Bonjour Aicha, je me permet de te repondre surtout pour te dire de ne pas perdre patience et l'obtention du visa est proche. Mon mari a attendu exactement 2 mois avant de l'obtenir, et pareil, lorsqu'on apelait le consulat il nous disait kil avait eu des problemes avec la justice, qu'il faisait une enquete pourtant ses casiers judiciaires etaient vierge en france comme en tunisie. Ne perd pas espoir, je sais ce que tu vis je suis passée par la. Bon courage oukthy

Je me souviens que mon mari c'etait pareil, en rouge c'etait marqué "ds l'attente des documents manquants" et tout compte fait quand il les a appelé tout etait OK, c'est a n'y rien comprendre car jusqu'a la fin de la procédure c'etait marqué.

Il ne faut pas te faire de soucis, mon mari avait la même chose et en fait ils mettent ça tant qu'ils n'ont pas le passeport de déposé.

Bonsoir nassera, franchement je ne sai pa car c'est mon mari qui a recu le mail, mai ce que je me souvien c'est kil a deposé son dossier debut mai, et il a eu rdv le 27 mai pour le test de francais et le 29 mai pour la visite medicale. J'espere ke ma réponse aura pu vous aider, n'hesitez pas si vous avez besoin ;)

d'après ce que mon mari m'avait dit le rdv ne dure vraiment pas longtp, c'est juste pour voir si il se debrouille un minimum en francais, et il y a des questions orales, qui parle de vous par ex date de votre rencontre (pour nous c'etait date de notre mariage) et ils peuvent poser des questions de culture général concernant la france (le nom du president de la republique) etc.....mai je pense que comme d'habitude c'est selon leur humeur. Mais pas de stress, tout se passe bien en général. Il ne sont pas trop chiant a l'ofii comparait au consulat ;)

salem, mon mari ne m'a pas parlé de ce timbre de 60 dinar. Mais par contre de retour en france, il a eu rdv a l'ofii et la, il a du payé 240 euros pour obtenir sa vignette. Abusé le prix

Quand tu arrives tu as 2 options:
- envoyer le dossier par courrier ou
- le déposer directement à l'ofii dont tu dépends
Tu dois mettre copie passeport visa et tampon d'entrée + photocopie de ta carte d'identité + justificatif de domicile avec attestation d'hébergement pour ton mari et tu mets la feuille que ton mari récupère avec son passeport elle est à remplir et à donner avec le dossier pour l'ofii.
Il a le droit de voyager dans lespace schengen soit l'Europe hors angleterre.

La carte de sejour c'est au bout d'un an. En fait 3 mois avant la fin du visatu dois faire la ddemande de carte de séjour et c'est à ce moment là qu'il pourra l'avoir.
Mais le visa est valable pour travailler il a la mention D qui fait office de carte de séjour

Bonsoir fadou, non c'est tls qui delivre la carte de sejour, et l'ofii delivre la fameuse vignette qui permet de voyager ds l'europe, de travailler légalement en france et de faire valoir ses droits. j'espere que ma réponse t'aura apporté ce que tu voulais ;)
TLS est un organisme qui gère les demandes de visa à la place de du consulat. Ils ne sont habilités qu'à traiter les demandes et remettre le visa.
L'Ofii est celui qui s'occupe de l'insertion et de l'intégration comme son nom l'indique et c'est eux qui valide le visa avant 3 mois sur le sol français avec un tampon. Ensuite il est bien stipulé dans leurs documents que c'est eux qui prennent le dossier avec le timbre à 240 € afin de faire la demande de carte de séjour qui sera à faire 3 mois avant l'expiration du visa.
Ensuite tout se faite à la préfecture.
