I’ve already done several bike trips (Serbia, Romania, the Pyrenees, Massif Central, Creuse, etc.) and have all the gear I need. The goal is mainly the journey itself—discovering beautiful landscapes (I take a lot of photos with a proper camera 😊) and getting a break from civilization. Major roads? Not my thing! Along the way, we’ll visit Cappadocia, the capitals Yerevan, Tbilisi, Sofia, Skopje, and other cities—we can finalize the route and roadbook later.

You’ll need to be experienced with long motorcycle trips, as we’ll cover around 7,000 km over 5 or 6 weeks (or more, depending on how much time we spend sightseeing).

I’m offering a spot in my van for a maiden trip in May, from 20/05 to 05/06. The planned destination is Montenegro, but it could be any other area. For July and August, I’m planning another van trip through the Baltic countries via Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, and Poland. I also have a kayaking trip project, more or less long—probably around ten days initially, just to test the waters, in Scotland. This could happen this autumn combined with a road trip to get there or back, or both! Preferably with experienced kayakers. If you have other ideas, I’m all ears. I’ve got time and options. Hello, I’m looking for cycling buddies to bike back from the Mount Ararat region (northeastern Turkey) to Cappadocia, passing through Lake Van. The rest of the route will be decided based on points of interest. We’ll spend several days exploring Cappadocia by bike—it’s huge! From early to late October.
