Ma mere est européenne et a vécu (et moi aussià 25 ans au maroc, ainsi que 5 ans en Tunisie. La reponse est déjà ds cette phrase : je te conseille le Maroc!
Bon je suis marocaine mais cela n a rien à voir. D abord en ce qui concerne les problemes administratifs pour s installer au Maroc et monter une affaire dans le toursime je ne peux malheureusement pas t'aider car je ne connais pas bien le côté administraif.Pour les villes, marrakech agadir etc sont uin peu saturées, je te conseillerai tanger qui a beaucoup d avenir, et sa région. Il y a la méditérannée, les prix ne sont pas encore trop chers, et la région qui été assez négligée sous Hassan II comence à grouiller sous les projets. C est a une demie heure de l'espagne( Tarifa, superbe et encore authentique)Il ya Asila qui est ds le nord du maroc ausis pas loin de Tanger.Autre région le sud d 'Agadir, c'est a dire Aglou et surtotu Mirleft. Un cercle de français habitent a Mirleft, c'est superbe la bas. Il ssont tres solidaires entre eux, simpliquent beaucoup dans la vie des marocinans et ont soit des hotels soit des trucs de 4*4 ou quads. Ca reste authentique comme région avec une tres jolie qualité de vie.
Si tu veux rentrer au Maroc pour travailler en tant que salariée pour commencer je te conseille Casa. Oui c est une ville stressante qui bouge etc, mais pour le travail tu le trouveras plus facilement la bas, ca reste une ville au bord de la mer, avec de tres belles plages à 30 min, tu peux facilement avoir une femme de ménage pas cher ainsi qu un appart grand + climat ensoleillé (donc bon ca fait quand meme de + par rapport à la France)Je connais beaucoup de francais implantés à Casa et ils sont souvent majoritairement ravis. En plus cest quand meme sympa d avoir des francais dans la ville.
Pourquoi maroc et pas Tunisie? C est simple et je ne vais pas utiliser de langue de bois, mes parents ont carrément failli faire une depression la bas tellement ils en pouvaient plus. Les vacances c est pas comme la vie la bas. La vie la bas, c est tres superficiel et faux, les femmes sont hautaines, la nourriture est vraiment pas bonne( ma mere n y trouvait que du camembert en conserve!!:) et le regime est tres repressif et policier. Oui c est subjectif mais je me souviendrai toujours un francais a qui j avais dit que mes parents etaient partis s installer en Tunisie et qui m a avait dit "Mais qu est ce qu ils ont fait au bon Dieu pour qu ils s installent la bas?" Maintenant oui leurs plages sont tres jolies, plus que les marocaines, et peut etre que pour monter une affaire c est plus interessant qu au Maroc, mais je pense que ca manque de profondeur et c est important que tu sois en adéquation avec les gens et l atmosphère en habitant la bas. Voila. N hesite pas si tu veux d autres infos.

Merci pour ces renseignements, je me demandais comment est développée la cote méditerranéenne, Al Hoceima,
Tetouan, Sebta...? Tanger je m'en fais une idée surment erronée du aux images montrées à la télé,
d'une ville axée sur son port avec des conteneurs partout, des gros bateaux, plein de polution bref pas jolie a voir.
Mais je compte me rendre sur place pour pouvoir me faire ma propre idée.
Ce que j'ai aimée en Tunisie c'est le fait que les gens, en particulier les hommes, nous laissent tranquille contrairement
au Maroc ou ils sont vraiment agacant, entendre "la gazelle" toute la journée est insupportable, c'est pour ca que je n'ai pas voulu y retourner cette année, j'ai adorée ce pays mais ce coté "collant" et insistant me dérange vraiment. Je n'ai pas retrouvé cette ambiance en Tunisie et j'ai apprécié pouvoir me promener sans que personne vienne m'embeter. Comme ville
j'ai aimée Nabeul, pas trop grand ni trop petit, la mer important pour moi, mais au mois d'aout en pleine saison ce n'est surment pas la meme chose qu'au mois de janvier, moins de monde, moins d'entrain, moins de touristes...moins de tout.

Excusez moi pour ce retard j'étais très occupée au travail. Pour l'onglerie en Tunisie je ne paux malheureusement pas du totu vous aider ce n'est ni mon domaine ni mon pays. Pour ce qui est de se faire embêter au Maroc, je suis entièrement d'accord avec vous effectivement au Maroc ons e fait embeter alors qu en Tunisie pas du tout, c'est vrai. Au Maroc au bout d'un moment on s'adapte malheureusement à ca, on evite les quartiers trop populaires, on sy rend en taxi ou voiture, sinon on se couvre un peu ou on cherche un gentil ami male qui nous accompagne :) Pour Tanger oui c est une ville pas tres propre et portuaire effectivement, mais c'est la region dont je parle plus, car il y a de tres belles plages dans cette region et les étrangers ne les conaissent pas forcement. D ailleurs ce n'est pas pour rien qu il y a 2 cluibs meds dans le nord du Maroc. Disons que je pense que cette région a beaucoup de potentiel et qu elle devrait etre beaucoup plus dynamique et chère dans une dizaine d ann'ées.Après si je peux me permettre une petite réflexion, tu as l'air bien plus tentée par la Tunisie :) Alors ecoute ton coeur et ton intuition :) C'est important aussi ton feleing!

Je viens de lire votremessage. C'est évident quelorsqu'on vient en Tunisie pourdes vacances tout est beau : la réalité est totalement différente quand on s'y installe.
Mes filles sont mariées en Tunisie et j'y venais depuis 10 ans, j'ai réussi à convaincre mon mari de prendre notre retraite ici : quelle déception !!! les français sont mal acceptés, on nefait rien pour leur faciliter la vie, personne ne cherche à nous intégrer (ou très peu), bref ce n'est pas le rêve et je ne suis pas la seule à penser comme ça, j'ai des amies sur Djerba qui ressentent exactement la même chose. Je pense, qu'à tous points de vue, c'est bien mieux sur le Maroc. Bonne chance et bon courage.

Voila enfin ma decision est prise je vais me diriger vers le Maroc, région nord/est.
Je vais y aller au mois de novembre, octobre comme prévu initialement c'est un peu court parce que
j'ai un chat et un chien à "caser" avant de partir pour le 1er voyage et prospection je ne vais pas les amener.

Je crois que vous avez entièrement raison, 15j de vacances en Tunisie ne reflète pas la réalité de la vie quotidienne,
non pas que je connaisse plus le Maroc mais j'y ai passé beaucoup plus de temps à des périodes différentes. Je compte y
retourner en novembre pour confirmer mon choix et concrétiser mon projet.
