pensant à d'eventuels pb de compatibilité de tension. Au niveau vetement, pense que le Brésil, ce n'est pas 25° toute l'année de partout et que Curitiba est vraiment froid l'hiver (altitute + sud). Pour la CB, je conseille une Visa international (ne jamais regler directement mais toujours retirer (sauf week end) du liquide). Mais rapidement ouvre un compte dans une banque brésilienne (voir HSBC présent en France et au Brésil qui propose il me semble une offre globale), ca te permettra d'avoir un carte de crédit locale moins tentante pour les fraudeurs qu'une CB internationale. Pour le portugais, ca dépend de l'environnement dans lequel tu vas travailler. Tes collegues parleront francais, anglais? Si tu n'as pas besoin du portugais pour le travail, 3 mois de methode Assimil suffisent. Sinon ton futur employeur organise peut-être des cours ou voir université populaire...
la sécurité:
Même si les habitants catastrophisent un peu comme quoi "c'est plus comme avant", Curitiba est en effet assez sur. N'empeche que l'ecart entre tres riches et tres pauvres, meme si il est moindre que dans d'autres villes brésiliennes reste assez important. En journée, pas de pb, en soirée, prendre un taxi ou le bus (au moins le temps que tu connaisses un peu plus la ville et d'éventuels lieux a eviter).
